We saw a movie in AMC's Dolby Theatre and it was such a cool experience. The sound was incredible and made you feel like you were actually inside the movie, and the chairs vibrating during certain scenes took it to another level. The seats fully recline and are super comfortable, which made the whole experience even better. Everything felt immersive from start to finish. The theater was clean and comfortable, and it definitely made movie night way more fun than a regular showing. Totally worth it if you want a next-level movie experience.

Will return. Reclining seats. Clean. Friendly staff. The toilets are not automatic, so please remember to push the little button to flash! The outdoor kiosk doesn't work.

I went to AMC Veterans and asked Guest Services to move my seat so I could sit with my party. The employee was already helping when her manager, Jeanne, barged in just to say no. I wasn't asking for a refund or anything complicated--just to move seven seats to an empty one. Jeanne, a blonde and morbidly obese manager, was rude, condescending, and clearly enjoying the tiny bit of power she has. Zero customer service skills, zero common sense. The situation only got resolved because another customer was decent enough to switch seats with me--something Jeanne couldn't be bothered to do. Absolutely useless management and an embarrassing experience.

this is the best amc/movie theater in the tampa area love it here just a nice place and the theaters are all newer and they have options of different screens bathroom rating: 8/10 parking rating: 10/10

Nice AMC theater location that I do drive a bit out of the way for since this one offers reclining seats. I have been here several times now and I always buy the tickets on their app. I love that you can pick your own seats ahead of time. Definitely take advantage of the discounted tickets on Tuesdays if you can. I recently tried out ordering my movie snacks ahead of time on the app and I don't recommend that at all. Everything was ready ahead of time which sounds nice in theory, but the popcorn was cold. It's better to just get in line and have them get everything ready there on the spot. Besides that - the restrooms have always been in good condition each time I have visited and parking is easy with a huge lot!

Bought tickets fandango to reserve our seats. Nice clean theater. Reclining seats need some updates as two out of our four seats were tilted/slanted. Popcorn was excellent. Great choice for location.

I personally loved this movie. Make sure you go in with a not-so-serious attitude and I think you'll like it too. Argylle a mix of Kingsman, Bullet Train, and Mr. Right. It's twisty and fanciful. The reclining seats we had today did work and weren't ripped. Hoping this AMC is investing in all their reclining chairs to ensure a magical movie experience.

I went here to watch Wicked in IMAX and it was great! I ordered food and it went by smoothly and the employee was nice who took my order. I wouldn't mind coming back to this AMC the only downfall is the seats weren't the most comfortable and they were not reclining chairs.

    Bathroom

The seats don't recline, being upstairs was cool the 3d glasses where kinda dirty but Avatar fire and ash was amazing! Best slushies too.Bathroom wasn't bad.

The best thing they did when they remodeled was to install big comfortable reclining chairs. Ahhhh. Unusual thing to keep in mind when you go: you have to pay for your drinks and any food you might want (popcorn, pizza, nachos, chicken fingers or pretzel bites) at the front register, the same place you buy tickets. They give you your cup and popcorn bowl, or a receipt to pick up your cooked food inside. The one thing I did not like at this cinema was the cooked food pick-up area. They had only one person working here, and she only had one oven warmed up, so the wait for pretzel bites was 5+ minutes. I felt bad for the group behind me - it was going to take 15-20 minutes for them all to get their food at the rate the worker was going. Big plusses for this cinema: Unlimited popcorn for $8.50! And they had big popcorn machines that you helped yourself to, so no waiting in line. They also had my favorite soda machine with over 100 soda options, which was self-serve too. I'm a sucker for zero sugar peach Fanta. Clean, small theaters, reasonable prices (for a movie theater), ability to pre-purchase seats online, and unlimited popcorn: I know where I'll be all summer.

Loooove it. No super long concession lines with kids working slow AF behind the counter. Entire place has been revamped from top to bottom. Staff was even friendly and helpful. Fast forward to now: my wife wanted to see the new movie Disclosure Day, which we both enjoyed, and she decided it would be the perfect excuse for a dinner-and-movie night. So we headed back to CineBistro. I'd recommend arriving about 30 minutes before the movie starts so they have time to take your order and you can hopefully finish eating before the film begins. Prices are on the mid-to-high side, and they do add an 18% gratuity to the bill. That said, you can adjust it if you want to tip more, less, or remove it entirely. For dinner, my wife had the Shrimp Florentine Linguini, it came with sautéed Gulf shrimp, fresh linguini, roasted garlic cream sauce, spinach, marinated tomatoes, Parmigiano Reggiano, and wild mushrooms. I had the CMX Burger, which is two Angus Beef Patties, White American Cheese, Lettuce, Tomato, Onions, Pickles, Special Sauce on Potato Roll. The burger also comes with fries. Soft drinks and bottled water are $7, which felt a little steep to me, although soft drinks do come with free refills. You can also just ask for a glass of water. The seats are very comfortable, with small tray tables or fold-out tables so you can eat right at your seat while watching the movie. Food is delivered directly to you, which makes the whole experience convenient and enjoyable. Overall, we were very happy with the food. It was tasty, and we have no complaints there. You really do get what you pay for, and this is a different kind of movie-going experience with good food to go along with it. If the movie is good too, it makes for a great night out. We would definitely come back.

A Cinematic Masterpiece Before the Movie Even Begins…read more If you are looking for an unforgettable night out, the historic Tampa Theatre is an absolute must-visit. Calling it just a "movie theater" feels like a massive understatement - it is a breathtaking time capsule and a true architectural marvel that elevates the simple act of watching a film into a grand event. From the moment you step through the doors, you are transported into a spectacular, 1920s Mediterranean courtyard. The attention to detail inside the auditorium is stunning, offering an experience that modern multiplexes simply cannot replicate. Here is what makes it so incredibly special: * The Atmospheric Ceiling: You sit under a remarkably realistic night sky, complete with 99 twinkling stars and gently drifting clouds, making you feel like you are outdoors on a perfect evening. * The Architecture: The eclectic, opulent blend of Moorish, Spanish, and Byzantine details - surrounded by gargoyles, statues, and ornate balconies - gives the space a magical, almost surreal charm. * The Mighty Wurlitzer: Arriving early is a requirement! Hearing the historic theatre organ played live before the screenings perfectly captures the golden age of cinema. The programming is just as thoughtfully curated as the decor. Whether you are catching a brilliant independent film, a beloved cult classic, a documentary, or a live event, the venue makes every single screening feel momentous. Grab some popcorn, take in the gorgeous scenery, and enjoy the show. The Tampa Theatre is a meticulously preserved local treasure and truly one of the greatest places to spend an evening!
