We then schedule him and his team to come paint the house and they did an amazing job! I was very impressed at how well they covered the floors and furniture to ensure they didn't have any spills. They worked 8:30-5 for three days in a row and had the whole interior done and the home clean and ready to enjoy! They have great attention to detail and i couldn't be happier! Julio was the first to answer my request for a quote, and the first to schedule an appointment to see the house. He showed up on time, and I was impressed that as the owner of the business, Julio arrived instead of sending an employee. He told me when he would email me a quote after our meeting, and he sent the quote when he said he would. This is why I chose Julio's Painting beyond his quote, which was reasonable and within my budget. Julio followed through on what he said he would do, which is very important to me in business and in life. My house was initially a garish bright blue, as if the Smurfs had relocated to Northwest Reno. This project was more than a paint job, it was an aesthetic intervention. Within a week from the day that I requested a quote, Julio and José began the process of giving my place a much needed upgrade...to my relief and to that of my neighbors, who stopped by to compliment the evolving exterior facelift of the property. The job would have taken no more than three or four days, but Reno experienced half a week of pouring rain. I wouldn't have asked them to show up on a holiday, but they came by on Labor Day to make up for the lost time caused by the downpour. Even with the weather inconvenience, they were able to complete the job within a week, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Julio and José were punctual, immaculate and took care not to step on my flowers near where they were painting in the front yard. They were mindful of picking up any debris during and after the painting process. It's obvious that Julio has been painting for decades, he is a master of his craft and takes pride in his work from the beginning to the end. On a personal level, I felt safe with Julio and José in my home, and I was comfortable leaving them alone to work and have access to the inside of the house when I had to leave for a few hours. It is really comforting to have this level of trust when contracting a company for home improvement projects. They definitely left my place nicer than they found it, and made my house look brand new from the outside. Both the Owner of the company and the Professional estimator reviewed my home 2 - 3 times and told me their quote was incredibly solid. After 2/3rds of the home was painted, they came back and told me they had not finished the job, and had reached their bid limit. In order to paint the remaining 1/3 of the home it would cost me over 100% of the initial bid to paint the entire home. This is a bait and switch and is a blatant fraudulent business practice.

After we approved the bid he got us on his schedule in a reasonable time frame and started the project when he said he would. The employees were polite and hard working. When the project was all done they cleaned up quite thoroughly and checked with us to make sure we were happy with the work done. John also personally checked with us to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. All in all we are quite pleased with the service and quality of work and would definitely call them for another project.

I was nervous about a painter getting up on a ladder because it was so high. But they made it look easy. Did painted two coats and even helped us get our solar light back up at the driveway. The other worry was having a ladder on the driveway because of the pitch to it. But they got up there several times to scrape and prep and paint two coats. I found this company because I clicked on Yelp for a quote. Ben was on time and was even able to work with my budget. It only took both painters two half days to paint all the trim and a small double railing at my patio. But after two other estimates, Ben's estimate was the best. I decided to trust that he would do a good job and we were happy with his work. I would hire him again as I always need a painter.
