Tina does amazing job, fast professional and kind. Below are my nails right after and also 4 weeks later - no cracks or chips, just grew out. I also take my mom there - she would not want to go to anyone else. Highly recommend!

Today was my first time here and I ABSOLUTELY will be back!!! I went to Tina for dip manicure and gel pedicure. I haven't done French in years but risked it and I'm SO happy I did!!! They're perfect and I'm obsessed. Worth every penny of the $97 for both (extra for gel on toes and French on both). I had been going to Nu Nails across the street. My fave lady was Tracy who owned it. She sold and it went downhill after that. So then I moved over to Lavish Nails. It's a pretty salon and they do a decent job but it's always so busy and they are expensive, they rush you through, and the main guy (who's an owner) is rude. Tina took 2 full hours on me and they're beautiful. My friend Dani referred me and I'll for sure come back every time!

First time getting nails done here and two days after the gel polish chips, they were all lumpy and my thumb nail broke. After returning to fix the problem they tried to charge me to fix my nails ( additional $40) I wanted my mother to get a pedi while I fixed my nails and that was a horrible mistake! The older woman left her toes a mess. The hot stones were cold, her toe nails are throbbing and the polish is all over her skin. We addressed the problem to the owner and she didn't help at all. She didn't even try to solve the issue not look at my moms toes! She just wanted the money. The pictures show everything! Won't be going back!

I'm originally from Cali but I recently took a trip to Arizona to visit some family for the first time and then my nails broke...‍while looking for a place to get them done I came across ND Nails, seeing the good reviews on yelp I decided to call and make an appointment. Tina was nice enough to make time for me. I went in and felt super welcomed, the cleanliness of this place was up to my standards so I proceeded to sit down and although I was alittle nervous, Tina made me feel extremely comfortable, she recommended I get ombré nails with almond shape which I usually don't do but decided to try it out. All I can say is I love it! The color the shape and everything was perfect not to mention Tina is super fast and good at what she does so I didn't have to sit too long which is a huge plus for me as I hate sitting for long periods of time. This place is definitely a gem. If I ever come to Arizona again this will be a place I would visit again!

I went in to get gel x, she started doing something different and I should have spoken up then. Whatever it was seemed similar to gel x, but was more of a hard gel that ended up being completely uneven in thickness and she just kept saying she wasn't done yet. It took THREE hours. Additionally, two of the nails snapped off not even 24 hours after getting them on. It was a time consuming and frustrating experience in the first place so I wasn't about to let her try to fix them, and I had to cut them all to be even. I called a couple days later once I realized I wasn't going to have time to stop in and explain and she denied me a refund. Needless to say, I won't be going anywhere near this business again. Only good part about the nails were that I liked my design. Even that is uneven though. Probably the worst set of nails I've ever had.

I've been coming to ND Nails for a couple of years now. Mimi is seriously the best at what she does, I highly recommend her. I've asked her once to do my Acrylic set and since then she's always remembered the exact shape and color. I prefer mine to look natural and have always had problems with other nail techs but she is really amazing! I did a natural nail with SNS dip today and loved them! I'll post those pics below.

I will NEVER go back here again!!!! I waited for 8 weeks to get my nails done during quarantine, it was one of the things I missed the most. My usual salon was booked up so I came to ND Nails. I would rather never get my nails done again then sit through that experience. I scheduled an SNS manicure, full set. The tech didn't say anything to me when he sat down; shape, tips, or style? Nope. He did very little filing and didn't trim my cuticles or clean up anything. Put the SNS first powder coat right on them then finally asked for my shape preference. Odd... My nails were pretty short already, I told him (the tech) "Don't take any length off, rounded shape please" He took all the length off and squared them. He cut the sides of my left pinky 6x, I kept pulling my hand back and saying Ow but he didn't seem to care. He was sweating profusely the entire time, I worried it was going to drop onto my hand, he kept having to ask the tech next to him what to do polish to use. Was I his first victim??? Felt like it. It gets worse... My right hand he had to redo 3x, used the wrong top coat and tried to put my hand under the UV light. You don't use the UV light for an SNS manicure that is the entire point of SNS!!! My right hand has smudges and polish is lumpy and rough. I can't believe I paid money for this. Looks like I'll be going to my usual salon next week to get them redone. Thank you ND Nails for confirming that I should never come back here

LOVE LOVE LOVE Tina and her work. She can always get me in right away and her prices are pretty good. literally my favorite nail salon everrr, I 100% recommend ND Nail!

I love getting my nails done here! Tina does an amazing job and I always ask for her because of her attention to detail and skill level. Every time I've come in, the environment has been relaxing and I've always left happy with beautiful nails that last a long time, even through all the harsh things I do like yard work and lots of dishwashing. I've had my nails done at other places and they haven't been as quality or I've noticed the top coat has yellowed over time. That never happens to me at ND. They also do an awesome pedicure here as well. My nails were three weeks old and I still had a gal stop me while I was in Vegas for NYE to tell me how amazing they looked and wanted to know who did them... she was sad to find out that Tina was not local to Vegas. This is my go-to spot. Thank you, Tina!

Now that it's the end of 2017 I think it's time for an update since my review was from 2015. 1. I'm still coming to ND Nails on a regular basis and that should be an indication of what a good and consistent job they do. 2. I was introduced to SNS dipping powders. I went from putting on acrylic nails every 2 weeks to changing out my SNS nails every 4-6 weeks because that's just how long they last! My nails are hard and healthy. PS those are my REAL nails in pic. 3. This is the only place I will come for my SNS nails because every tech who does them is equally talented and my nails come out consistent no matter which gal does them there. (Unlike some other places where I've noticed some really well trained techs and then a lot of new techs who don't do as good of a job) read more

There was a cockroach, and they weren't urgent to get rid of it. They barely got the callus off my feet, and they had me rest my wet feet onto brochures, which meant I had paper stuck to my feet. So disappointed, never going back read more

I saw Mimi today for the first time of many more visits to come...she was wonderful! I had a reg mani and gel pedi. I selected the $55 pedi tho I'd prob do a lesser $ pedi on a reg basis but it was worth every penny! Mimi was very friendly and sweet to chat with; she didn't nick me on either mani/pedi, and her massage was heavenly! I also met Tina who was very friendly and accommodating when I can into the salon. The salon was very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend ND Nails! read more

UPDATE: I am still obsessed with ND Nails and Mimi! Whenever I fly into Scottsdale I make sure I swing by and get my nails done. She is amazing and I leave so happy every time. I have already had four people compliment my nails and I only left a couple hours ago. Do yourself a favor and try them out, you will not be disappointed! PREVIOUS POST: I am from out of town and needed a gel fill. I am always extremely hesitant to try new places as most of the time I'm left extremely disappointed and a few times furious how my nails have been messed up. However I was a few weeks past needing a fill so I decided to bite the bullet and try ND Nails out. I'm glad I did! Mimi did such an amazing job and helped reshape them back to the way nails are supposed to look. She took her time and made sure they were perfect. I will for sure be back. read more

Absolutely the worst experience I'd ever had. I called for a last minute appointment (my fault) but asked if it was too late it would be no problem. I'm a first responder working during this really taxing time. Had I known I was going to be hurt and just treated so poorly I would've rather worked the extra hours over night. Multiple times she cut on my fingers. Insisted I needed a new set when I didn't. So she was ripping off nails making my hands and nails bleed. I asked her to stop multiple times and if she couldn't handle it I'd go somewhere else. She mumbled back to me and would just snatch My hand back. When it came time to pay the owner insisted she would not take my card or cash that I must pay with Venmo. So I did. She outrageously over charged me when she said she wouldn't charge to take off my old set. Then when I paid the 55$ for a basic ACRYLLIC set. Not gel. I paid it. The girl then yelled at me for not tipping her on the Venmo. I said I was planning on paying her cash after she was done painting but she was not happy with that and continued to argue. I finally got upset and said for how much pain she caused me and how mean she was I wasn't sure if I'd tip her at all. She proceeded to only paint half my nails and put them under the light for only a few seconds. Now the polish is peeling and it hasn't even been 24 hours. Never ever ever again. Also it was not clean in there. read more

I'm bummed but no longer coming here. The first couple manis were amazing, but then it just started looking awful. I tried to explain what I wanted (my nail style/shape preference hasn't changed in the 7 months I've been going here) and when my friends see my nails, they wonder what the hell happened. I've given them so many chances because of their great prices, but at a certain point, you get what you pay for. Unfortunately I won't be coming back. My nails turned out well however I was told it would be a short wait and it was 40 minutes. I wouldn't have minded leaving and returning However it was not suggested. I suggest making an appointment! Plus it was happy hour from 9 am to 1 pm and they offer 15% off so that was a plus but I believe it's Monday-Wednesday but may be mistaken read more

I absolutely love coming here! I moved across town recently and needed to find a new nail place. Decided to try the one across from Bashas on a last minute whim when my nails were looking awful. AND I LOVED IT! Super great staff, very clean, take great care of you and respect your time. I recommend Mimi, especially for SNS. She's fantastic and I absolutely love my nails every time I go in. She suggests colors for the seasons, never has to ask me for the shape I want because she remembers, and always has nails done herself. read more

I had just moved to the area and between lifting boxes and unpacking, my nails were ROUGH. DJ gave me the most amazing pedicure, I opted for the Sweet Pedicure which includes a sugar scrub and a hot stone massage. So so worth the extra few dollars! I originally wanted a gel manicure but Tina saw that after taking my old polish off that my nails were super brittle and thin (i've always struggled with that) and suggested she lay acrylic over my natural nails to give them strength and to improve the longevity of the manicure. I don't know why i've never thought to ask for that but I will never do any other type of manicure ever again. I told her I liked a more natural but polished look and she absolutely nailed it!! I couldn't be happier with my newly found regular nail salon. Prices are so so reasonable, work is amazing, customer service is above and beyond. Thank you DJ and Tina! My girl Roxy told me about this place and Mimi does her nails and they always look so nice. I live a block from this place and my vet is next door and never been in this salon. I finally had my nails done by Mimi she was very friendly and responded quickly to my text messages. I tried SNS before and did not like them from another salon but my girl Roxy does SNS with gel on top and they look very nice I ended up doing the same thing and I love them! Mimi was great and very detailed and she did just what I wanted I like my nails square and she did just that every other salon does not listen I say square not rounded square. I will definitely get my nails done by Mimi from now on and it's very very close to my house. read more

Hello- We had the privilege to visit this lovely nail salon this afternoon on a whim. How graciously they accepted us weary travelers! We usually get out nails done in Beverly Hills- nail Capitol of Los Angeles. We were so pleasantly surprised with their excellent services! My friend paige got her eyebrows waxed and they are on fleek. My nails and Lilys nails match our outfits for the week. These gel nails are on point. Loved the endless selection of colors that vibed with our eclectic personalities. Mimi is an angel. We were quickly invited to sit and out in a jiffy leaving plenty of time get a soy latte and a create your own salad at Mad Greens. I don't live here currently but will consider it in the future because of ND nails. Thank you!!!!! read more

ND nails is a great place to get your nails done. They do take a bit longer than a place with a lot of technicians because they only have a few people working at a time but always make sure that you're taken care of. Lena did my nails last time and they look amazing! She did an ombre style SNS manicure and I've gotten so many compliments already. If you have the time, definitely try them out - nice people who give good manicures. read more

To start off, there is NU Nails on the south side of McDonald Rd. by Bashas, but ND nails is on the north side next to Chizona (just Incase anyone confused them like I did.) A friend recommended this place for reasonably priced pedicures and gel manicures. No complaint here. Both were great and super affordable. $35 for a deluxe pedicure and $30 for gel manicure. Here's the thing- I don't know why some of the nail salons in Scottsdale skip the a/c and keep the doors open, but we live in AZ people. Which means you mix hot temps, warm water, and coffee with my already unregulated body and I sweat. Not sexy. At least have doors that have screens on them. Because there were FLIES everywhere!!! No joke. One was sitting on my nail tech's head when she was doing my pedicure. I know. I should've said something, but she swatted at it so many times I felt it was unnecessary at that point. Soo, maybe go in the wi Just an update: only three days after getting the gel manicure, it started chipping on multiple nails. I've never had chipping happen so soon. read more

I got my nails done here for my wedding and I have some very mixed reviews on it…read more I ended up getting a pedicure (the classic) and a full acrylic set (french tip and chrome). I paid an arm and a leg for the services and i felt like the quality could have been better. First off, for my pedicure I wanted to get a white sparkly polish for my toes and chose it from the book... no one warned me that they put a white coat under the samples in the book, so the polish came out a very sheer grey and not at all like the book showed. The lady doing my pedicure was nice and the calf and foot treatments were good, plus there was a massage chair. As for my finger nails, the person doing my nails was not all that friendly, he handled my hands pretty roughly, demanded that i leave my nails as long as he had them (which ended up looking good but some more explanation would have been nice), and would lightly hit each finger with the nail file when he wanted me to put it down, which i felt came off a little rude. I was also disappointed by the fact that there was multiple parts of the nails that were missing polish (like the very top and sides) and he left a large build up of some sort of acrylic powder or something underneath the nail which really bothered me. I would have gone back in and asked for it to get fixed but unfortunately i did it the day before my wedding and didn't have time to go back and fix it. I am a big believer in "you get what you pay for" and i think if my total had been lower i wouldn't have been so frustrated, but because it was SO pricey, i think the attention to detail and service should have been better.

Every since I moved to this neighborhood I've ONLY come to ND nails because I've never had it better. My acrylics always used to chip after 2 weeks but here I can go till they're fully grown out without any chips or peels or snags. They also make them natural and thin which is awesome! Today I had Ana do my nails. I can't get them long cause of working on a computer but I wanted points for a change. Ana gave me exactly what I wanted. She also picked out the blue glitter gel to complement the other fingers and it looks great! She was very quick and professional and I highly recommend her! read more

ND Nails is amazing!! Love the service and absolutely love my nails every time. I just started the SNS nails and are always fantastic! I just went back in a few nights ago...a little bit of a wait time but totally worth it...and Lena even stayed late to finish my nails . I usually always get the norm white tip with the squared rounded edge tips but this time i opted for something very different. I did the almond shape and ombre! They turned out better than i could have thought! I am telling you this place is legit and the people are soooo friendly! Thanks again for my fabulous nails! read more

ND nails is great! I went here for the first 2 weeks ago as I just had moved to the area. I am very particular about my nails and ND nails delivered! I had Anna work on my nails and she did a great job on the new SNS powder! I was very happy with the results! I've had SNS before and it has always been layered on so thickly, but Anna made them thin and more natural looking. Anna was meticulous, detailed, and very gentle and friendly! It has been two weeks and my SNS nails are still like new! This will definitely be my new regular salon. I highly recommend this salon. Ask for Anna! read more

I am very happy with my new nail salon, I just moved to AZ 3 months ago. I love colored acrylics and they are hard to find, the owner made some suggestions for my nails health that also keeps cost down with all the color changes I do. Now I have clear acrylic with gel color on top, looks amazing! Mimi is super talented and gentle, she does great custom designs! After 3 visits this is absolutely my new place! read more

Mi Mi and her employees are wonderful. I have lived in this area for years and I've learned my lesson , every time I Try and go somewhere else and then no where else will you get such attetion to detail, polite customer service and 100% customer satisfaction . I got the spa pedi , have hot rock Message and it was so great . Oh and They also give you free bottles ò water which I thought was a nice touch read more

Walked in for pedi place was slow. Sat in chair to get my pedi all i heard was dogs barking i guess there is a dog grooming next door ,,Then other side pizza place so smelled pizza and dogs barking for over an hour . Lena and the rest of the staff are very welcoming, so clean in here too, all the tools are sterile and they use liners for pedicure stations. I've had gel and acrylic done here as well as pedicures. One of the best nail places that I have been a customer. This is my go to spot and Lena is a very good nail tech. read more

The salon was exceptionnally clean and used sterilized tools for every customer. When I return to the desert from my home in the Southeast, I will return here as well. read more
