It looks like I have like volume galore in my hair. It's just so crazy. We discussed what we were going to do and I felt like we were absolutely on the same page. Chunky beach blond vibes! I already had 3/4 of my hair bright happy blonde. after washing I looked down at my ends and was pretty shocked to see dark!!!! NOT ONCE DID I REQUEST dark anything!! I mentioned it to her she said it's just still wet. She turned me away from the mirror and finished drying. I was horrified to see a strip of almost white "money piece" jagged across my forehead. and then mostly dark hair!!! Now that it's been a couple days, a friend said it looks like dirty mop water!!! It's grayish brown and dull!!! I was tearful while checking out and she just continued to gaslight me and told me to give it a few days. And still felt fine charging me with tears in my eyes!! Horrible woman!!! The next day I requested a refund and she said she would be willing to fix the money piece and that would probably make everything else better. No it absolutely would not. I would not let her touch my hair ever again. She does not care. She didn't do anything even remotely close to what I asked. Over all bad and fake human. Stealing peoples hard earned money.

It took almost two years but it was worth the wait. She listened to my concerns from the very beginning and really implemented what I wanted. Most hair stylist I've had will agree with what I asked then do what they think or feel is "best". It was so frustrating to pay a full price PLUS tip that they didn't deserve so I end up walking out of a salon pissed and/or disappointed.
