God my legs and abs are still sore. I have been here twice via ClassPass. My recent instructor was Jae. Its a clean spot and easy to find parking. I have been to so many group pilates classes and I think I have always been the only guy as I am always tagging along with my girlfriend to go to these pilates sessions. There is a classical version of Pilates and then there is more of a cardio version. I think I enjoy a hybrid and Neaumix Fit's Los Alamitos location does a very good mix of the hybrid where its hard but isn't just cardio. I am always coming back to this location!! This studio is right next to the restaurant Shenandoah with a shared parking lot so parking can get pretty full. I recommend arriving on time or a little early to secure a spot so you're not rushing into class. The studio itself is pretty small, so classes feel more on the intimate side. The reformers are lower to the floor, and adjusting the springs involves moving a wooden platform. Not a huge deal, just a little different than other studios. The instructors are amazing. They're attentive, give clear directions, and really focus on form, which makes a big difference, especially if you're newer to Pilates. Its a solid spot for a good workout. Just plan ahead for parking and you'll be set. read more

Great instructor! She provided feedback throughout the class on how to perform the movements for a full body workout. The pace was calm and, even, relaxing but challenging. Modifications to make the moves easier or more challenging were provided. An overview of the reformer was also provided before the start of class. The studio could improve by keeping the floors clean. There was a lot of hair in between and beneath the reformers along with a lot of dust. Small, cute, very clean studio with seven reformers, air condition, water, fans--everything you need to have a great class! Located next to Shenandoah Restaurant which is also very charming with delicious food. Very quaint and peaceful garden right in front which I adore. Mariana Roman always kicks my butt in the best way. She's challenging, kind and fun. Maya Ordonez is also very knowledgeable and sweet. I try to incorporate both of their classes into my weekly workout routine. In general, I haven't had a bad experience at this studio, every instructor is attentive to individual needs and offers form corrections during workouts. The studio is clean and designed beautifully. I tried two of their classes through classpass and I'm loving it! Not only it's very close from where I live. It's all the way local so it's very convenient for me. However, reservation is hard to get through class pass, which I understand because some businesses set limits on class pass. I tried classes with Rachel and Amy and I love their challenges. This is not my first rodeo taking reformer Pilates class, and I'm still shopping around to find studio that I'd get into since I just moved to the area. The space has a very few of reformer machine which I like because the more intimate the classes structure will try to fix all of your posture because that's very important in Pilates . There's a plenty of parking in the back as well so so far I don't have hard time finding parking. read more

Parking is a bit cramped here because it shares a lot with a popular restaurant next door, but I haven't had a problem finding a spot before. This studio is small compared to others like Club Pilates and there isn't as much equipment, but you'll still get a good workout on their reformer. Mariana always gives me a great workout and my legs and arms feel like jello afterwards but I feel so accomplished! She pushes you just the right amount and is very attentive to everyone's positioning. I've had three classes here through Class Pass and I've enjoyed each one. read more

I'm still really loving this studio! I love how athletic the classes are, but that modifications are provided. This combination makes the classes feel very personalized! The owner is very personable and very involved. Everyone is really inviting. I have had such a wonderful experience as a member of this studio so far. The instructors all seem to have a good understanding of anatomy which is really great for safety and efficacy. I started going to Neaumix Fit end of November and I really love it! I had not started reformer pilates until recently and very quickly I started to really fall in love. I have been to one a few of Michelle's classes and recently attended Nicole's. I love Michelle and Nicole as instructors. They really take their time to help everyone with correction if need be. They offer modifications as well and really push us to our limits. I love the feeling of a good workout after a class and I definitely feel that after attending a class here. read more

Finding this place was pretty easy! And there was plenty of parking!!! Now for the actual class... All I can say is wow. Coming back from being super active to trying to get back into it after an injury is challenging. Instructor Mariana was great! She was patient and explained everything very well. Mariana was fantastic--so energetic, sweet, and welcoming. She immediately made me feel comfortable when I arrived and was super considerate. I appreciated that she asked if I'd done Pilates on a reformer before and, since it had been a while, she came over to orient me to the machine I chose. Her instructions were clear, and I loved that she demonstrated all the movements throughout the class since I'm more of a visual learner. Mariana's attentiveness really shined--she checked on everyone's form and offered adjustments to make sure we were safe and getting the most out of the workout. The class was definitely challenging, but she kept it motivating and emphasized listening to our bodies. I also liked how she guided the degree of our extensions and reminded us not to overextend or strain ourselves. She struck the perfect balance between pushing us and keeping things safe. The facility itself is okay. While we wiped down the machines after class, the floor could use a bit more attention--I noticed some hair and debris sticking to my grip socks in the beginning when I sat down on my reformer. I'm a big fan of Mariana as an instructor! The workout left me feeling capable, motivated, and confident, which I really appreciated. read more

Found this pilates studio on Classpass and also saw they're doing a first class free sorta deal! But this class if you've never tried pilates before is a good intro class just to see how your body moves because it really focuses on isolating each muscle. Anna was the instructor and she made sure all the students had good form and were taken care of - especially if it's their first pilates class ever. The parking is street parking, which was pretty easy to find. It's a purple house at the end of the block with a bunch of other small businesses. Definitely go here if you are a beginner! read more

Just want to say the reformer class is not an intro class, they should be more clear on levels, as someone who is relatively fit and does yoga, I was extremely uncomfortable how advanced the "reformer class" was, kind of turned me off from Pilates will be trying another studio that has more info on levels read more
