Although I've done a couple of Pilates classes before, I felt Be Fit had a good balance of challenging myself to push my limits while still enjoying my workout. The studio is on the smaller side and located inside PCH Mall. While parking in the structure is not free, there is free 2 hour parking in the back! My only gripe is that as a current graduate student, the classes are a little inaccessible, both time wise and price wise. Would highly encourage the studio to expand timing to accommodate Pilates members who have 9-5 work schedules, as well as more flexible pricing for students!

Pilates 7 was a big part in helping me with my body, mind and soul transformation. I have lost 60 pounds since then and keeping it off. I found this Pilates home to be helpful, non judgmental, encouraging and kind along the way. I put in the work but kept coming back because I knew it was helping me. I have rheumatoid arthritis and other autoimmune conditions so I knew I had to be careful. All staff was always careful with making sure I was doing what was best for my body but yet pushing me to become better in the best way possible. I love my Pilates sessions here and thankful for the help I have received.
