I've been going to reformer flow 1 and even that class has different moves every time so it's definitely not boring. The studio itself is large and spacious. Aside from the reformer they have other equipment that we do utilize. Lockers are provided and there is a bathroom. I've had had two main instructors, Rebekah and Brianna. They are very sweet and even though it is a larger class, they will come around and help you with your form. The girls at the front desk are also nice, and I like that they check in with you through text messages. When I went to the intro class, I was shown the basics and all the equipment. After that, they will tell you about the purchasing options. I did end up going with the unlimited membership because i wanted to go two or three times a week. I felt that they explained everything well, including the fact that it is a monthly payment plan, with the first three months being required. It is pricier than a regular gym membership, but everything they offer makes it worth it.

It was the best decision I ever made because it has become an integral part of my life. To date, I've attended over 460 classes. Before, I used to suffer from headaches, back pain, and difficulty sleeping after giving birth, but now I feel much better; those problems don't happen as often anymore. Besides that, I also really love the instructors here; they are so lovely and enthusiastic. I've learned so many different techniques from them. I think I'll be sticking with this place for a long time to come.

Although I've done a couple of Pilates classes before, I felt Be Fit had a good balance of challenging myself to push my limits while still enjoying my workout. The studio is on the smaller side and located inside PCH Mall. While parking in the structure is not free, there is free 2 hour parking in the back! My only gripe is that as a current graduate student, the classes are a little inaccessible, both time wise and price wise. Would highly encourage the studio to expand timing to accommodate Pilates members who have 9-5 work schedules, as well as more flexible pricing for students!

Pilates 7 was a big part in helping me with my body, mind and soul transformation. I have lost 60 pounds since then and keeping it off. I found this Pilates home to be helpful, non judgmental, encouraging and kind along the way. I put in the work but kept coming back because I knew it was helping me. I have rheumatoid arthritis and other autoimmune conditions so I knew I had to be careful. All staff was always careful with making sure I was doing what was best for my body but yet pushing me to become better in the best way possible.
