I found this Pilates home to be helpful, non judgmental, encouraging and kind along the way. I put in the work but kept coming back because I knew it was helping me. I have rheumatoid arthritis and other autoimmune conditions so I knew I had to be careful. After hearing of all the great benefits that Pilates has to offer, I decided to give Esteem Pilates a shot and I'm so glad that I did. The instructors are all extremely welcoming and my instructor Erin is the best. She teaches me and guides me through every movement and goes at the pace and level that I am comfortable with. She knows exactly when to push me so that I get a great workout while keeping my inexperience in mind. I have been going for a few weeks and I already see and feel the benefits. My lower back pain is gone and I feel my core strengthening. I also see a huge difference when I play volleyball and am overall more athletic. Although I've done a couple of Pilates classes before, I felt Be Fit had a good balance of challenging myself to push my limits while still enjoying my workout. The studio is on the smaller side and located inside PCH Mall. While parking in the structure is not free, there is free 2 hour parking in the back! My only gripe is that as a current graduate student, the classes are a little inaccessible, both time wise and price wise. Would highly encourage the studio to expand timing to accommodate Pilates members who have 9-5 work schedules, as well as more flexible pricing for students!

You'll definitely work out muscles that you didn't even know you had and some of the classes are so brutal. But it's totally worth it. All the coaches so far have been wonderful. The class setting is smaller so it feels more intimate. Nobody makes you feel awkward too if you have no idea what you're doing. Sometimes it can go a bit fast but the coaches do demo the exercises. I like this place a lot for reformer Pilates :)

I'm familiar with reformer and mat Pilates, and currently work out 5 days a week, so was interested in trying this out. Humbled af. It is very intense and the megaformer takes a lot of care to not get hurt. Overall a great workout! The studio is pretty big and roomy. Loved the aesthetic and mirrors everywhere. Very clean. Parking was annoying because you are at LBX. I'd recommend arriving at least 15 mins early. Overall, a cool workout but not for me and would not recommend for beginners.

I ended up cancelling because I didn't want to be sucked into any conversation. Every Pilates studios I've been to I receive a welcome email with instructions & essentials, walk-in, work out & walk out. If this is the kind of communication you prefer, then I'm sure it's a great fit for you!
