I liked this store so much, I went to get my cousin so she could shop here and see all the beautiful clothes. So why the 2 stars out of 5 stars? When I brought my cousin to see the items that I was raving about, another employee behind the counter was talking to another customer. Apparently she was telling him the positives and negatives of living in Maui. That seemed really nice and helpful to him. But the employee started to tell the customer how horrible it is to live in Honolulu and continues to bad mouth the city. Ummmmm.... Both my cousin and I just spent $500+ in your shop and we are both born and raised in Honolulu. We both think Honolulu is a pretty great place to live. Not cool to talk badly about another city - especially if you are 20 years old (she told the guy that) and haven't lived in Honolulu for an extensive time. Unprofessional. I don't think I'll be returning here to shop and I don't think I'll be giving any recommendations to come here either. Fortunately I have good visual memory and despite the fact that I didn't remember its name, I knew exactly where this store was located. This was confirmed when I saw the name "Baggallini" stenciled on the store window! I walked in with my friend, scanned the shelves, and voila, picked up the only two Baggallini hobo bags there, in grey and black. Jennie, the lovely sales associate encouraged me to try it out, so I placed my current purses' contents inside and modeled the crossbody. I chose the grey with the beautiful pink inner lining! My darling friend opted for the black purse, and then gifted me my grey one! Tip: Always shop with your best friends!
