We stayed at the Flamingo Hotel last July and they had this cute store lookin like a candy store. Smelled amazing! I cant believe these were handmade bath and body soaps. Makes our skin feels soft and smells good with natural ingredients. My 6 year old loves the bath bombs and his popsicle soap. I got the Citrus Detox and Mocha Mud Scrub it's natural exfoliants and love it! The staff was so knowledgeable and had me try the products before purchasing. It was a great experience walked out of that store with almost $$ (ahem) worth of soaps. 4 bath bombs, 2 scrubs, 1 Body Butter and 1 Blueberry icecream popsicle soap. Five stars for the shop. It's so CUTE and charming and the salesperson I talked to was cheerful and made suggestions without being pushy. The soaps make perfect gifts and the bath bombs and body butter smell sooooooooo good. I would take like a quarter star off for the bubble scoops. I tried one out as soon as I got home and it didn't really make lasting bubbles. It also made the tub sort of gritty, like there was sand at the bottom, which was not a great sensation. But they're so GORGEOUS to look at that I actually didn't mind. Bath bomb was perfect! Otherwise love this store! Passing by this place and the lady working there waved us in. My 3 year old nephew was drawn in by the food looking designs of the soaps. And at first glance I wasen't sure myself if they were edible. Some really looked like ice cream scoops, others like cakes others like macaroons and yet others had other designs. But they all smelled so great. I really felt bad using them because they looked stunningly beautiful like the real deal!!! They even have a washing station where you can try many of the products. The lady worked well with my 3 year old nephew, making him feel important amd comfortable but at the same time selling her products. She had a big smile on her face and worked quickly yet kindly. The epitome of customer service. All the work she put into talking about the different products and having us try the different samples made us just naturally want to buy some of the things here. Wonderful staff! All of the products are super cute and smell amazing. The associate that answered my questions and gave me a demo of some of the products was very polite and provided good customer service without being in your face or pushy. I tried out the watermelon scrub and can see myself adding it to my routine. Love that the products are cruelty free and plant based. My skin has never felt better and didn't have to sacrifice anything (fragrance for example). I believe the person that assisted me was named Sergio (or Caesar) but not sure if I heard that right (masks make that difficult sometimes). Will definitely be back in the future. This is one of my "must stop" anytime we are in Vegas. We had a trip planned in April but unfortunately our trip was canceled due to the Covid pandemic. I decided that I would get my fix online. They were running several specials, like they do in store. I ordered four body wash soaps. Two of the scents I had purchased before but two were new to me. When my order arrived I knew instantly the two new scents were not for me. I contacted nectar via email with my issue. They responded almost immediately and offered me a full refund or two new soaps in scents of my choice at no additional cost. My tried and true scents are already on the way. I can't say enough about this great customer service. I have always experienced it in store and this interaction just solidified they put their customers first. The staff must work on commission, they are very aggressive and will monopolize your time with product demos if given the chance. The soaps are beautiful, some smell more strongly than others. Went there a few days ago and a girl was helping me but she was antsy! I wanted to get some gifts for my grandkids and she was sighing as I was asking questions! You can't work in a customer service environment and be rude to your customers! I left the store and went to bath and body works! I'm disappointed because I heard such good things about this store! I then called the store back and asked for a manager and they told me to call the customer service number. I spoke to a manager name Julia. She sounded like she was rushing me off the phone... so I addressed my concerns with her and asked for the manager at the store and she didn't want to give it to me. She said they are shifting positions and didn't know. When I told her I was upset about the services I received, she then gave a name. I have been dying to see what this place is all about. Finally went to the one in Las Vegas. Tal helped me pick out the perfect scrubs for myself and milkshakes for my daughter. Since Nectar refuses to post my review on their website (FYI, they block any reviews that aren't 4-5 stars), I decided I'd come here and post my review. I got the custom body butter. I love the smell of the mocha body scrub so I asked them to put the same scent in the body butter. She said they didn't have the exact scent oil but could closely replicate it using two different scent oils. The scent came pretty close so I was happy with it. The reason I gave this place 3 stars is because the sales girl was EXTREMELY pushy. I kept having to repeat myself telling her that I didn't want nor need things she kept trying to sell me. She wasn't taking no for an answer. I almost wanted to cancel my sale but she had already mixed the oils into the body butter so I don't think I could have. I probably would have purchased more if it wasn't for the pushiness of the sales girl. I hope the company tells them to dial it down a bit...if someone doesn't want something and says so the first time, leave it alone. read more

No questions ask about there products, it's amazingly beautiful and smells delicious. But this review speaks for there customer service. It's my first time in this store, we checked in at Harrahs Hotel and this store is located downstairs. As soon as I came in Nicole greeted me, help me choose products to bring back to California and she also showed me other product that I was super impress with like there customized lotion, a scent chosen by me, how cool is that! Also there manager Jordan was so friendly and she even told me what the soaps are made out of and all the good ingredients in them. Now what really empress me was when I flu back to California that night the damn airport confiscated my $50 customized lotion and I begged and I begged the security to keep it, I even cried but my husband just said it's ok will order one online. But I had no idea what scent I chose in the store. So I called customer service (Stephanie) told them my issue and guess what they did everything for me by checking what scent I chose and the best part was they are sending me a new one for free. Was walking towards the Linq hoping to buy dinner until I saw this interesting shop that looked like a bakery. As I walked in, that's when I realized that these were not desserts, but soap. I was immediately greeted by Carmie. She was really friendly and wanted to show me what some of their products were. She showed me a bath bomb, body scrub, and hand soap. There are sinks in the store so you can try some of their samples. I really wanted a bath bomb since I am staying in a hotel that has a huge bath tub. She told me if I buy four bath bombs, it would cost $20. One bath bomb would be about $6. So I figured, why not? Might as well enjoy the bath tub I have here at the hotel while I can. I really liked the coffee body scrub too. I think next time I will buy their body scrubs. After sampling the coffee body scrub, my hands felt so soft. Definitely recommend this place if you're looking for nice smelling soap. They also offer nice boxes and bags if you want to use for gifts. read more

Nectar bath treats is local to LV and I am very well aware of natural bath treats (e.g. Lush and sephora products). Special shoutout to Joshualyn Ocampo who made shopping experience real personal. She demonstrated all the products I was interested and she stayed in a very calm , non-pushy, informative manner. My wife and kids will enjoy the product tremendously. Loved my experience here. The clerks were very nice and showed me around, letting me test different kinds of bath salts, body/face scrubs, and soaps. I haven't gotten to know the lady's name, but she was genuinely very kind and accommodating. She taught me a bit about skincare and asked me things about myself. I think it's nice that some clerks like her always try to connect with the customer and make them feel welcome. On top of that, the soaps were so nice! They looked extremely realistic like actual cupcakes and donuts. I would've bought one, but they were a bit out of my budget. The store gives you a free bath bomb if you sign up for some kind of rewards, and I think that's cool. I bought a facial scrub and a custom-made clay mask. Yes, they let you customize your own face masks!! and The lady told me a store might open up soon where I live (Hawai'i) right around Sheraton Waikiki. This store is the cutest! My boyfriend and I walked in here with no intentions of actually purchasing anything but Franco was delightful from the minute we walked in. The store is set up like a bakery/ candy shop with a sink bar at the front. We got to test out a few body scrubs and they all smelled soooo yummy. We had to buy 4 lol. We also bought the facial scrub. Franco helped every step of the way giving us the details of each item and their benefits. He's patient and knowledgeable.
