I'm usually a lush girl but so decided to visit Nectar cause I needed bath bombs. Omg I'm a changed woman ! First off the store is so bright, cute & so freaken girly I love it. I came in & went straight to the bath bombs. They had a 4 bath bombs for $20. Not as many selection as lush. I was waiting to check out until we met Felisha. Girl can sell ice to an Eskimo. The reason I always love lush is cause they give demos of how the product works & Felisha did just that with the Nectar products. She gave us a milkshake demo, sugar salt scrub & the whipped soap. I loved them all but I've been need a good sugar salt scrub. She let us smell ALL of them. Especially with covid it's hard to give good customer service. Felisha gave amazing customer service I've experience during this pandemic. I've been online shopping & drive up pick up, that I have not had any experience with any in person sales. Felisha did an amazing job & I walked out with 5 bath bombs & 4 sugar scrub. I will be returning to Nectar! read more

Ok. Cute shop and everything. The employees need to STOP HOVERING AND FOLLOWING. Honestly yes you're nice. At first I thought it was friendly but in the end they made me feel EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE. I ended up feeling OBLIGATED to spend my money here. I DIDNT LIKE ANY OF THE PRODUCTS RESULTS but bc they were hovering and watching me like a rat I had to buy SOMETHING. While I was looking around I saw a couple small note cards that said PRODUCTS MAY CAUSE CANCER. Everything here is overpriced and with the notecards idk I felt uncomfortable. Bought the cheapest thing I could find. Even tho I didn't want to spend a penny. I don't recommend even stepping into the store unless you want to be followed and pressured to buy products. read more

This store is awesome. Their soaps, bath products and lotions are excellent, handmade and organic. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Especially JQ, who showed us everything in the store and explained all the products. He is very knowledgeable in the scented oils and mixed us up two remarkable and lovely scents. I've never actually been inside of the store prior to this. Upon entering, JQ tested out some products on me! First was the milkshake, then the fruit smoothie scrub, and then the custom body butter. The custom body butter really got me! He asked which scents I like, and I told him "floral but not grandma." The result was amazing. He found something that had some flowers in it, but it also had pear in it to kind of round it out almost. The store itself is expensive, so I was surprised to hear that a sale was going on! JQ was wonderful, and I'm planning on coming back to purchase more items later this week! read more

I just visited the store and all the products were so amazing and smelled so nice. I had so much fun at the store! My sister and I both went just to look and we were helped by JQ and he told us all about the products we had and let us sample some items and it was so fun! Ridiculously overpriced. I LOVE the products to be honest, but I HATE the price. You're paying for novelty. I rather pay that much for LUSH products because they stand on strong "all-natural ingredients" branding. I'd rather pay for a pot of good product than a cupcake shaped bar of soap with loads of dye and unnecessary packaging! That's just my opinion! read more

The woman working in the store only allowed 2 people in the store at a time. Although we were first in line, we were in waiting for over 20 minutes for customers that bought 2 items. As soon as I finally stepped into the store, the lady made me leave my phone and new purse unattended at the front door. At that point I was done and left. My family ended up staying and continued shopping. They returned with overpriced items after half an hour because the woman insisted on walking through every single item with them. I went into this location because I love lush and was curious when I saw the bathbombs so Wanted to grab a couple and try them out , they had a small selection 5 different kinds , bubble bars , lotion a bunch of different soaps and a shower scrubs , the guy that helped me out was a bit pushy and I didn't really care for him or his sales tactics, the girl however was much nicer and explained everything much better in a better tone . I ended up picking up a citrus shower scrub that was awesome ! A few bath bombs those were ok but didn't float , and a couple bubble bars , the guy said I only needed half a bubble bat but I used the whole thing they are tiny ! I was hoping it would turn into the "milk" bath he went on and on about but it didn't . read more

Traveled to universal studios on a family vacation. The store was amazing the products were amazing I only wish that the teller had told us the truth. We chose to get multiple items, after buying almost a hundred dollars worth of body scrubs, my mom and I were concerned if it would be able to go on a plane in a carry-on. we were told repeatedly that it was solid and that it was fine and would make it through the security line. We liked the products so much and would have been willing to ship them home or even check them in a bag but the person working told us that it would be fine through security. The scrubs were immediately confiscated and we had no option at that point to ship them to our house or check them in a bag. it was very sad to see a hundred dollars worth of product be thrown away when it could​ have been avoided easily. read more

wow!! walked in here with my boyfriend because the cute soaps in the window caught my eye. first thing i noticed was that everything was soo adorable and smelled amazing. the worker offered to sample a few items on my boyfriend and i. we ended up buying every product they showed us. the bath soak is my new skincare holy grail!! it came with an adorable matching loofah. i use it as a powder body wash and a little goes a long way because the soap puffs up a lot when wet. it makes my skin so soft and i smell sweet. i also use it on my face as a gentle exfoliator. i purchased a tub of lotion/body butter and i got to customize the scent! i also customized my own face mask and was able to choose what ingredients i wanted to add. it was such a cool experience. overall, i spent less than $150 and got a total of 7 items. unbelievable! i usually spend that much for two products from sephora. i will be back here regularly! read more

I have passed this store many times. I went in once just to see what it was all about and decided it wasn't for me. So when I went in again to buy a gift for a co-worker I would up seeing something I wanted, my own mixed fragrance. Maia helped me, even after I told her I didn't plan on buying that night. After about 15 minutes I decided to thin it over. However I still had some time to look around and that's when I started taking to Chris who also spent a generous amount of time helping me narrow down the options Maia and I worked on while providing a couple of others. A few days later I went back and Chris helped me seal the deal and I walked out with my on roll on fragrance. I appreciate the fact that they didn't try to force me into buying something and that they weren't upset and quick to move on after I told them i didn't plan on buying anything during the first visit. I will be going back to them and I will recommend this store to my friends.
