Getting the exact color right turned out to be tricky, but instead of just settling, they worked with us and swapped out the original stones for ones that matched exactly what we were going for. That kind of patience and commitment to getting it perfect is rare. They also let us use our own diamond, which a lot of places won't do, and they built the setting around it beautifully. The finished ring came out even better than we imagined. Their prices are extremely fair too, which is extremely refreshing compared to some other shops in the area. Finally everyone in the store is fantastic and so nice. You never feel rushed or pressured, just genuinely taken care of. From what he said I don't think he's even started on it. Now it's supposed to be ready on Saturday, almost 4 weeks from the time I gave it to him!!! At the time of this review I still do not have my ring. If I could give zero stars I would. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I took my antique ring to get repaired and have the stone replaced which was green tourmaline. I gave him a piece of tourmaline and the ring. One of the prongs had come loose and needed to be repaired along with the stone to be cut and polished and put in. He said it would take 2 weeks. I called after a week to check the progress. He said he had not even started on it. I called a week later. He said it would be done by the end of the week. I called at the end of the week. No answer. I went by and there was a sign that said he would be gone untill Tuesday which is today. I went by again. The sign is gone but the door is locked. The owner does not pick up the phone and his voicemail is full. It is now 3 weeks and I still do not have my ring. All I want is my ring back at this point so I can take it somewhere else. This ring is extremely important to me and is an antique. Do not use this guy. Worst experience ever!!!!!

Instead of treating a long-time customer with appreciation, they spoke to me in a disrespectful manner that made me feel sick. What made the experience even more disappointing was the inconsistent pricing. Just last week, one of my friends whom I referred to this store was charged only $12 for a watch battery replacement and paid by credit card without any additional fee. Yesterday, I brought in four watches to replace the batteries, and I was charged $15 for each watch, plus tax, plus an additional 3% credit card processing fee. While I was there, another customer came in with one watch and was charged only $12 with no extra credit card fee. For years, I have referred many friends and family members to this store and regularly brought in multiple watches at a time--sometimes more than ten watches in a single visit. This is how a loyal customer was treated. I don't mind paying a fair price, but I do expect consistency, honesty, and respect. Unfortunately, I received none of those. There are many other watch repair shops in the area that offer fair pricing, excellent customer service, and treat every customer with respect. I no longer recommend this store and will be taking my business elsewhere.
