Horrible service and very poor attitude by the lady who works there. We asked if our items could be ready by a certain day and she said "I have no choice but to have it done by said date." She was slamming receipts on table and mad when we didn't have cash to pay, apparently card is not taken there? Also, she wanted us to pay before services were done. I read the reviews and thought that going to them for dry cleaning my patio furnitures cushion covers would be fine but boy was I wrong. The lady counted all of the patio furniture cushion covers and also 4 of my jerseys that I needed to be washed and charged me for them. When I went to pick them up two days later she tried to up charge me an additional 150 for their services because she said I had more pieces of cushions then she thought even though I was there when she counted and also quoted me the price that I paid on the initial day. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone I know of anyone on this app!!! read more

Should've listened to the reviews, brought a vest in to get 4 patches sown on, she was very lazy with placement and doing it the way I wanted, then told me it would take 2 weeks to sow 4 patches on. Understanding that shops are busy, I asked her politely if there was any soon, to which she got upset and said "yeah I can get it to you tomorrow". Customer service was terrible, so I didn't Leave my vest there, but how she was attempting the place my patches, i wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, not even my worse enemy. read more

I only lived in Phoenix for 14 months, but during my time there the sweet little lady running the shop altered at least 8 jersey's and 4 sweatsuits. They were done to perfection. By the time we got to the last ones she didn't need to take any measurements, she had them on file. I just dropped them off and came back a couple weeks later to perfectly fitting attire. I actually moved out of state and failed to pick up one remaining jersey. I left a message and am sending my mother into pick it up- I have no doubt she still has it on hand. I highly recommend this business. The tailoring may take a couple weeks for bigger jobs, but it's 100% worth it! read more

The lady that works here is super kind but it really made me sad that I dropped off a dress then went pass my knees so that she can alter it to be right above my knees (cause I'm short) and when I got it back a few days later it was altered into a crop top (right above my belly button) I really liked that dress & was pretty bummed out. read more

First, I paid 3 times the amount I usually pay to get pants altered, which was fine because it was the only place open, after I gave her the pants, the lady said they'd be done 4 days later!!! All I needed was a cut and sew! They were already measured and ironed. Fine, she had already taken the pants, I just left them. When I went to pick up the pants, I noticed one leg was longer than the other, so I let the lady know, she argued with me, measured it and finally agreed to fix it. After she gave them to me again, the bottom of my pants were still off AND round! She said it was where I had ironed it, but she had already ironed it twice after I gave them to her! She offered to fix it and to pick up the next day. I will not be returning and would not recommend this place at all!!! read more

My daughter recently lost her husband to Covid. His memorial service is Friday. My daughter went today, Wednesday, to this establishment to pick up her husband's clothes for him to wear at his services - they lost his pants! The receipt they provided when the clothes were dropped off clearly states his pants were part of the clothing they were to dry clean. Imagine being in mourning, devastated for losing your loved one, having to deal with so many things, including having to provide his suit to the funeral home to dress him, and finding they lost his pants? I've came here twice before to get some military uniforms tailored. They know the uniform regulations very well.

She told me 15$ originally after finding out what she had to do to them I was too trusting and she charged me 35$ for each pants. She did tell me the way she charges which makes sense but after finding out what she was gonna do to my pants she said 15$ my loss don't come here and she's pretty rude, doesn't have manners. read more

If you need tailoring I would not recommend coming here. I took in my bridesmaids dress to get shortened. When I picked it up the hem looked like it was sewn by someone in high school home economics class. When I picked up my items it was 3 times the amount I expected. I felt sick to my stomach. Lady pretended to not know English, I was as over charged, when I came in to pick up my pants on the day SHE stated and wrote on my tag, they weren't even started and she argued with me in good English until I showed her the tag and she rushed through the job making them too tight.
