Yesterday, shopping at NEEDZI requested To buy a bottle of MaximumImpact. To those who know this item it is not cheap. The clerk pulled out a familiar silver metal can with a black cap which I purchased along with a few other items, bagged it all up and I left the store. Later I learned, by using the can that this was not really what I had requested as it was nauseating and made me feel like vomiting. The label read; 'SUPERMAX" not "MAXIMUM" Impact. Same can, graphics and all as a can I purchased 6 weeks before at NEEDZ, except for the "SUPERMAX". Long story short, NEEDZ refused to refund my $$$ and gave me song and dance story about delivery of the product, talc ( a mineral) processing and pointed to an easy to miss refund notice on the counter. Totally unfair business practice for such a major change in a consumable product, an expensive product, to sell without a verbal prompt about the notice or explaination of why my order was fulfilled with a differently named product with no recourse of refund. My advice is to take your money elsewhere! read more

He refused to give me my money back and only offered store credit. Their receipt has no return policy printed that all sales are final. My advice: order directly online thru Andrew Christian. Me and a friend came in hoping to buy some new AC underwear but the older male employee on staff didn't acknowledge us. We wondered around, picked up a few things hoping to get some help but everyone was too busy socializing. I guess talking with your friends is more important than making a sale. I bought underwear. I bought leather. Spent hundreds at Needz and CJ's Leather. When my last $425 order never arrived in Houston, I sent multiple emails, text messages, and never received a reply. Not even a comment telling me they were sorry the order wasn't delivered. I didn't want to write this review, but CJ's and Needz forced me to warn others about ordering from them. I was vacationing in Denver from Houston and I happened to find this cute little, and adorable little shop in the Denver area. I was greeted with such kindness and fabulousness by the male individual worker. I believe his name is Jason? I can't recall his name unfortunately but he was a very well-kinded individual in which he gave a lot of insight about Denver's Gay life which I found that to be wonderful on his part especially an out of towner like me, lol. Great selection of underwear for great prices and they also make their own line of underwear in this store, I didn't know that! I have never heard of a nice underwear/sex store type of establishment making their own kind of underwear, that is awesome! Their customer service is where they truly shine brighter than their main competition...Craig and Tony are two ofthe friendliest people I've ever met. So I've been in Denver almost three years now, and for three years I've been seeking out quality kink toys that I don't need to attend a convention to purchase. I know online is usually the best bet, but there is something exciting about going with a friend or partner and actually feeling the toys or trying on the leather before buying it. Although I didn't really like the customer service I received at the Crypt, I was sad to see it go. Big name stores like pleasures or fascinations have good quality sex toys, but the kink gear is never durable enough to cater to my level of play. I've been to Needz many times since I first moved here, and every single time have had an amazing experience. The store mostly caters to the male identifying queer/gay community. Which for someone who identifies as female like myself may limit your options. Although the inventory wasn't specifically ordered with me in mind, the staff is very knowledgeable, and always appear more than enthusiastic about helping me find what I'm looking for! Also, I have come in and asked on multiple occasions over the past three years if they will ever get hemp rope, and I was very pleased to see a 30ft hemp rope on sale there when I went the last time a few months ago. I immediately purchased it, and have been having a blast working on my shibari with it! Also I buy my ex gf birthday cards here all the time, and she fucking adores them! Seriously love the selection of witty and raunchy cards with hot studs on them! Makes a great addition to any raunchy surprises! Not to mention the only store I've been to in Denver with selection of leather toys where the quality isn't laughable!
