Yummy vegan restaurant!! I am not sure why I haven't been to this place sooner. It is located on Peachtree Industrial Boulevard near Rogers Bridge Road. The place is not very large but is still spacious and very clean. As soon as you walk in, you are warmly greeted. The staff is very welcoming and kind. They asked if we had any questions and the great thing is their menu came with a separate little picture menu so you could get an idea of what the different dishes looked like. They serve you water and ask if you would like ice (which is nice, because my friend doesn't like ice in her water). They have a wide selection of different dishes. I think they are mostly Persian (Iranian) dishes. They had dishes like Ghormeh Sabzi. We got an Okra stew, an order of French Fries, a Chick Pea Salad and. Falafel Bowl. The Okra Stew had a tomato base with potatoes. It was delicious with the rice. The French Fries were seasoned with the right amount of salt and pepper. The Chick Pea Salad had Feta, Cucumbers, Tomatoes, Red Onion, Kalamata Olives and a nice dressing. The Falafel Bowl had four pieces of Falafel, Hummus, Couscous (I Think) and a pickled cabbage. We also had a slice of Pistachio Cake with Rose Water Everything tasted really fresh and was perfectly seasoned! My friend couldn't stop eating the Hummus and the salad. I couldn't stop eating the French Fries. I guess I really wanted French Fries. We are definitely going to go back and try other things. The cake is not very sweet which was nice. My friend and I don't like overly sweet cakes and pastries. I was happy to find out that the business is family run. Always happy to support mom and pop/family owned businesses. The food that my wife and I had seemed very healthy, which I appreciate more than anything else. Unfortunately everything we ordered was pretty bland and underwhelming in taste. We were with some others that said the same thing. Portions are nice sized but the prices match. What will probably keep me from going back is the fact that they automatically added a 20% gratuity to our bill, at a restaurant where you order from a counter. Yeah, they did bring the food to the table and would then bus the table after we ate, but that seems a bit much to automatically add the 20% to our bill. Full disclosure, we had more than six in our party, but we ordered at the counter and paid separately, so why penalize us just because we sat at the table with others? I know tipping is a touchy subject and I'm not against it, but when over $9 is added to my bill and all you're doing is delivering my food to the table and then clearing afterwards, that's a bit much. read more

So this is a vegan Persian restaurant, clearly and specifically so. As I close in on 4000 reviews, it's not often that I think "this is new", but when this popped up in my search, I had never seen such a business before. It's quite a good prototype for a cuisine that is normally not that vegetarian-friendly but can in fact be done very well. I spent a while perusing the menu. It is quite broad, and had a mix of whole food ingredients and vegan meat and cheese substitutes, as well as some tofu. I really wanted to try everything, but settled on a salad and an appetizer. This does not sound like much, but the portions were substantial. My appetizer was a potato and onion mix that was as mouthwatering as it sounds. With bread on the side, it was basically a deconstructed samosa. I could not finish it, but it will make good leftovers. A salad based on lentils and berries also had cashews and avocado and thus was quite filling. A delightful lemon dressing lent that fruity note that often pops up in this cuisine. And on top of that, my tea came with a complimentary bit of cake that I did not ask for. I'd just finished a donut from Georgia's highest rated donut shop, but the cake was given to me so I ate it and it was not disappointing by comparison. Quite moist for a vegan cake. This was our first time trying this restaurant and we were in the mood for 100% vegan food. We love Mediterranean food, but most places that offer Mediterranean food that is by default vegan often have it in limited supply because that's not the focus. But we were pleasantly surprised that this restaurant had an entire menu of traditional Persian food made 100% vegan. We opted for the American style cheese steak to be safe, which was made from mushrooms and soy but next time we'll go for the more exotic menu options. Mr. Amir, who was working the register was incredibly pleasant and educated us on the history of some of the menu items. His service was top-notch. The ambience of the restaurant was incredibly clean and they had their dessert options in plain sight at the front which included baklava which, since being vegan, we have not had in yearsdue to many of them, including honey. But this place had two different 100% vegan baklava options made out of pistachio or walnut. We will definitely be back! read more

Two: the falafel balls/ nuggets have a unique shape and have a great flavor. Three: if you have been vegan for a while in Atlanta you would know it's hard to find comforting and satisfying desserts, well they have vegan tiramisu, vegan baklava, vegan saffron ice cream, and vegan sholeh zard.
