I went there mid October for eyebrow threading and the younger pregnant woman (didn't catch her name) did my eyebrows so good! I loved them. I believe the total that day was 8.99 or 9.99 so and I went today and there was an older lady there who did my brows and they weren't the best and to top it off when I go to pay she said the total was $15... in less than a month they spiked their prices up that much? I mean i understand gradually raising the price to get up to $15 eventually but $15 in a matter of a few weeks? I mean yeah they leave your eyebrows looking good but there's also other places that can do the same work for less. Sorry but $15 for eyebrows every 2-3 weeks? I don't think so. Worst service ever Worst service ever My 17 year old daughter was serviced by the owners daughter on Wednesday July 7th around 345 pm. I was extremely disappointed with the young ladies comments to my daughter during her session. She made remarks such as "your to young to be so hairy "; stop shaving your sideburns you feel like a man and no "Daddy" (wtf) is gunna like that"; and finished it off with talking about her own family who according to her always talking shit about each others parties no matter what you do( it was my daughter's birthday) and it is better to go on trips. My poor daughter left in tears; humiliated and feeling ugly. I will never come back to this threading salon. You should leave feeling like a million bucks when you're paying someone for a beauty service. The girl was young, which would explain her air head remarks , however she just would not stop I understand sometimes people say things and don't mean to hurt your feelings but this young lady has no boundaries or customer service skills. She even fought with the other young lady employees standing at the counter before starting the service, I think over who was going to service us. The other employee looked as mad as I was when I left. Very unprofessional. On top of everything else she didn't even get all the hair and I had to go to another salon to have it done right. What a Waste of $30 dollars and my poor daughter still paid the place. read more

I come here to get my eyebrows threaded. It's quick, they do an excellent job, and it's only $5! I can tip 100% and still pay less than I do elsewhere. Update: Prices have gone up to $7. Still a great deal! read more

This place is so very close to my house, so one day I decided to try it out. Since then, it is the only place I go for threading. The strip center is older, and the other store fronts look dingy, but inside Neha's is VERY VERY CLEAN, and I appreciate that!! I don't usually wait very long if there are people ahead of me. I love coming here! Used to go get them at Kaya on firestone ... not only is this extremely close to where i live but its cheap! It is usually one person threading but no matter what i always get great results! The older lady is so so sooo nice and talks to me whenever i go. Thats if shes not busy. Such a sweet lady.
