Not only that, but when I offhandedly mentioned I've been dealing with a lot of latency and lag spikes in my internet connection, he taught me that my current Wi-Fi extender was garbage, and told me which one would be better. We brought a new Sony computer for $800 from one of the BIG NAME Electronic store, unfortunately broke the screen in less than one month I took it to same BIG NAME store technical department & they hold my computer for couple of weeks and estimate was almost equals to the price we paid for new laptop. Someone in circle suggested to check out this store, did visit the store next day the guy there was a true gentleman and had the knowledge and manner that made us feel, that we'd have our problem solved, not only they give us at least 60% less price but also turn out time was pretty fast, 2 days. I was upgrading my Asus laptop for window 10 & stuck at the reboot process fro more than 5 hours. I 'm not a tech person and I don't know much about computer stuff, but this store indeed provide great service. my laptop was working fine for everything but one day , it just stopped working. no matter how many times i restarted. then i dropped off my laptop to them in the morning on my way to work and they fixed it on the same day ! Had a laptop problem no one was able to fix. Asked every IT person i could and even phoned Dell... One of my neighbours suggested i try Neighbor Computer Services. Phoned first and explained the issue in case i'd be told nothing could be done.
