Easily over $2,500 in clouds of fruity smoke. So imagine my shock when one of the owners comes sprinting after me like I'm shoplifting diamonds... over a ONE DOLLAR WATER BOTTLE. Mind you, they've given me water for free before. But suddenly, this $1 bottle must've been liquid gold. The look of pure existential frustration in the owner's eyes was like I'd just asked him for his firstborn child instead of a sip of Dasani. I guess loyalty means nothing when they're counting pennies. So here's the deal: Thousands spent on vapes? Check. Loyal customer for 2 years? Check. Free water bottle? DENIED. I hope that $1 was worth it, because you officially lost a customer who practically pays your electric bill. I'll be taking my vape habit (and my thirst) elsewhere. P.S. Next time, maybe save the Olympic-level sprinting for actual shoplifters... not your regulars who keep you in business.

But after what happened on August 3rd around 12:30 AM, I don't know if I'll ever come back. I bought a vape two days ago and didn't try it in-store because I was in a rush--I'm a driver by profession, and I had a passenger waiting. I drove all the way from Orange to Costa Mesa just to buy from here, even though there's a much bigger smoke shop right next to my house. That's how much I've trusted this place. But when I tried the vape, the flavor was completely off--like it had gone bad or was defective. I came back expecting a simple exchange. Instead, I was met with attitude and zero help. I also noticed the prices have become ridiculous. A pipe I've always bought here for $2 suddenly cost $5. A large Newport butane gas was $10, and another gas I can buy anywhere for $4 was sold to me for $7. It really feels like I was being taken advantage of. This shop is right between two bars, across from Triangle--this location should be packed with people. But maybe this is why it's not. The owner of the leasing space should take a good look at how the business is being run and how regular customers are being treated. This is not how you treat someone who's spent so much money and still chooses your shop over many others. If management is reading this: I'm still holding on to the faulty vape. Do the right thing and make this right.
