The lady randomly threw a $3 cc fee (that's over 6%!) that wasn't disclosed ahead of time and then didn't give a receipt. Scam alert, be careful! read more

The shop owner (middle aged middle eastern man with an accent) sold me a vaporizer and it immediately stopped working once it needed to be charged. I came back the next day and offered to purchase a more expensive vaporizer if I could return the one that broke for a credit of half the new cost. He refused and didn't even offer a trash can in the store. Its a small hole in the wall shop that operates by selling soon to be illegal 7-hydroxy which is an actual opioid. read more

Very knowledgeable staff who are always friendly and answer any questions I have and give great suggestions when I'm looking for a new type of product. Prices are good and they are well stocked in parts and accessories that I can't find at other businesses in the area. Will be my go-to as long as I'm living in the area. read more

I never. And I mean never write reviews. I wasn't even going to write this. Been coming here for a while and since the owner change it has been by far the worst shop I've ever been to. Customer service is horrible. I had a question and the female working had no idea about their product then when I tried calling back she ignored my call two times in a row so I had to drive over to the shop and confront her. My friend went in to buy a vape and another employee had no knowledge and I mean no knowledge about half of their vape products and was very very short so he got sold a vape that does not rip correctly. It auto fires to the the point where I'm already over half way done with a bottle of juice and I've only had it acouple days bearly even ripping it because of how bad it leaks. It has leaked through my clothing and is just horrible. I've gotten other products there that has had me asking myself is this even what it claims to be? I promise. This shop has gone so far down hill. I don't trust any of their products now. Again, use to go all the time but every single time for the last 5-7 times there's been a problem. Vape products are not cheap. Bought a full bottle of juice and new novo and now I have to go spend a bunch of money on another one. I've never written a review but this place is horrible: I've told all my acquaintances to stop going here. I'd rather drive 25 minutes to a diff shop. Ur way better off going to up in smoke on Wilson and Newport blvd. They close alittle early but their customer service is amazing, prices and product are so much better. Trust me. read more

The owner was very rude to me when asking simple questions about products and was very impatient. At one point he mentioned he doesn't even smoke and has no experience with the product he sells. I had a really great experience here, Eddie was the person to help me and he was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I came in to replace a broken bowl for my bong and didn't know what size I needed. I of course bought the wrong size and had to come back tonight to exchange it for the proper size. Not only did he exchange what I bought, he retrofitted my almost 20 year old bong to be glass on glass and is now working better than ever! It might sound silly but the piece has some sentimental value to me- it was my first ever and the only one I haven't managed to break over the years- and it really meant a lot for Eddie to help me out. They have unique inventory that's always being expanded upon so you'll never grow bored of what's in stock..... the prices are undoubtedly lower than any other surrounding smoke shop, without question..... they are directly familiar with almost everything they sell, so they give straight forward opinions when asked. If he doesn't love an item, he will say it, and show me an affordable option that he thinks is better. This place deserves much more than 5 stars in my opinion! If I could give it 10+ I would! I am not from this area and I just needed any smoke shop around where I could grab a set of inexpensive vape batteries for my long drive home. I was lucky enough to come in and have the most amazing customer service provided by Eddie! I just can't say enough about how helpful and sincerely accommodating he was!
