Worst "F" place to ever do business with. never ever will I recommend this place to anyone. I called in to enquire about a cert e-juice and their "MF" confirmed my question. I drove 26 minutes so he can clarify that it's something like what I asked for. not only that but he attempted to cell me a bottle of nasty juice for $4 above retail margen plus tax and he was very adamant on selling me an open bottle that was very obviously a tester bottle. I'm so pissed and for the first time in my life I didn't act on my emotions and turned his store upside down. I simply pointed out my dissatisfaction with what I had mentioned, over priced, not the product I was calling to enquire about and the product was an old opened used product that wasn't what I was looking for. you want to talk about everything that could be wrong with the way you treat a customer??? This place is so shady, we buy the same products every time and one of the guys working always tries to finesse and increase the prices. For the longest time he says "it's 4.20" then we asked the next time "it's $4.20 right?" He says "uhh...$4.70" then today we buy the same item, a different guy says "it's $3". Not just that, the other guy always keeps the change and doesn't give it back. It's so shady. read more

Don't waste your time Could not recommend this place any less. If you are in the area go to literally any other shop, they are more knowledgeable and treat their customers with more respect than this dump. They refuse to give a refund for broken products, but have no problem taking your money for them. Everything else in this shop is either cheap or fake (china glass) and also their "store credit" is the biggest joke ever. I'm not one to usually leave reviews, specially not bad reviews but I would definitely not suggest going to the smoke shop. First off all the males that work there are very rude and creepy to female customers. Also they up charge their prices like crazy. When I go in there with my boyfriend they will charge us one price and then when I go in by myself they charged me 2 to 3 times the price for the same item. I just tried to buy into Two pack of wraps and the guy tried to charge me six dollars when normally my boyfriend gets the same pack there for $2.50. Would not suggest going here unless you want to pay more for stuff than you would pay for it at a spot down the street. read more

Had a concert to go to in Irvine last week and googled smoke shops near me. This location popped up and not too much info was given on the search engine. I called the store to verify they were open and spoke with Mackenzie. I told her I needed a variety of things to get me through the day and night and she was very pleasant and welcoming on the phone. When I got there, Bob (owner?) said he was expecting me and my crew. He helped us pick out a few juices, smoking accessories, wraps and my girlfriend even found a CBD product she uses they no longer carried at her spot in Los Angeles. I picked up a couple of CBD bath world bombs for my mom and they're AMAZING !! Bob was great and gave us great deals, we'll be sure to return if we ever make our way back to the OC. Not stoked on their service. Asked for help with vape and was literally told that he did not have time to explain what a vape was or how they worked. I was going to buy one to. Also, I bought a glass waterpipe from them and and the handle on the bowl fell off the second day I had it and was refused a refund. Looks like they went to the wholesale shop in downtown la and grabbed every cheap piece of glass they could afford, if you want quality American made glass And a knowledgeable and respectful staff I'd say got to ziggys, hickory smoke shop, or piece of mind which was named shop of the year for 2019 and have some amazing glass blowers come for live events or if you just need a basic smoke shop check out herb n leaf, cash has a great variety of cheap pieces and a huge CBD selection read more

I have been to the majority of smoke shops in the area and unfortunately I happen to live right next to this one. Out of the several times I've been to this smoke shop I've left the store completely dissatisfied every time. A part of it is because their selection is quite mediocre, I can never seem to find what I originally came in for, while I usually can at other smoke shops. But the main reason is that this place is OUTRAGEOUSLY EXPENSIVE. Most every item I buy here I can find at another shop for a 1/3 or even 1/4 the price. I finally had my last straw when I came in to buy a bubble carb cap for my Carta. Keep in mind this is a small carb cap that usually goes for 5-10$ online. After picking one out and asking for the price (cause of course there's no tag), He told me 35$ plus tax -AFTER I had already inserted my card expecting it to be no more than 10$ ......... right.
