Finally I tracked down a phone number and called only to speak to an answering machine which I left a message on. They returned my call stating that my message was sent to the wrong department. As of this writing I still have not received my refund. The order was paid for promptly. The credit should be issued promptly. From November 28 until December 7 is quite a stretch. I will continue to chase them for my almost $100 but will never deal with this company again. The worst part of all is that they continue to advertise this jersey for sale. Save your money people. They will take advantage.
