This was absolutely one of the best experiences I have had with a dental office in a very long time. The dental assistant and the dentist Adam were amazing. I came to this location in dire need of a tooth being pulled. Had some issues with my current dental insurance and it might end up having my tooth pulled the same day. The dentist assured me that he could pull my tooth right then and there. But I told him I wanted to find a place that actually took my insurance hmo , he said if I need to return if I had no luck elsewhere that he would take care of me. Needless to say, less than 24 hours later I found myself emailing the dental office at five in the morning asking if they could fit me in to pull my tooth. I received a response via email and phone call by 8 AM telling me to head straight to the office and that they would fit me in. I was hit by a car while riding my bike; one of my injuries was a chipped front tooth. My terrible dental insurance wasn't going to be able to fix it at all or even fit me in for months. Dr. Unterbrunner not only fit me in ASAP for an exam, he was very thorough and truthful about how my teeth were post the accident, what was necessary to fix it, and even completed fixing the chip then and there instead of making me wait for another appointment. I've had dental work similar to this before and never has it gone so smoothly, quickly, painlessly, and the result looks just like my original tooth. I've been a patient for a few years. Recently, Dan and Stephen sold the business to Dr. Unterbrunner. I had to get in quickly for a crown that fell out. He accommodated me that same day and was very honest in his approach. Specifically, he could reattach it but it might not last too much longer. I appreciated that he did not rush right to a replacement given the cost of crowns. I will continue to use Neighborhood Dental as I like a dentist who doesn't pressure me into costly procedures that aren't necessarily urgent. Excellent care -- again. I had an emergency repair of two chipped teeth and Dr. Unterbrunner and Christy fixed me up and were able to see me right away. The practice is friendly and not scary. Welcoming. State of the Art equipment. Best music. I was none too pleased to be sold with the former dentist's practice. I think I was the doctor's first patient in his new office. Dr. Adam is the best dentist I've ever had. He completes a crown in only one appointment. They have the technology to create the crown in the office during the visit so you don't need a temporary. Crown fits bite perfectly, matches color perfectly and no food gets caught in between other tooth. Can't say enough great things about my experience here all around. Past dentist wouldn't pull my wisdom tooth, said I need surgery so I put it off for years -- Dr Adam pulled it out in 2 minutes easily. read more

Dr. Dan is a great dentist. He is incredibly thorough and knowledgable. It is very easy to get an appointment, and I love how they only schedule one patient at a time. I've been there at least half a dozen times, and I have only seen another patient once. When you're there, Dr. Dan is totally focused on you. Also, the space is really nice and all of the equipment is super high tech. It's like being in the future! The guy who is the assistant is very personable and has always remembers your name and some details from your last conversation. I have had gum graft surgeries here (three, to be exact) plus some additional dental work and cleanings and all have been very comfortable and meticulous.
