Parking lot is a disaster some days, lines aren't clearly painted and people generally can't drive well in the USA. Instead, my clothes came back a complete disaster -- some were still dirty, others were ruined, and I am now missing a significant amount of clothing. When I contacted them, they brushed me off by saying they'd "tell the girl," and then claimed she went on vacation. As for the missing items, they only told me they would "look for them." No accountability, no urgency, no resolution. To make matters worse, they lost expensive items, including a $425 hoodie. What I got back was one giant mess of wrinkled, mishandled clothing, far from the professional service they advertise. This company showed a total lack of care, accountability, and respect for their customers' belongings. I would strongly warn anyone against using Clean Clothes Depot unless you want to risk losing your clothing and wasting your money. Unfortunately, I am going to have to take them to court for the items they ruined and the missing items they did not return.
