Absolutely 100% please with every staff member here. My baby was happy to go for a ride until she realized we were at the vet, but the staff was amazing with Liberty & her nervousness. Cost was pretty reasonable as well. Thank you Dr. Garcia and thank you to all your staff. She was all smiles leaving despite having an ear infection!!

What can I say that hasn't already been said about Dr. Withrow & her staff. Before we even rescued our new furbaby Ruby I started looking for a good vet. Checked out Yelp & first recommendation was Long Meadow Veterinary Clinic. Read most of the reviews & was impressed. Looked at other places close by & it was an easy choice. We picked up Ruby on 7/12 in the evening & today I called for an appointment & Natalie was very personable. Great first impression. After some quick questions, we lucked out & got an immediate appointment scheduled, so off we went. First step into the clinic & yet another great impression. As mentioned before the place doesn't look or smell like any vet clinic I've been too. My daughter was quick to point this out. We were greeted by Natalie & she immediately knew who Ruby was & greeted her to make her feel at ease. Then we met a vet tech, I forgot her name but she was also personable. Again, great first interaction with Ruby. They get her to immediately cooperate, with a treat of course, to sit still on the scale. They were quick with praises for Ruby putting her at ease with them. We were shown into an exam room & again spotless & odorless. We were even offered beverages while we waited. You forget you're in a vet clinic. After some quick paper work we meet Dr. Withrow. Again, as mentioned before, she did her whole exam on the floor with a little help from the vet tech. Considering Ruby was in the shelter for 3 months, you'd figure she'd have some apprehension about vets, but not here. Ruby felt so at ease she even laid down. Dr. Withrow was great about explaining everything & confident that she could treat Ruby's minor skin condition which put me at ease. She answered all my questions & wasn't quick to push products. After they took Ruby in the back for a pedicure, Ruby came back with no anxiety & wasn't rushing to get out which is first for me. My dogs in the past were clawing to get out after being taken away. Like I said, what a great experience for me & Ruby. Glad this place is close to our house. Thanks Dr. Withrow & staff at LMVC.

I explained the situation, sent over the confused medical records, and she got us scheduled right away. The veterinarian was thorough and on time, carefully reviewed both the original messy records and the corrected ones, gave my cat her third FVRCP dose, and did a complete exam including verifying that her previously broken leg had healed properly. They got everything taken care of in time for my trip, and I really appreciated how they worked with such complicated circumstances. At a time in your life when your dog gets cancer it is the worst thing that can happen but when you have someone like Dr. Johnson to take care of her you're very lucky. The worst part, my dog didn't even need the surgery! His CCL is in tact, but she told me it had fallen out. Initially, the specialist told me the leg may need to be amputated because there was so much damage. Miraculously he's walking with it now after 3 months of treatment by a specialist and several surgeries later, he can use his leg. He's only 2, most likely will have issues the rest of his life and if his CCL tears in the future, TPLO is not an option due to all the bone damage. DO YOUR HOMEWORK before ever letting a non board certified vet operate on your pet! Read the vet board information. Sadly NVC is not concerned about my pet's future issues that are very well documented as a result of the damage from this completely botched and unnecessary surgery. Very disappointing that they do not feel any obligation for his future health and well being for the damage their vet did to his leg. A few pics below of his recovery.
