The atmosphere was your typical "happy hour" bar. Seems like a great place to catch a game. We arrived at 4:30 on a Friday and it was already getting full. Service was friendly and very attentive even with it being so busy. Our waitress Kendra was awesome! The food was good bar/pub style food. Everything from Buffalo chicken dip to Philly cheesesteaks and veggie burgers. Food came out pretty quick, no long wait times here. This is a great place to watch football! So many TVs that are easy to see from all tables. This weekend we really enjoyed the roll up garage doors during beautiful weather. Th girls working were so nice, fast and friendly service. The food is standard bar food, although tasty. The smoked wings were really good, actually tasting smoked compared to what other places try to pass off as smoked. My only minor complaint was I wish the Buffalo was spicier or there was a hotter offering. We will definitely be back for our games! read more

I will tell you that the women that were serving at the bar were exceptionally perfect. My only problem is watching the other waitresses when they were taking a moment to eat..which everyone deserves a break!! I not only experienced one licking their fingers and just wiping them off grabbed beverages for other customers and served them and thought this was ok as well as another waitress giving a high five all without washing their hands!!!! Three waitresses did this!! On top of it all, the plate two ladies were eating on was on top of napkins that were set out for rolling utensils . I have a pic of the food tray on the napkins .. I was enjoying my steak salad until I saw this and I no longer could eat. The food tasted wonderful, but I no longer had faith in this restaurant. I don't think the manager took it seriously when I politely was telling him without making a big deal. Guess hygiene in a restaurant is not a big deal. read more

I hesitate to say all the great things about Neighbors because it is always hopping & I am afraid I won't get in . But, I have to give credit where it is due. My husband & I love, love, love Neighbors. It has become our go to place in Franklin. We always go there to watch football there is a ton of TVS! They have typical bar food ( burgers, wraps, salads, etc.) but it is really yummy! I usually get the turkey wrap with a side salad. The BEST part about Neighbors is the service & bartenders. Service and set up are fantastic here. Absolutely wonderful. The food....ehhhhh could be better. The server did mention they are revamping the menu which I would say is needed. They had some decent options but just no real wow factor. Burger was small for the price, 2.50 for one piece of bacon add on, and gooooodness the Brussels were terrible and had the strangest flavor. Service was good as well as the drinks, but the food is mediocre. My wife and I both had disappointing experiences when it came to our meals. Food was bland and/or just not good. If you are going for the atmosphere, drinks, or Trivia then eat somewhere else first you will be better off. I had the Chicken avocado wrap and paid extra for bacon. What I got was basically a tortilla with romaine lettuce and a tiny bit of turkey and a sprinkle of bacon bits. I expected a piece or two of bacon. I guess $2 extra only gets you bacon bits. My wife had nachos, paying extra for chicken. The "Nachos" were ok, but the chicken we paid extra for looked and tasted like boiled chicken and was very bland and tasteless. Taylor the bartender was so helpful. My boyfriend and I came to the bar for some drinks and food, and to watch the tennis tournament. She helped us immediately, got the tennis on a tv within a few minutes for us (), and was so on it and helpful the entire time. She definitely knows what she's doing. Neighbors Franklin is located at the McEwen Northside development. When my neighborhood sports bar didn't have the TV subscription to the sports game I wanted they sent me to their competitor Neighbors. The staff at Neighbors found the game for me and played it on one of their many tv screens. It was very neighborly and this sports bar lives up to its name. But it is not your everyday sports bar, it is a sport bar on steroids. While the menu has the usual pub food on the menu it does have some interesting items including gluten free and vegan offerings. On our last visit I had the chopped chicken salad which is grilled chicken on top of chopped lettuce, avocados, diced tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, candied pecans, dried cranberries. The salad was clean and fresh, the chicken was not hot off the grill. The real star of the show are the TV's and the comprehensive sports coverage and the support of the staff in assisting you in watching your specific game. The food and the service is very good but I am there to watch my teams. A good partnership between a fan and a restaurateur. read more

Pretty solid bar food. I had the club and I applaud them on the crispy bacon although the deli meat was pretty bland. Sour dough well toasted. Could have used mayo or a sauce. Fries are twice fried which a lot of people like. I'm pretty neutral toward them. Two people really liked the hot honey chicken sandwich and two people had the chicken quesadilla which was fine, but nothing special. I've had the chance to go here twice in the past week, and I can't say this place is amazing. The location in the new McEwen Northside is great and the staff is great for the most part, but other than that, there wasn't anything huge that stuck out. A lot of TVs but the tables aren't placed great to get optimal viewing unless you are at the bar (you'll have to turn your head to see what you want), all high tops too unless you sit outside. For the food, it's decent, but not unique. Between the two times I've been there, I've eaten: pretzel bites with queso, cheese curds with (cold) marinara, a bacon cheeseburger, their signature "hot dog", French fries and their skillet cookie dessert. A most percentage of those items I can replicate exactly with products I can pick up at Kroger or Publix, as they seemed like they weren't shipped in from a company like Gordon's, Cargill, SI, etc... long story short, nothing there seemed "homemade" or "in house". I'm not saying the quality was terrible though, I just expected better. I'm not sure if I'll ever come back soon, but they are a partner that streams NSC games, so that might be useful in the future. read more

I have a small 6lb service dog, I was told my service dog needed to be on the floor due to "safety and health issues". There is nothing my service dog does for my disability that jeopardizes anyones safety, nor any health issues. Her service is necessary to be on my upper body, which she is trained and licensed to perform if needed. I've been in this place at least 5 times without anyone claiming there is any kind of safety or health issue... Apparently it depends on who is working and who wants to lose business and who wants to break federal law... I suffer enough as it is... this made me cry when I left... read more

Food is good, but the CHAIRS are horrible. Every table has tiny no back chairs. We can't watch hours of football here. We can't even get a little tipsy in fear of falling off the tiny no back chairs. If your lucky enough to get a table with a bench you might be able to tolerate it. Change your chairs!!! Everyone complains about coming here, because of the chairs you chose. UPDATE: I reread my review and decided that I should clarify a few things. 1. I love this place. I come here all the time. Best staff, food, service in Franklin. 2. The TV's are next level. Everywhere. And they have everything on. Football, Soccer, Basketball. Tennis, Golf. You name it. 3. They have the best decor in any restaurant on the planet. My review came off pretty negative and I wanted to make sure I cleared up my true opinion of Neighbors. So to wrap things up. Place is awesome. Went to Neighbors to meet someone for a drink. I was setting inside, This young lady came and I said I was meeting someone and she told me that it was not her table but she would get me two waters and tell the waitress that I was there. When my person got there She said lets set outside, So we did. We set there for a good 15 to 20 minutes and we had to wave someone down which our waitress had passed up at least 3 times. So the girl that had waited on me with the waters came over and we ordered a bottle of wine. She said she would tell our waiter, Our waitress brought the open bottle of wine and set it down with 2 glasses and left. and never came back until we waved down the young lady that had served us the water and told her we needed our check, Then the girl that was our waiter came and gave us the check. I did not tip her bc Tips means To insure proper service, and I went and I tipped the young lady that had been so helpful, and as we were walking out another waitress said to us "That was just rude" That's when we went back and complained to the manager. And trust me I will never be back again. Fact in the real world waitress if you don't service people they will not tip. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!! I went into the restaurant on 7/27 with my fellow associates as a team dinner and waitress Morgan waited on us. However Morgan charged my credit card with an unapproved tip amount. I have been trying to get this fixed for weeks now and I have LITERALLY GOTTEN THE RUN AROUND from the Manager Jordan. I have in writing that she was going to refund the difference and it still hasn't happen. The funny thing is my company will not pay the amount until the receipt and the amount charged on the card matches.
