This Neighbors sits in the large mixed use development in the Aspen Grove/McEwen area of Franklin/Cool Springs and is a solid addition to the area and to the Neighbors brand! They occupy a great corner in the complex, which is a stellar location and allows for a good sized patio in addition to the dining room and bar area. That patio also makes bringing the pups a lot easier. As with all Neighbors, they are all about sports and with walls and walls of TV's, you cannot miss the game or event you are after! Food and drink here are solid. If you have never been to Neighbors, it is true sports bar food with wings, nachos, burgers, sandwiches, pretzel bites, etc...and a few house specialties, but mostly your standard stuff. And that is not a bad thing, while simple, they do it well and I have never been disappointed with anything I have ordered here. Service is friendly and good, but efficient is questionable as they recently introduced a flag based system where you put your number card on your stand and when your server notices it, they come your way. My only issue is this takes the natural check-in's of service away and while the idea is good in theory, execution is still a bit clunky as we had to seek out our server twice after having our card displayed for several minutes. They feature a full bar and plenty of beers on tap, so it is certainly a great spot to cheer for your favorite team. Interior is spacious with mostly high-top tables and a handful of lower tables. There is also a dining area outside, also with TVs. The service was attentive and good. I had the Pulled Pork Sandwich. The pork was tender and smoky, though it was pretty dry. I order wings at the Aspen Grove location frequently since I am a local resident in walking distance of the restaurant, and the last two times I have placed an online order of 12 smoked wings to go. The first time I didn't realize there were only 11 when I got home so I thought it was an honest mistake. Tonight, I placed the same order and counted them before I left and there were only 11 again, so I asked the bartender to please make the correction. She made the correction by bringing me out a single wing on a plate and handed it to me instead of re-packaging the order. I tried to explain to her this was the second time in about a week this happened with a take-out order, and she simply shrugged her shoulders, was rude and indignant, with no apology, no anything and walked away. I'm writing because it shouldn't be necessary for myself or anyone to un-package a take-out order to confirm it is correct as listed on your menu. I further hope this isn't a common practice of this restaurant with other's that order take-out orders and get home only to find they didn't get what was advertised and the public pays for based on the listed prices. I also found it in poor taste for the bartender to not offer an apology for the mistake and to properly re-package the order. If this is the case moving forward, there are plenty of other nice restaurants in this area. Very unexpected and very bad service to a frequent local customer. read more

They had half the tables reserved for a large party that never showed up during the hour and a half that we were in the pub. I'm not sure how to start this off, but randomly tried this place and didn't get to try the food. Went to the restroom, but neither soap dispenser was working. I let the waitress know and asked for hand sanitizer, she went and talked to someone and came back and told me they were aware one dispenser was not working and asked did I try the other one. Also, they did not have any sanitizer. I was blown away. Yes, I tried both soap dispensers and both were empty. She then replaces one and I go back to restroom so I can actually wash my hands with the small amount of soap I could get from one of the dispensers.
