All machines are coin operated; however, the least expensive washing machine was 4.25! Luckily, the change machine worked, but to purchase laundry detergent and softener did not! Also overpriced at 2.50 for a small box of Tide and Downy. I had to run down the hill to a local convenience store to get a travel sized liquid Tide (at least that was only 2 bucks). Laundromat is also very dirty and not well kept at all. They dryers appear to be brand new and the washing machines appear to be in newer condition. At least the dryers are .25 to operate. To sum it up, do not patronize this business unless you're in dire need as I was (visiting, on foot).

Whenever I come for pickup, even after paying $$, staff is not around half the time. There's a vaguely scribbled "back in 30 mins". Will they be back in 30 mins? Is it 30 mins from now or sometime back? Nobody tf knows. Sad to see this place become like any other laundromat in the city.

Not sure if they're in the process of renovating but even when I came here few months back, it still looked the same so I don't think they're in a renovating process or it would have been done by now. Quarters use to give 7 minutes and now they give 5 minutes. You'll get your basic laundry needs done here if you're just coming to wash and dry clothes. I personally haven't used their services but seems like they're great base on other reviews. There's some cute decors around the place now but the place is absolutely filthy which is ironic when it's a place you come to get your clothes cleaned. Machines are dusty, found pet hair or some kind of fur in some machines, floors are dirty, and it looks like someone was sleeping here and left their blanket here. A worker came in and didn't even bother getting rid of it. There's wooden boards around the place too and benches are dirty which sucks if you want to just stay, relax, and wait for your laundry. Some pros: they have a vending machine for snacks and laundry needs and they have a scan and pay on some of their machines.

Noting that this place SAYS it takes Apple Pay, but it actually doesn't work on ANY machine. They don't warn you at all. They wait until you lugged your laundry there, put it in the wash and put your detergent in for you to find out on your own that Apple Pay actually DOESNT WORK on ANY machine. I voiced my disappointment and suggested they put a sign up or something. I spoke to the balding manager in Spanish to keep my feedback between us. He then went ahead and switched to English on purpose (to belittle me because he assumed I didn't speak English) he raised his voice so loud so that the ENTIRE PLACE could hear him in English, he put his hand in the air and pointed at the door and said "IF YOU DONT LIKE IT GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!" It took a few times to swipe my card at the correct angle but I got it. Dryers were HOT so $0.25 for 5 minutes went far. All our clothes were dry in 25 minutes, maybe 30 for heavy towels and jeans. Free parking out back, easy to load up and drive off. Pressed for time? They offer wash & fold. I'll be back soon to do heavy items like my duvet and comforter where these machines do a better and faster job than the three sad machines in my building. My clothes seem a lot cleaner and the chore, completed much faster.

The bacon was a great addition and added another layer of flavor and texture. Between the two, The Sub ended up being my favorite. The ham gave it a nice subtle sweetness, and I added jalapeños to that one as well because I love a little spice. Now let's talk about the Dutch crunch bread...WOW! It was seriously good. Perfectly crunchy on the outside while still soft in the middle. Easily one of the best Dutch crunch breads I've had in a while. Overall, I like that this place keeps things simple. It's a no-frills sandwich shop with solid flavors and great prices. I'd definitely order from here again and would love to try more of their sandwiches.

The response honestly felt dismissive, and almost as if they no longer wanted the job because I had not chosen their company first. What confused me most is that the room still clearly needed cleaning regardless. It also left me wondering whether they would have accepted the job normally if I had simply never mentioned that another cleaner had already been there. Clean, highly frequented laundromat in the mission. So far I've only used laundre for their dryers…read more Right now, I think that 6 are out of service. This still left a good amount of machines available. I came twice in the same day on a Sunday afternoon and waited no more than 5 minutes for an available dryer. It's 25 cents for every 6 minutes. The dryers work well and you can definitely dry a medium load (depending on the density of your laundry) for under 20 minutes. There was a staff member in site sweeping and folding laundry at the front. I think that all the of the washers were in service. Unfortunately, their quarter machine is out of service. However, the good news is that the machines accept credit card for no extra fees!

It's already a pain to haul laundry out of the apartment, so it sucks to show up and have to call dibs on a machine. That scenario does not bring out the best in people. It's still clean, there's a free sanitizing cycle on washers, and drying is always insanely fast and cheap with the massive drums at a quarter for 6 minutes. But the number of broken machines puts a huge damper on it all.

It was very sad lol bc I knew it was way hotter than the ones we were using. Anyways, while washing/drying you can walk down the street to this corner deli market/ cafe and pick up snacks or drinks. I got to say, their vanilla latte and matcha latte was so good! Just the right amount of sweetness. Rotisserie chickens and groceries were all fresh and so many types of cheese and meats! Definitely recommend if you're in the area~ both the laundromat and market/cafe.

Unfortunately the soap pod got stuck in the side of the washer and I couldn't unlock the door once it started. I don't think it got the best clean, but I didn't have time to rewash the load. The dryer was efficient and cheap, which was great! I don't really know other laundromat prices to compare this too, but overall seemed reasonable. I wanted to charge my phone while I was there, but there are no outlets inside. Just a heads up if you're going to wait there!
