This place is a frickin' joke! Our hotel didn't have a laundry facility on site and I needed to do laundry before heading back home from our trip. All machines are coin operated; however, the least expensive washing machine was 4.25! Luckily, the change machine worked, but to purchase laundry detergent and softener did not! Also overpriced at 2.50 for a small box of Tide and Downy. I had to run down the hill to a local convenience store to get a travel sized liquid Tide (at least that was only 2 bucks). Laundromat is also very dirty and not well kept at all. They dryers appear to be brand new and the washing machines appear to be in newer condition. At least the dryers are .25 to operate. To sum it up, do not patronize this business unless you're in dire need as I was (visiting, on foot). read more

We came to this area on vacation and was happy to find a reasonably priced place where we can get some decent , made to order breakfast and nice coffee. Very small place and it's semi-subterranean so it's not as nice as some of the other places around. But what a great idea to combine laundry facilities with a small cafe!! read more

Hands down one of the best laundromats I've been to. The place is clean and the machines are new and work great. Haters complain about the prices, but I think $4.25 for a 15-pound load (in SF, no less) is more than reasonable. The hours are generous, which makes fitting laundry into a busy day much easier. The owner is super friendly and clearly cares about the place and the people who use it. With the laundry in my building shut down after a fire, this spot has been a total lifesaver. Really thankful to have a solid alternative close by. read more

New machines July 2025? Never had any issues but improvements welcomed. Maybe card, tap and phone payments? The walls could benefit from a coat of paint. Maybe a $100 tv or two up high on the walls. Owner is very nice and welcoming. The cafe is great, nothing bad to say about it. Free Wi-Fi if you need it. Now when it comes to the laundromat, I only go here because it's the closest one to me, therefore I have to. I like that there is usually always an employee on site, just in case something happens. I feel comfortable leaving my clothes here to dry or wash alone. They are never out of quarters, which is great. They only have 1 large washer, which is always taken. The medium sized ones are usually always taken as well. They have a lot of small ones available though. I wish they would install more medium/large washers and more dryers because this place is usually busy and most are always taken. Some machines are always out of order. One time I put my clothes in the dryer and 40 mins later, I came back and it was still wet! I wasted my money. This has potential, but needs more machines and fixes should be quicker. read more

This has been my go-to laundromat for the past few years, but lately it's been deteriorating a bit. The bad: There are more dryers than before with issues (more 'out of orders', doors don't close all the way or have uneven seals, etc). The dryers used to be very hot, but many of them don't get that hot anymore, even at the hottest setting. Many of the dryer timers are also short by 30-45 seconds, so if you put in money to get 8 min, the dryer may stop after 7min and 30sec. Dryer prices have also increased; before it was 25 cents for 6 min but now it's 4 min. There also seems to be a shortage of laundry carts and one of them has broken wheels. The good: The bill exchange machine is always stocked with quarters. There's always available washing machines. There's on-site staff at the adjoining cafe (I think they close at 2 or 3pm though). There aren't many seats, but there are usually seats available. read more

22.04.00 Accidental find. Question ... Where can you get a 10" or 12" Pizza in the morning? HERE !!! I saw the pizza on the board and took a shot ordering it. Even it was before 10 am! forgot exact time. He even chopped the veggies per order! Note ... this isn't a pizzeria For a non pizzeria it is pretty good (asked for extra crispy for better result. I had this 2 weeks ago and froze the remainder slices. SF Salmon Bagel is nothing short of elegance and divine. It's quite surprising that the attention to detail and crafting of this quick bite at a cafe-laundromat combo blows big name competition out of the water. I for one am not a frequent visitor of SF due to the state of the city with its issues of homelessness and rampant crime; however, this hidden gem in the form of a bagel sandwich has filled me with hope and promise that the city will experience a thriving prosperous renaissance sooner than later. read more

Hold on to Hats!!! This place will blow you away with coolness and cleanliness. I specifically came here to clean a California King, thick quilt and they had just the washing machine I needed...a 62 pound capacity whopper! There were plenty of dryers available too. While I was waiting, I had freshly squeezed orange juice and part of a combination pizza with premium ingredients that was made on the premises with pride. The service was exceptional and even entertaining. Your best bet is to Uber, Lyft, or taxi your way here and back, due to scarce parking, but it will be well worth it! read more

Went here from our hotel near Union Square to do our laundry, and found it to be a terrific place for that. The premises are clean and the machines plentiful, new, and reasonably priced. Best of all is the friendly proprietor and adjoining coffee and sandwich shop. Enjoyed Great food and conversation while our laundry got cleaned. read more

This place is simply ideal! Doing laundry mostly sucks, lets be honest. After looking for a cafe/laundromat all over SF that was actually nice, felt cozy, safe, and had good people running it ... I gave up for a hot minute. This place is on point for good coffee from bicycle coffee - I had a double espresso that was a 10/10. And they have made it a mission to go out and source the best pastries from around the neighborhood/city so if you need a nice mangiare then your covered too. Try the everything bagel with smoked ham - smoked salmon - cream cheese - and a secret ingredient that makes it supes tasty. All in all I am very excited about this place and will be here on weekends doing laundry and hanging out on my computer. read more

All I can do is say THANK YOU!!! Being here for business all week and schlepping laundry in suitcases isn't fun. I'm finally giving up the ghost and calling this laundromat home- with good reason. (Well a dozen of them!) Coming from the LA laundromat scene, I was used to crowded, dirty spaces that were filled with housekeepers doing actual laundry jobs. You name it, from nursing homes, houses, pet care facilities...you couldn't escape it. (Or the hordes of Cheeto fingered screaming kids...which run by and undo the work you've just done!) I'm finding solace in this space, 2 blocks from home. Clean machines- both inside and out- good prices- free WiFi- and a coffee bar to top it off. I'm not sure if it's laundry heaven, but it's close enough for me. I really like the tall chairs around and the availability of clean folding tables not being used as dining tables or seats for kids in here. Appreciated! Not many folks in here at the moment and life is good. Now if I could just solve life's other problems so easily, I'd be golden. Rock on Rinse! Don't you dare change a thing!! TIP: All machines are quarter, not card driven. Bring cash. There is a change machine to get the quarters here of course. Also has a machine with the basic laundry detergents etc if you forget. I'm a mountain goat/hill climbing runner- so if you're not- be ready. Jones is one of those not too gradual, steady climb straight up streets. :) If you're into cardio, hoof it.
