TNT Laundry is definitely one of the better laundromats I've been to in San Francisco! The machines worked amazing & were honestly really worth the price. The staff was super kind, welcoming, & helpful, which made the whole experience even better. I love that they offer multiple ways to pay -- you can use quarters, tap to pay with your debit card, or download the FasCard app, which is super convenient. Not to mention, with every dollar you spend you gain points, that can be used for future discounts. The laundromat itself was very clean, well maintained, & located in a nice, safe part of the city. Lee answered every question I had, gave me very detailed information, & explained everything really clearly. They close at 10 PM, & I didn't finish drying & folding my clothes until around 10:45. After I finished, I went outside to wait for my Lyft, & Lee actually came outside to let me know I didn't have to wait out there & invited me back inside until my ride arrived. I had a wonderful experience on 7/10/26 at Toss and Turn Laundry thanks to Veronica. From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, welcoming, and readily available to help. She took the time to show me how to use the washing machines and patiently explained how the dryers worked, which was especially helpful since the process was a little complicated for a first-time customer. I'm in the area for work and was staying was Luma Hotel and looking for a close by laundromat, and found Toss n Turn. I called the evening before after 8pm and was pleasantly surprised to have someone pick up to answer my questions. I wanted to know if they accepted card payment, which they do. This helped cut down on an extra step of getting out cash. When I arrived the next morning I was happy to see they offered quite a bit of options for load size, which made it much easier for me. I was also welcomed by Lee who was incredibly helpful with getting me familiar with the machines. It was a clean space and I appreciated having a table and outlet to work at while I waited for clothes. If I'm back in the area and have laundry needs I'll definitely be back. read more

It's great that they provide pickup and delivery but it's a bit pricey for what they offer using Uber to pickup and deliver. Just hire a driver and pay them hourly. I received my laundry back but unfortunately I had to wash the items again as they smelled bad and were a bit grimy as if they hadn't been washed. Not sure if I'll use this service again. read more

It's conveniently located by a bus stop. There wasn't much parking to be seen nearby, and I was glad I took the bus. The folks who work here are very friendly and helpful. It was fun to spend an hour in the neighborhood while I waited for my laundry to launder. The whole experience made me feel good about living in San Francisco. High tech. Helpful employees. Really strong modern high capacity machines. But the touch screen interface is not functional without depending on the employee for help. Hitting the green arrow once too many will cause repeating the whole sequence. That's just bad because the step needed is not prompted. read more

I've had a wonderful experience with Toss N Turn. Their service is truly top-notch. The communication is clear and professional, the cleaning quality is excellent, and everything is completed right on time. I was especially impressed with how neatly and thoughtfully my laundry was folded -- it really felt like a unique, above-and-beyond level of care. Unfortunately, at the moment they're unable to pick up and deliver large loads, and I currently have several larger loads that need service. Because of this, I won't be able to use Toss N Turn as regularly as I would like. However, whenever I have smaller loads, I will absolutely continue to use their services. Best laundromat in the city. By far. The attendants are nice and friendly, the space is practical and clean. Washers and dryers are fast, and take apple pay (I've only found one other place in the Mission that does!!). There are a ton of size options, and I heard the owners even installed additional smaller sizes after many customer requests. I also appreciate the open sink they have -- again a rarity in laundromats nearby. Wifi, charging outlets, lots of seating and tables, and with rise & grind across the street, this place is a no brainer for a Sunday morning coffee run. The 12 bus also drops me off right in front, which I love -- I'm willing to travel a bit further to come here. Sometimes it feels like laundromats in the city feel like they have a captive audience, and don't need to go the extra mile to be clean, welcoming, provide seating, etc. There's a certain dignity and respect to the laundromat customer here that I really appreciate! read more

My ex-wife used to come here all the time. She still might actually. We don't talk. Even though I told her I can do my own laundry, she insisted she can do it since I work 80ish hours a week and had a 200 mile commute. She really enjoyed it during our short 6 month marriage after she called it quits. She was very impressed with the new machines and the friendly owner. I know the other laundromats have horrible dryers and take longer while this place has great dryers. She mentioned the great payment system with their own card without the need of coins. Came here because the laundromat near my house eats up quarters and half the machines didn't work. So glad I found this one! Head and shoulders best laundromat in the city. All machines are brand new. Clothes come out fresh, clean, and fluffy w/ significantly less soap and softener. While you pay a little more for wash you get additional rinse cycle and water. You save money on dryers because clothes dry in a third the time. The best part about this place is the spotless environment and access to an attendant at all times to ask questions or troubleshoot any problems. read more

Decided to try out the new laundry mat in the Neighborhood. I was happily surprised to see all brand new machines. Most of the machines are larger than average and super fast! I was able to fit 2 normal loads into one machine, washed it in less than 30 minutes, and then dry them in about 25. I was shocked that I was able to finish my laundry in about an hour! Also, the owners were super nice and helpful showing everyone how to use the new machines. read more
