Great tasting smoothies, bowls, fresh ground ginger shots and cleansers. I've been a big fan of Nektar since they opened North of 101. Really happy about this new location opened up. For a new location, the staff seemed well seasoned and already this new location is working like clockwork. The chain has really excelled at consistency, using single natural ingredients with no added sugar, syrups, turbinado or preservatives etc. Like their competitors do. They have unique flavor combinations with the added bonus of leaving out anything you don't want. Nektar continue to introduce new products while keeping your favorites the same great taste. Their mobile app is solid and provides easy pre-ordering and a neat loyalty program which doesn't have you spending a mint to reap the benefits.

Second time coming here and I literally have to hype myself up to walk in. Who owns this place that's forcing their kids to work here? The girls working are TERRIBLE. SMILE. SAY HELLO. SAY THANK YOU. ANYTHING. I'm about to start driving all the way up to Thompson Peak for a smoothie just to avoid these girls. HELL, I'll work there. I feel like I'm working for them by overcompensating with my hellos, smiles, and thank you's. Are they fulfilling community service or something? And no one is ever in the front. Please hire people that actually want to work so I don't have to rip my eyeballs out in order to walk in. read more

The service is absolutely terrible. I walked in and wasn't greeted, ordered and said please and thank you. The staff didn't even look at me the entire visit. I got my juice and said thank you with zero response. They were just downright rude and dismissive. As a vet in the service industry and former front of house restaurant manager, I get it. Sometimes you're too busy to communicate with guests, but I was the only one there. If I'm paying $12 for a juice at least make me feel welcome. The staff is young, but I at least knew how to say please and thank you as a teen. Please retrain these kids. read more

The juice and bowls are amazing! We come here a lot. The service though is always poor, they always seems very annoyed, impatient especially if you are trying to use rewards or coupon, and simply put out. I'll probably still come here bc my son loves it, but its not a pleasant experience to be treated like a nuisance when you are spending a decent amount on smoothies, juice, and bowls. read more

Our favorite healthy treat! Their bowls serve as a nice meal substitute. Their smoothies and juices are all creative and delicious. They have a new bottled skinny lemonade with probiotics that's delicious! Use their app to earn free products and order ahead of time. As many businesses, they are not immune from staffing issues right now but I've never had any trouble getting my orders correct or in a timely manner. read more

Right next to sprouts so not sure why it took me so long to check this place out but I'm so glad I did. Had no idea that it was a franchise with locations all over the place. I highly recommend signing up for an account with the app so you don't ever have to wait in line and so that you can get your free drink & score points for other free items. It's pretty easy to use and I definitely order from here more often than I normally would because of how convenient it is. I've been here several times and am still trying different items on the menu. The best smoothie has definitely been the pink flamingo, my kids love it too. They really should make a kid size or kids menu. Wasn't happy with the pineapple matcha, even without the protein its very chalky and probably because they used way too much matcha or not enough frozen pineapple. It was actually better the first time I tried it with the pea protein but not good enough to try again. The dragon fruit açaí bowl is really tasty, add the chia pudding tho. Looking forward to trying more new things on the menu here. read more

Terrible customer service. I ordered a juice just an hour before closing and the girl tells me your lucky we didn't put our juice machine away. She continued to be rude by rolling eyes and making comments to her coworkers. I will probably not be ordering from this location anymore and just go to the Desert ridge location because I never have a problem with that one. read more

Over the past 12 years, we have literally purchased hundreds of Freezes, so we are very familiar with what a standard size 2 portion looks like. Our first visit to the Scottsdale Quarter location was disappointing. The Freeze serving size was noticeably smaller, approximately half of what we've consistently received at other Pressed Juicery locations. At the time, we didn't say anything to the server, but we did feel disappointed considering the price of $18 for two Freezes. We recently visited the Scottsdale Quarter location again on June 27th while shopping in the area, hoping for a better experience. Unfortunately, we had the same issue. The product did not even reach the rim of the cup, and the portion size again felt significantly smaller and a rip off. This time, I politely brought up the difference in portion size and shared photos as proof of what is consistent across several other Pressed Juicery locations compared to what we received at Scottsdale Quarter. The response I received was dismissive, and with an attitude the employee stated that this was the "correct" portion size. We will not be returning to this location. I would recommend visiting a different location to get a portion size aligned with $8.95 per cup and not served with a bad attitude. There's ample parking outside and it can get crowded because of the other establishments surrounding Kaleidoscope.

Lobby / entryway is also very clean and we're always greeted immediately at every Nekter we stop by. Ordering is incredibly efficient and always quick. The Toxin Flush is usually my go to drink at Nekter. It is chock full of fresh vegetables and a couple of apples chucked in for good measure. Always flavorful. Always healthy. Always delicious. You could go to the grocery store and get some craptastic salad in a bag with slimy lettuce and stale dressing.... Or you could go to Nekter and drink the nutrients your body needs. Support Nekter!!
