Been waiting for crumbl's dubai chocolate version. And it's a hit. Topping is excellent with crunchy kataifi and pistachio. Brownie is very basic and tastes like a cake. Somehow it had slightly burnt taste. I tried many Dubai version chocolate and this will definitely stand among the top ones. Price is $8 which is a bit expensive. But I have bought a chocolate bar for $15, so this isn't bad. They keep getting sold out within 5mins after they make it available. I have seen a lot of people waiting and the people of working super hard to keep up the load. Plenty of parking available. read more

Ordered $50 worth of cookies -- a box of 12 as a gift for a friend and a box of 3 to take home. Unbeknownst to me, the bottom of the gift box had red jelly and chocolate smeared on the underside of the box. I could feel it with my hand as I carried the stack of boxes to my car. Luckily, I had some napkins and a water bottle in my car that I could use to clean the underside of the gift box. The picture below is what the napkin looked like when I was done wiping. Also, the gift message that was supposed to be written on the box was not, so there was no difference between the box that I was taking home versus the box that I was giving as a gift, except for the gift box was smeared with chocolate and red jelly on the bottom. read more

Don't get me wrong , the cookie was good. But upon entering the store , no acknowledgement, no hello, no anything. I believe if you walk into an establishment, you should speak to someone who is looking to spend money with your business. Then they currently have a Dubai chocolate brownie that can only be purchased online ?? And not in store . That makes no sense either. Apparently they release 5 brownies every half hour and you have to order online ONLY. Which doesn't make any sense to me. How would one know that if they got in the mood for the brownie or cookie once they see the advertisement and not beforehand. The entire experience was off putting to me. I don't see me going back anytime soon honestly. Everyone just working away and ignoring the customers just baffled the heck out of me. 2/10 and that's only because the cookie was still good. read more

Not a "hi hello welcome in" 7ish employees right up front. First time in right off the bat not a great start! We spent some time trying to wait in line and was not told it was a self service iPad/POS so we waited for some time and then someone else walked in and waited behind us and then informed us it's self service on the tablet. So finally we order! 4 cookies 20$ Not 45 seconds after we pay a human pops up (FINALLY) Diego I believe, he says they are out of the cookie we drove here for and that they "don't know how to remove it from the options"! Someone's shirt said "crew lead" someone who's the leader should be well versed in how to utilize your own system! The place was dirty no one was cleaning plenty of people standing around chatting. DoorDash driver here. This is easily one of the worst establishments I have ever walked foot in. Soon as you come in there's no one greeting you. If you're a driver or have a pick up they simply ignore you. There's never not at least 7-8 active employees when I go. But yet somehow it always still results in me waiting at least 15 minutes for my order. I hear them just talking and having conversation, while one employee actually makes the orders on the line. When the order is ready, they slap it on the counter and basically tell you to F off. I never eat crumbl but the fact I still have an unpleasant experience and I'm not even a customer of there's is embarrassing. read more

First time going to a crumbl, and the first thing I noticed was the smell. It was nauseating. Completely overwhelming. We ordered a six pack of minis that showed they were available on the website and in store. When we went to go pick them up they said they were completely out and had nothing else to offer. This happened with multiple others walking in, who had ordered other cookies and were told they would be given them, just to be told their order was canceled with literally no other context. One man was visibly confused because the staff didn't say anything to explain besides "oh we canceled it on our end don't worry!" Didn't say they were out of stock, or if he was refunded. He wasn't given any other alternatives either, bad business choice. Ended up ordering 4 entirely different cookies, and they were terrible because THEY FORGOT HALF THE COOKIE?? Photos attached. No chocolate drizzle on peanut butter crips, and no streusel on blueberry muffin cookie. Need some advice? Offer a 25/30/50% off for people who order cookies, but then are sold out once they get there, even though they ordered before. Or just teach your stupid staff to not sell products that should be set aside for people who ordered online. Greatly needs renovation as well. There needs to be some sort of wall or barrier so it doesn't just feel like you're just walking into a prison-like, depressing kitchen. I understand that the cookies also obviously have to bake, but that can't take more than 10-20 minutes. There really shouldn't be things that are that sold out, when there's massive tubs of cookie dough just sitting there. Maybe invest in another oven? Absolutely terrible business model. read more

First off, I think it's utterly inane that you can't make orders via the phone. It's pretty much the only food establishment I've called that doesn't allow this. I asked them why it wasn't possible and they said they don't "have a system to take phone orders." I guess putting in my order on the register or writing it down is too hard for this chain restaurant to accomplish. Note that each of these cookies can be anywhere between 680-880 calories each and cost up to around $5 each. What's nice is that you can feel pretty satisfied eating one cookie and having 2 cups of milk. The cookie themselves are okay; I'm disappointed that this particular Crumbl Cookie does not make the cookies fresh like other locations; their cookies are pre-made and cold. In fact, for a chain establishment, it's quite odd that all their places operate so differently in terms of their customer service and how they make their food. To add a cherry on top of this feces cake, they don't even have paper receipts and the one they give you via text just takes you to a error page. Pretty awful all around. read more

So sad! Used to be a great cookie and I was obsessed! The last two times we ordered delivery were failures. In June I ordered cookies for my daughter, I received live updates that they were out for delivery on their app then mysteriously halfway there I received a notice that the delivery was canceled. What?? Super bummed--she was waiting for them--it was her birthday treat but she never received cookies not matter how hard I tried to remedy the situation. It was hard to locate a phone number but I did and called several times but no one ever answered or called me back. I finally gave up and ended up "eating" the cost of the cookies and delivery without my daughter receiving the cookies, even months later. I even emailed the corporate office and alas, no response. How can a business do this and stay in business? Today we gave them another shot and ordered from Tatum and Bell (instead of the Metrocenter west side store) and the cookies came an hour later than we were told at checkout, & tasted old & stale. They were hard to cut in half, not flavorful like they used to be a couple of years back. The outside 1/2" of each cookie was inedible and we had to cut off about 1/3 of the cookies to eat the bland centers. The delivery was an hour late but I don't fault the sweet delivery girl, Ashley, who apologized and said she was the third person these cookies were passed off to (that's why they arrived an hour late). We're never ordering from Crumbl again, unfortunately. Bummed. read more

I walked into crumbl around 10:40 this morning. Before I ordered I was immediately told they were out of Dubai chocolate brownie, Strawberry Cheesecake, and pink velvet cake (regular and mini). This was 1/2 the menu. I asked when they would have more of the strawberry cheesecake and was told he didn't know but I could call at 1 and they might have it. I was the only one in the shop aside from a woman picking up an order. I held the door open for her and she told me she has to force herself to come into this location and they were terrible. I waited about 10 minutes for my order even though there were approximately 4 workers there. The cookies I received tasted fine, however they were cold (like they'd been taken out of the fridge). I'm not sure how they could be out of cookies so quickly. Hopefully this was a rare occurrence. read more
