The customer service at this location is really terrible. We came in with a big group and the employees acted very bothered that we were there. There were 3 small groups of people who ordered AFTER us and they all got their food before they even started working on our order. We spent over $150 and waited over 45 minutes only to be treated like we were a big inconvenience. The food is always good, but I recommend trying a different location! read more

I am a frequent patron of this location. They are very consistent and very friendly. The best part about it is the professionalism and they are very very clean. You can tell that they take pride in their product. and if you eat with your eyes, the bowls are a work of art. Jaz and Kiara (hopefully I spelt their names right) are always a pleasure. You can tell they use the freshest ingredients and they can personalize any bowl or smoothie the way you like. The taste keeps me bringing me back here almost every couple of days. I came in with my family and we were greeted fine but when the workers made our bowls and juice one young girl was laughing at the presentation of the bowl as everything was smashed on top when I received it. The juice did not taste the same as other nektars I have been to in the past. The music playing in the establishment was not professional at all and inappropriate for a professional business. Just in general the presentation of the store is dirty and the customer service was very unprofessional. I think this is worse nektar I have been in yet. read more

I went to buy a juice and the girls working didn't even acknowledge that I was in the store as they were busy making other juices. I sat down to let them finish making the other customers orders. A family walked in and the employees acknowledged them right away and took their orders. The girls were so oblivious I don't even think they knew that I left nor knew that I was there. It is quite a shame that I will never be a customer of Nekter again as I am a regular juice consumer; particularly vegetable juices I will never ever refer this place to anybody. This past Sunday, a friend asked me to pick up a Toxic Flush Juice for her. I was out of my element and had no idea what I was doing in this 'juice bar.' It was so crowded, and there were two young guys and a girl working and keeping things moving, while still being friendly and welcoming. I was incredibly uncomfortable. What a huge relief to have the girl seem to understand that I was overwhelmed. She gave me a huge smile and at least made me feel like I wasn't a total nitwit. She was so sweet that I ordered the drink she suggested I might like- a Pink Flamingo. It was amazingly good, and I left very pleased to have found a really great place to pick up healthy and delicious drinks. Great help in great store! read more

Love the Acai bowls! Was in first thing when they opened on a Sunday morning. The cashier was friendly. Another person who was actually making some of my order was either super tired or didn't like her job. I asked for agave on the side, she said they didn't have containers to have that on the side. I was so excited when I saw a Nekter opening in east Mesa! This one is by far my favorite (and I've been to every location in the valley because I love this place!) It's super open inside and very clean. They are normally busy right when they open but they do a great job at getting orders out fast! I have come here everyday in the past week, sometimes twice a day.. I don't exactly know why I am so in love with this place, it's so refreshing in the summer! The juices are great, I love all of the smoothies I have tried so far. The acai bowls are really good quality and well made. My favorite treat to get when I come here is one of the Skoops, all of the flavors are excellent, especially the limited edition strawberry one. So I have been wanting to visit Nekter for a while now and I was finally able to go! I downloaded the app after seeing that you can make your order online through their app and was able to easily make my order online. I went straight there after ordering and contrary to what some reviews say about their experience with their online order I had a great experience with my order. I live a little over a mile away and when I arrived I was told my order was just about ready. I only waited about a minute or two and my order was ready. There was about 5 or 6 people in there so it wasn't because I was the only customer they had. I order an Açaí Bowl because that's one of the main reasons I've been wanting to come to Nekter and I can't say I'm completely disappointed but it also wasn't the best one I've tried. I'm hoping it was just a one time thing but the it tasted really watered down. It wasn't very sweet like they normally are at other places and usually when I freeze what I don't finish and I eat it a little later it's usually nice and soft after letting it thaw a little for about 5 minutes and this one was still hard as a rock which I'm guessing is from too much ice when they made it which is why it was also pretty flavorless and the "watered down" taste. Like i said I'm really hoping this was just a one time thing as I live so close and would love being able to drive a mile down the road for an açaí bowl instead of 6 or 7 miles to the next closest place. read more

I don't get it, acai bowls did not taste right. All three of us were disappointed. Looked like a couple corporate folks sitting in one of the two low top tables. Not sure what help they were providing. If I was the franchisor I would not be a happy camper.
