Fortunately, we had the good sense to let them know we would be getting a second opinion/estimate due to the huge quote they provided. Ultimately, the company we contacted came out, located the blockage and charged us $375. This Roto-Rooter is either entirely incompetent or a scam. There was both a technician and a supervisor (was called to assist the tech) involved. Pat, from the company, responded to my review on another site. I emailed her directly and crickets. The person I left the voicemail for a week ago (corporate office phone), also crickets. Next review I will post on BBB.

Thank God he tried something and it worked. They also replaced my faucet, and I could not put my PUR water filtration system back on the faucet, so they came back over the next day free of charge and purchased an adapter and put it on for me.
