I saw rat droppings in the attic insulation after an electrician installed some LED lights in the bedrooms in this new home. Between that and the ridiculous LADWP bill because of all of the air we were losing, I knew that we needed help. They did an accurate same day inspection, scoped the right amount of "necessary" work (honest about what HVAC ducts were in good working condition and only needed to be cleaned vs. replaced), expediting financing and came the following week to do the job in one day. I emailed them about two weeks ago. I had a call within 2 hours. A meeting scheduled that week where they inspected our attic and crawl space (I was particularly concerned about ensuring rodents couldn't get in and to get the attic insulated). Neo Attic just removed my very old blown-in insulation and asbestos-covered ductwork (through an asbestos abatement sub) and put in new R38 insulation and new ducting. The crew also put in wire mesh to seal off areas where any rodents or vermin might enter. Aaron and Manny were great to work with. Their crew was very hard-working and did the job well. I was impressed that Manny was present the whole time the insulation work was being done - he didn't just pass the job off to the workers and come back when it was done. They found where the rats were coming in and notified me of all the dirty insulation because of the rats that were living in my attic.
