Inline with other reviews, this company provides the worst customer service of ay company I've ever done business with. Their machines are complicated and thus break (understandable, I guess) but tracking down anyone to assist you is impossible. They don't offer phone support for their inserts so you need to pay their $310/hr rate for someone to come onsite, but you can't get anyone onsite. I have been repeatedly asking them for a recommendation on the best envelopes to use in their machine and they refuse to give me an answer. This company makes every simple task difficult. Ordering $16.50 worth of ink has taken me 3 calls (each lasting 15-20 minutes) and I still have not been able to place the order. Do not sign a contract with Neopost. You will never get out of it. It is the biggest scam ever. If you want to cancel at the end of your contract, you will go round and round with every department: customer service, retention and finally their termination department. After you have wasted about 3-5 hours on the phone with multiple people, you think you are done. Nope, not that fast! The termination department will want a written termination letter on your company letterhead disclosing all the information about your contract, name, address and the reason you are cancelling. In their termination instruction it states that if you forget to disclose any of the information, your termination process will be cancelled. Knowing their reputation, I made sure ALL information was on it. The letter was sent to them 3.5 months before the end of our contract. A week after I sent it I called to make sure they got it. They said they did but it would take them 8-10 weeks to process a return label. Instead of a return label I got a renewal invoice in the mail 2.5 month later. I called the customer service. At first they told me they never got my termination letter, then they did find it but said that the termination processed was closed because I didn't follow up on it. HUH? They said they would credit the invoice and re-start the termination process. Well, I got a letter from the termination department: if you want to cancel, you need to pay the renewal invoice. Are you kidding me? I called the customer service again. They said they would credit the termination bill BUT it would take 4-8 weeks to get a returning label. Sounds familiar? They are waiting for the contract expiration date, so they can charge us for another year since the equipment wasn't returned on time. SCAM. read more

This is my worst nightmare. I handle the A/P for quite a few vendors and this account is truly the worst ever. The postal equipment I have for 11 locations was going to be discontinued so I had to sign a new contract for all 11 sites. Sounds simple? Nope. I am now on my 3rd account number for the new locations. The billing method has changed twice, I've had to open numerous "cases" to have problems resolved. They had the wrong addresses for billing on half of the sites, they mixed up the bill to and the physical addresses on several locations, etc., etc. The only way you can pay for postage is by check. They mail you an invoice which arrives about 11 days after the statement date. By the time I get the invoice turned around and up to my corporate office for payment I've received another invoice with a $40.00 late fee. It is not uncommon for me to pay $80.00 in late fees with a small finance charge for a $29.00 rental fee!! Yes, something seems a bit wrong when you pay in $80.00 in late fees for an equipment rental that costs $29.00. Right now I'm waiting on a call back from a manager because I cannot open any more cases with customer service. If you want peace of mind, do not open any new service with this company. I have the emails and cases to prove what I'm saying. read more

WORST customer service EVER!!! It's impossible to get a hold of anyone and you sit and wait on hold forever. When you finally speak to someone you never hear anything back to resolve the problem. I have sent multiple forms in (again and again) to be processed to the "great abyss". No one EVER follows up!!! I have been trying to update our bank account for over 2 months and can't get anyone to correct their internal error, now our business is out of postage and they're still looking into it just to completely ignore us. Huge expense for a business to use priority mail since our useless Neopost machine is just an empty machine sitting on the counter. Finally asked to speak to a supervisor to get help in resolving the matter and they aren't available either!! I was told they will contact me in 24-48 hours, still waiting for a call 7 days later. I can only imagine why, with the horrible service they provide once you are in a contract with them. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. It took this company 6 months to get this product into my name from another business owner who I took over. After I took it over I was told the additional fees that were involved in using their product which I didn't like. At that time I asked if I could cancel and give them the equipment back and they said yes if you pay the rest of the contract out. At this time I paid the remainder of the contract and asked if their would be any more costs associated with this and I was told no. This answer was not accurate as I was sent another bill for a shipping label to return their produce. When I received this I called them to enquire and was told they would get back to me whether or not I could be credited this amount. A week later, I received an email stating if I didn't return their product within 7 days from that email that they would charge me $1000. I was still yet to hear back with an answer on my original call. I would stay far far away from this company and wouldn't recommend them to anyone. read more

We spend well over 1000 with this company, have 11 dealerships that we have Neopost in and I can't even get support for ANYTHING. Called in yesterday and was on hold multiple times...one time reaching 2 hours. I've been on hold this morning for an hour. I called back to sales...answered VERY QUICKLY! They forwarded me to another support agent who wasn't that best..chuckling lightly about my frustration. Granted, at this point, I'm not a happy customer. He said he can't help but he will get me to the right spot. I informed him I've been in the right spot and I'm just stuck on hold FOREVER! He didn't care, he put me on hold and blind transferred me to the SAME spot I've been holding for these past 2 days. We NEED support. We print TOO MUCH! We are working toward changing companies. Horrible customer service. Impossible to work with. They speak of binding contracts and continue to bill even though we have requested to terminate. The account managers are rude over email and it's impossible to get someone over the phone. Honestly, buyer beware, this company is a nightmare. read more
