I love how she has a site where you can book the services and reserve a time/day without needing to speak to her directly. Once booked, she was very communicative and sends reminders and info of how to find her place and where to park. Her studio is very cute and clean. Her music taste was also a plus! She's very gentle with her work, I barely felt anything and I didn't think I'd fall asleep, but I caught myself snoring lol The results came out amazing! I have straight downturn lashes that are very thin and now with the lift and tint, you can see how long they actually are.
