This is a family business that has been operating for 2 generations. It's conveniently located in Highland Square and even has ample parking in the back! When I asked what the difference was they couldn't give me an answer the tech just said it changed about 3 years ago and they charge separately now (specifically this practice only have never heard about it anywhere else) the tech preceded to laugh when I'm asking questions regarding theses "charges" and tells me "I'm so young" almost trying to dismiss my questions I'm asking like I'm too young to understand. Definitely wouldn't recommend coming unless you want to pay out of pocket for extra charges and get talked to like you're dumb.
