Their service techs are also very polite, respectful, knowledgeable and professional. I recently tried to clean my drier duct and got the cleaning brush stuck in the duct and found it difficult to find someone who would remove the duct to clear it. So I called McQuade's and the next morning they had a tech remove the duct and clear it. They also cleaned it. I also found their prices to be reasonable.

They solved flooding problems with double sump pump backups plus an ejector with a trench around the house to any water that would come into the house is now getting pumped out and down the hill they also did a bathroom remodel with new plumbing that needed to be moved. Installed a rain head, shower head, bench seating handheld sprayer, double sink faucets, and installed a jacuzzi tub and floor-mounted tub faucet. I made a Yelp page for them since the other business already has an established Yelp page. Last Tuesday, I noticed my hot water heater making odd noises, after I took a bath that night. I went to look and sure enough, there was about a half-inch of water on the floor. Last year I experienced a massive house flood, so I definitely didn't want that to happen again. I have an Appliance Plan with Consumers Energy so I called them, and they outsourced it to Comfort Zone. Comfort Zone showed up at my house the next morning, diagnosed the problem (water landing on top of the flame, apparently), and were able to install a new water heater the same day, which was great. The cost was $1470, which sounds like a lot but Lowe's was quoting me $1650+ that same day, too. The reason for the three stars is that they aren't great at answering the phone. The next day after the water heater installation, one of my sinks was operating at about 60-70% of its former water stream, so they said they'd send someone down to look at it (this was Thursday). By 4-5pm Thursday I hadn't heard back from them and no one had shown up, I left them a voicemail to say Friday would be fine. I called again Friday morning and got voicemail again; I said that 3:30pm would be the latest I could have someone over on Friday. Sure enough, at like 3:25pm one of the techs, Cory, did show up, and was able to fix the problem ... but there was no communication from either him or Denise, the receptionist (and possibly owner?), about this. That being said, I'd still use them again because they were able to quickly diagnose the problem + install a new water heater on the same day, so I didn't have to stay somewhere else overnight, since I had to turn off the water to my entire house.
