I really love this store, and I have always had good experiences. However I often see people who've ordered the machines online, and they're frustrated in learning to use them. The workers were treated really badly at times and, it wasn't their fault. People should look at videos to learn how to use the machines. I love both of mine! read more

My sister has had a Nespresso machine for years and when we'd go visit, we'd always make ourselves cups of espresso in the morning using her machine. We finally got a machine for ourselves and it's been a game-changer. We love it, my wife more so than me because she's the bigger coffee drinker and connoisseur between the two of us. I drink coffee mostly for taste and pleasure, not necessarily because I need the caffeine, but it's nice. Since working from home beginning in March 2020 due to COVID-19, Nespresso has become a part of my daily routine. I always have a cup, usually Melozio, to start my work day and my wife will often make me a "special" iced coffee on weekends. It tastes just as good as, if not better than, Starbucks. Nespresso gives you cafe-quality espresso drinks at a fraction of the cafe price. Keurig is cheaper, but you get what you pay for: cheaper quality. Nespresso is high quality especially when you consider speed and convenience. We got the VertuoPlus Deluxe model on sale for $139.30 (originally $199). I'm not sure what all the differences are between the regular model and the deluxe model, but the price difference isn't significant. The two main differences I could see were the deluxe model has a bigger water reservoir (57.5 ounces vs. 37.1 ounces) and the deluxe model comes in more colors. Despite the different water reservoir sizes, both the regular and deluxe models take up the same amount of counter space, which isn't much at all. We live in a condo and apartment where counter space is more valuable. The VertuoPlus fits nicely and neatly on the kitchen counter. One cool thing about the VertuoPlus is the water reservoir swivels so you can have the water sitting on either side of the machine or even behind it if you want to hide it. Overall, the machine has a really slick, premium look and feel, especially when compared to a Keurig machine. Another neat feature of the Nespresso is it automatically opens and closes with the tap of a button and dispenses used capsules for you. The ejected capsule bin holds several used capsules which you can ship off, for free, for recycling. Nespresso provides free shipping bags with prepaid shipping labels for this purpose. The machine can prepare coffee in five sizes. There are a multitude of flavors to choose from so coffee lovers will have a field day. The machine came with a sampler pack containing a dozen different flavors. I think the sampler pack was a great idea because it does an effective job introducing new users to the world of Nespresso. The sampler pack box also had a handy quick guide to many flavors. We got two sleeves to start us off: Melozio coffee ($11 per sleeve of 10 capsules or $1.10 per capsule) and the Cafe de Cuba exclusive ($20 per sleeve of 10 capsules or $2 per capsule; their most expensive offering at the time). At the time of writing this review, most capsules run about $1.10 to $1.20 each. Coffee tasting is subjective, but I think most would agree that Nespresso machines put out quality cups of joe when compared to other in-home "instant" options. I like how the VertuoPlus creates a layer of "crema" or froth at the top, giving the drinks a "professional" look. It takes the machine roughly two minutes to prepare one serving, from cold start to finish. I recommend the Nespresso VertuoPlus. It's terrific and has enhanced our daily quality of life. read more

After picking up what I needed at William Sonoma, I was heading towards Neiman Marcus when suddenly I remember I forgot all about the limited edition Nespresso capsules. I turned back, went down the escalator and turned right towards Victoria Secret/Bloomingdales direction. This Nespresso store is a large kiosk, newly opened and located in front of Victoria Secret. They have the machines on display. The original and Virtuo line. The staff can place any order for something they do not carry in the store and the shipping is free. Came here to pick up a few boxes (10 capsules per box) of the limited edition Paris and Macaron for the original line. This was my 2nd visit and both staffs during my two visits were really nice and helpful. I just wish Nespresso will have its very own store (hence the 4 stars rating here) like those I been to. Example: the Nespresso store in Paris along Champs-Élysées. That store has two floors and it was such a beautiful store. Note: the store in Lenox only accepts card payment. read more

They send you ~free~ recycling bags that you fill up with used pods and then send it back to them for again ~free~ with UPS! Drinking coffee while helping the environment??? Sign me up!! Customer Service Experience: 11/10 Amazing!! So I decided to take the plunge and bought myself a Nespresso machine for my birthday in December of 2019. I was spending a minimum of $25 a week at Starbucks for coffee so I did the calculations and came to the conclusion that paying a bit more for a Nespresso machine and then paying either 80¢, $1.10, or $2.00 for a cup of great coffee that I can customize myself with no additional charge is the route to go. I was very excited about my new coffee machine but come February, it started to leak. At first, it started leaking from the back when making coffee and then the actual pods were soaking the area as well. I did a quick google and found that this was a common problem with this machine so I contacted Nespresso customer service immediately through their online service. I received an email back 5 days later where they told me they can send a brand new machine but I told them that I'll wait since it was the beginning of covid and I didn't want to receive any packages. So, I tolerated the leaking until June 5th when I emailed Nespresso again. I got a call from Eileen from Nespresso in NY the next day and she was awesome! She immediately sent me a new machine through express shipping (but it took longer because covid which was fine). Additionally, they sent me a free Cafe de Cuba ($20 a sleeve) which I loved and have been trying to get my hands on since (it's a best seller so usually sells out quick). I got the new machine with a set of new welcome pods which was nice. I sent the old one back and haven't had any issues with it so far, thankfully. Coffee: 8.7/10 What taste of coffee you prefer with various hints and flavours is subjective, but the Nespresso Vertuo line has 38 different sizes and kinds of coffee capsules as of today 08/12. The great thing about starting off is that they send you a little box with various pods that you can try out to see which ones you like. I'm a coffee addict but I appreciate this bougie "instant" coffee, especially during quarantine. The only one that I've tried and haven't like is so far is Alto Dolce XL which is a 4/10 on the strength scale but it tastes like water. My go-to capsules are Melozio (6/10), Stormio (8/10), Odacio (7/10), espresso Altisso (9/10), and Cafe de Cuba (8/10). Machine: 9/10 Even though I had problems with the first machine I purchase, I would still recommend this machine and just Nespresso in general. Why? The customer service was impeccable which is important to me and the coffee is great! The VertuoPlus is extremely easy to use with a tap of a button and I use only filtered water for my coffee to make sure it tastes as good as it can. It's super sleek and slim on the counter and the water tank moves so you can shift it right/left depending on where you put it. Milk Frother: 9/10 I didn't even know what an Aeroccino was but boy, am I glad I purchased the one that came with one! Not a coffee cup has gone by that I haven't used the milk frother. It froths both hot and cold which is such a plus! Takes about 1-2 minutes to froth which is no time at all. You press the button once for hot froth and a red light will turn on while it's frothing and then press & hold it down until a blue light comes on for cold froth. Super easy to wash and clean -- I just tilt it down to make sure water doesn't get on the end of it. The only thing is that it froths more/less depending on the type of milk that you use. I'm more of an oat milk person and it works great with it but I've tried different milks to see the difference. It's important to note that it still heats up/cools down the milk with any milk used. I've used the cold froth during summer to make iced coffee & it's so yummy! (make normal coffee with your preferred capsule, froth milk on cold, add milk to coffee, add ice and voilà) Cow's milk: super frothy and smooth 100% froth Almond milk: not as frothy but it produces a little froth 40% froth Oat milk: not as frothy as cow's milk but produced about 75% froth *you can also use different creamers to froth instead of milk which I have not tried read more

It was great to purchase coffee here but there are no tastings which I was hoping for. The staff were congenial but I've had trouble finding a coffee that's not bitter and the suggested selections still didn't fit the bill. I did find 1 out of the 7 I purchased. I love Nespresso more than I care to admit... so much that I bought a machine to leave at my mother's for when I visit. I have been to many boutiques in the US and abroad. I wish that Atlanta had a real boutique, instead of the "nano" version. The pluses of this location are the helpful staff, and the convenient location in the middle of Lenox Square. The minus is the lack of selection of original line pods. A few of my favorites aren't stocked here (Envivo Lungo, Ristretto Decaf), and on my past 3-4 visits, they haven't had the sample packs to give with purchase. Huge kudos to the staff at the Lenox nano boutique. They taught me that I was over-brewing my coffee when I made an espresso pod into a Lungo. They let me taste the difference when the espresso pod is made into an Americano instead. read more

How am I suppose to know what I like if there aren't any samples to even purchase from? I will probably buy them from amazon or return my nespresso machine. I read about the new Nespresso Nano store in Lenox Mall & went to check it out as I had recently bought a Nespresso machine. Tanya, the manager there was so very helpful and patient with me as I picked out the selection of coffee sleeves. Just a couple weeks after that, my machine stopped working so I went back to the Nano store and Tanya saw to it that my machine got fixed! The excellent customer service that she gave me keeps me coming back and did I mention Nespresso coffee is absolutely fabulous! read more
