two slices of cheese pizza on a paper plate
Ivette V.

There was plenty of parking out front and seating inside. They were half an hour shy of closing and welcomed us upon entering. They didn't have many options available so I ordered two cheese slices. This is a thin crust style pizza. The sauce has a nice flavor and ample cheese to meet your pizza craving. This isn't the BEST pizza I have had but if you are in the mood for pizza and don't mind a thin crust this is a decent option. There were several people walking in to pick up orders while I was there so this seems to be a well frequented place. I would return for more pizza and to try the wings.

Good thin slice plain pizza in a no frills, casual environment. Think pictures of little leagues and "thank you's" from the locals on the wall, a good menu, and fair prices. Nothing fancy, but very tasty. Duck in here for a quick slice while you are running your errands, and you won't be disappointed.

XL plain pie extra crispy

Love this place so much! Absolute Fair Lawn destination for pizza. They make a perfect crispy pie every time. The service is always quick and friendly ! The dining area is always clean and organized and all around a great place to be! 10/10 recommend, pizza is amazing and all the entrees are top notch as well. My favorite thin pizza around! Go try it!

Asked for a well done pizza. We paid $16 for a raw pizza that was not in fact well done. As a loyal customer to Ness pizza for many years, I am severely disappointed with this past order. Ness was always my go to pizzeria but that may have to change due to this poor experience

Dry reheated pizza close up!

This place used to be really good. I just picked up 2 pies and they were terrible. 1 was definitely reheated! No longer my go to pizza place in Fair Lawn.

two slices of pizza on paper plates

Used to be a lot better than what it is now. Pizza has become overly greasy and very thin, also a pretty pricy. Cheese slices are pretty greasy and the cheese comes right off. Ordered a buffalo chicken slice and the chicken tasted old and the pizza tasted reheated. Pretty fast service, but not really worth it.

Waay cheesy and greasy

Best pizza around! Their Italian sub is better than some local deli's. We order from Ness at least twice a month.

I've heard great things about this place from a friend, and it did not disappoint! I decided to go…read morefor the 53rd STREET BOWL, which features signature pulled chicken, brown rice, a mix of kale and romaine, pickled red onions, cucumbers, chives, and a drizzle of white sauce. It was delicious! The pulled chicken was flavorful, and the pickled onions and cucumbers added a perfect crunch and zest that complemented the brown rice and kale beautifully. I chose to order directly from the staff instead of using the kiosks since it was my first visit, and I'm glad I did! They were incredibly friendly and helpful, even wiping down the outdoor tables for me. The prices are pretty standard for a fast-casual spot.

My husband and I stopped into Brine because we'd never seen one before. This is apparently one of…read moretwo locations, with the other being in New York City. Their tag line of "Eat Juicy Chicken" compelled us in. Unfortunately, our first time was a bit of a flop. First, the positives. Placing your order is a cinch, either with one of many kiosks or with the folks at the counter. We opted for the latter since it was our first visit and we were paying with cash. Service at the counter was warm and friendly. While waiting for our meal, we also took notice of the wide array of pumps by the drink dispenser. They're all free sauces you can get to dress up your meal. But that was precisely where things kind of went meh. My husband's boneless breast meal was heavily sauced and rendered the whole thing a little too salty. My chicken Caesar salad was just fine, but I craved more texture (some croutons would've killed). I keep comparing our ho-hum experience to others who've raved about their meals here, and I think our mistake was two-fold: 1) We didn't order a chicken sandwich. I should've known better - when most of the signature items on a menu gravitate toward one type of item, it's a restaurant's way of hinting at their strengths. Opting to order a salad and a grilled chicken at a fried chicken place was a bad start. Learn from my mistakes. 2) We paired a saucy chicken with saucy sides. All three items in my husband's order - the meat, the Brussel sprouts, and the potatoes - were generously drizzled with a sauce. It's no wonder our taste buds breathed a sigh of relief whenever we had a bite of undressed crinkle cut fries; we were assaulting our mouths with salt and flavor. If you're a saucy person, have at it ; otherwise, I'd recommend creating a more balanced plate and ordering a few things without sauce so you can appreciate the cooking. Because in my heart of hearts, I believe items are well-prepared here; they're just doused in too much covering to be appreciated.

This vibrant culinary tapestry weaves together indigenous ingredients, European techniques, African traditions, and Asian influences to create some of the world's most exciting and diverse food experiences. For over the past two decades, these chefs have elevated traditional ingredients and techniques to new heights. We've passed this restaurant many times on a busy River Road in Fair Lawn and decided to stop in. Upon entering this warm and cozy interior without a reservation as first-timers, my partner and I managed to locate a table outside on this summer-like day. Juany's Cafe is a cozy, family-run establishment making a great impression as a place for brunch on locals and visitors. The owner is Peruvian, and the Mexican cook began in the kitchens of his homeland, known for its authentic Latin-inspired cuisine. We decided on the Latin bowl with marinated steak accompanied by black beans, sautéed veggies, avocado, and sweet plantains & Grilled Chicken Burritos with Sweet Potato Fries. Complimentary fruit salad started our meal. All ingredients were fresh, and the seasonings were unique with their bold flavors. There was a wait time for food as everything was homemade, made to order, and well presented. The prices were more than reasonable considering the quality of the food. Our server was friendly and accommodating. The service was a bit slow due to a large party group. Brunch is the norm here, but we can't wait to try it out for dinner.

I had the arepa special that came with a side salad and hubby had the huevos ranchero. The black beans were some of the best beans ive ever had. The arepas were pretty much perfect as well. The service was very good as well, with the owner coming to apologize after my order was very wrong and I received eggs Benedict instead of the arepa special. The restaurant is clean and the Latin inspired design is very pretty. Three kids meals and w adult ones and it came to about $100. Pricey for breakfast but I very much enjoy my food
