The wait for the food was 15-20 minutes and it was still crispy when we picked it up. In terms of the taste, everything was good. The banh knot was small but crispy. Had a nice coconut flavor to it and was substantial for its size (dense and not light). It paired nicely with the herbs and the thick fish sauce. The egg roll was also good too, but not as memorable as the banh knot. Overall, I would bring my friends here but I wouldn't frequent this place due to the portion size and the price.

It would also have been more convenient if the leftover condiments had been packed in containers or trays rather than small Ziploc bags.
