The cutest little coffee shop. Perfect for studying or catching up with a friend. Great lunch options as well. Highly recommend!!!!

Food - the egg mess with avocado was delicious and so was the chai. I also really liked both juices I tried - Onyx and peridot I think. Service - they were pretty busy but I still got my drink decently fast. My food also came in time. Ambiance - it's a cool space to eat, work, relax, etc. very cool and casual vibe.

My daughter and I decided to stop by for breakfast. Nest at Nurture is the perfect place to grab a work space or meet a friend. Very comfy environment with both tables and couches/chairs to sit at. A lot of people with their laptops. There is a lot going on here with a gym, little up-cycled clothing market, fresh flowers and wine for sale. The vegan/vegetarian menu is limited but great choices. You order at the counter and they bring your food to your table. We both went with the eggy mess and a latte. Everything was delicious. The eggy mess is a vegan scramble with roasted garlic tomato aioli over a thick slice of hearty bread. We thought everything was a little pricey and they automatically add a 20% tip on all in-house orders. I think this is high considering we had no waitress and we got our own water at a counter, etc.

This has become my regular work from home spot. The space is big enough such that you can get on a video call without interrupting others. I love the ambience! The drinks and food here is very good but also pricey. There is a parking lot right outside the building, but it can be packed on Fridays and weekends. Took one star off because of the WiFi policy. The WiFi code only works for 1.5 hrs then you need to purchase something else if you wanna stay longer. I understand the time limit, but wish it's more like 2-3 hrs.

Happy hour at Nest 3-6pm. Came here for the deal and it offers a range of options for cocktails, and bite size food I ordered: - a cucumber crush cocktail which is gin based. Very refreshing and the gin is on the lighter side - a bison slider Highly recommend. It's spicy and filled with mustard. Flavorful bison slider and great to pair it with a drink Friendly service and relaxing ambiance. Nice place to come hangout after work and catch up with friends. The marketplace has multiple vendors but is not very busy on Friday afternoons so it's easy to grab a spot, for a couple or a group

Definitely tailored for those which are health conscious. Extremely well thought out menu including bone broths, bison meats, and multiple items cooked with ghee. The bone broth was fantastic, as was the reishi coffee cake and turmeric latte with A2 milk. They have approx 90 health private health practitioners upstairs according to the lady who took our order. It also serves as a co-work space. Would recommend!

This place is very relaxed and cute. It's a spot to meet with friends and relax but is also right in the middle of a collective of shops that provide a variety of health and wellness services. Come here for a Pilates class, then hit the bar for a post Pilates happy hour. The staff is sweet and the food offerings are more like snacks and less like dinners. The real power of this place is to access of the cool businesses in the building. Overall this is a fun and aesthetically pleasing spot that you can use to connect and discover local health and wellness businesses.

This cozy spot nestled within a wellness marketplace is perfect for remotework, with plenty of seating options. Additionally, their menu offers deliciousfood, but be aware that it comes with a steep price tag!

This spot is cool. It's inside of Nurture. They change their menu based on the season we're in. I went for the winter 2022 one (late review). But knowing this info now, I want to go back and try other items at different times of the year. It's a cool open space to come work, wouldn't recommend for studying. The food is amazing and they have happy hour (check website). It is between then $$ - $$$ price range. They have varied kombucha options, tea coffee and other superfood drinks, and alcoholic options. Varied healthy food choices. Service was good. I'd recommend checking it out. Provided menu and food pictures from last season.

Instead of making an actual review I will post what was #1 on my gratitude list this morning: I am grateful for this wonderful spot in Denver called Nurture. The vibes are immaculate, the people are kind, the food unbelievable. It's great to be here.

I am genuinely obsessed with this place. The interior is thoughtfully decorated with plants, wood and tile finishes, leather, and velvet. The music is a really nice mix between ambient elevator music and upbeat lofi music -- no hits or pop which is much appreciated. Advertised as a holisitc wellness space, Nest really hits the nail on the head as the "cafe" part of that equation. All of the food is organic, made with quality ingredients and showcases excellent flavors. I have tried all of the toasts/tartines, the power bowl, several of the super food lattes as well as two cocktails and each one of them was tasty, filling and felt good for me (besides alcohol haha), as well. The gals (I am sure they employ men but I havent seen any) here are super warm, kind and in my opinion, very stylish! haha I come to WFH, enjoy the vibes and drink and eat delicious things. Recommend you do, as well!

And from that point on, from first taste, I knew my experience would be exceptional. The service was attentive without being overly attentive, and the chef's were so kind, answering every one of my weird questions about what they were preparing or ingredients that I noticed. I ordered the smoked burrata to start. The balance between the candied pistachio, artichoke pesto, and wagyu cecina really created a well balanced and unexpected dish. The burrata was creamy and the salty and sweet components balanced the aged sherry gastrique and made for an incredible intro to a beautiful performance by the chefs. Next was another small dish, which I wish I remembered the description for (I need to bring a little notebook with me), but it was a perfect segue into the next course, the ibérico presa. Wow. Just wow. White asparagus has got to be one of my favorite vegetables next to artichokes, when done exceptionally well, as they most definitely were. The piquillo peppers and pickled shallots complemented the pork, which was so soft, perfectly. I definitely died and went to heaven at this point in the meal. This is probably when I should've stopped eating because after this point, still pure delight, but my poor stomach was soooooo full. Next was another small bite to lead into my next course, also incredible. Wish I could describe it. My next course was the European sea bass. Now, sea bass is my favorite fish of all time. The perfectly crisp skin, the red onion jam, the spicy sweet balance was perfection. I loved every bite. The olive oil potatoes were a perfect complement. And at this point, I was bursting at the seems... but I still ordered dessert, because you only live once and food is one of the great joys of life. For dessert, I had the crema. The honeycomb on top, the cherries, all leading to a perfect finish. A time was had. Thanks El Five

Since my adult daughter and I were going to be there for a little celebration I made the reservation through the restaurant's website requesting to be seated at a 4-person table. Unfortunately upon arrival the restaurant not only did not even check to see if they had us on the reservation list they also didn't allow us to sit at a 4-person table. The restaurant wasn't busy at all on a Monday night so they simply treated us like a "walk-in" guest. Mmm...what's the purpose of the reservation link on their website if they don't value it?? They took us to one of the smaller two-person tables. After sitting there for 5 minutes or so perusing the menu, we kindly asked one of the workers if we could move to the bar seating that overlooks the busy Broadway. This was the game changer. The elevated seats and the tabletop made the ambience feel more like a special occasion. Thank goodness...this was the only bummer part of our dinner. The rest, fortunately, went quite well! Food: It looks like another Indian/Nepali restaurant at first but in my personal experience, this one ranks the best or top tier for their authenticity. The below is directly copied/pasted from the electronic recipe of ours: -PANI-PURI (Vegan/DF) $8.00 -Ice Tea $3.00 -Masala Chai $4.00 -COCONUT CURRY WHITE FISH. (DF/GF)$20.00 (Medium heat) -KHATTI MITTHI BHINDI (VEGAN/ GF) $15.00 (Medium heat) -WHOLE WHEAT BREAD $3.00 Pani-puri came out after our two main dishes although Pana-Puri is more of an appetizer (lol). Tho two main dishes were cooked in a medium heat and yet they were extremely doable even for someone like me who is not much of a "heat" person. My daughter is not a big fan of naan bread so as she is way more versed in the very cuisine (she had just come back from India spending a month to be trained to be a yoga instructor with a certification) she suggested we get the thin wheat bread. This bread went efficiently well with our two mains. Both iced teas were a great accompaniment to our whole meal. And again, how authentic everything tasted and how meticulously everything was cooked and prepared, it was something we couldn't ask for better quality. A bit of a disappointment with the whole reservation situation and yet the quality of the food broke even at the end. Service was good to decent although it wasn't exceptional but our basic needs were met.

Always exceptional food, beautiful presentation, with sustainable practices, this is the place to celebrate a special occasion. The current menu, which runs through June, is the final menu by the current chef and it highlights Costa Rican cuisine. The chef and staff have gone to great lengths to showcase this Latin American dining experience. The Barramundi was by far my favorite on the menu, although that is relative among the 7-course meal. Everything we tried was knock your socks off delicious. I love the quiet dining room, with a chance to visit with others sitting near you at the chef's counter. Their fermentation program is second to none. One thing that always makes a meal memorable is the service. The Bruto team takes care of everything and knows just about everything food or drink wise. Again, I counted the kitchen staff: The ration is 1 to 2, meaning you will feel like a VIP with the personal interaction. It's not fake either; these young men and women want you to have an enjoyable and memorable time. The kitchen, 18-seat dining area and foyer are all one open, neo-industrial space in which concrete and steel are somewhat softened by lighting and splashes of color from food or dishware. They have two groups of seating per evening, one around 5pm and the other at 8pm, which they stagger into 3 groups each so food can be batched and presented appropriately. Everything is thoughtfully curated and choreographed, from the beverage selection to the portions of the plating that you get to see between courses. But the choreography does feel a bit stiff and cold at times. While the maitre'd was lovely, it was harder to engage with the other staff. I generally avoid alcohol pairings (my taste buds get overstimulated after the first few rounds), but I did enjoy my cocktail from the a la carte menu. Through our 7 course tasting menu, we explored a fun fusion of local and Central American cuisines. The bread mentioned in previous reviews is gone, but we traveled from ocean, plains, and forest in various presentations of small plates. Some of the bites seemed less inspired (of course adding pate and caviar is going to feel fancy), but other courses like the red snapper ceviche and chocolate + papaya dessert were playful, tart, and funky. You can tell that sustainability is also a huge part of the consciousness here. Be open minded to different flavor and texture profiles and know that not every dish is meant to please everyone. We ended our meal with a copy of the evening's menu as well as a satchet of house-made spices meant to evoke the essence of this Costa Rican fusion. I appreciated the effort that went into each course's preparation, but I don't know that I would pay for another experience even with a different menu.

In general, it's been a laid back, go-to place to get a meal that will be much better than average for the price. I've been many times since before and after COVID, and it was one of my favorite repeatable spots in Denver. However, the crew totally dropped the ball with our visit today. My wife ordered a tonkatsu ramen and got a chicken tonkatsu set instead (chicken cutlet, not bowl of ramen). To not make it weird, we just let that one be for the greater good of the table because it was our anniversary, grandparents were visiting, and we are here often. Our hamachi kama (one of my favorite dishes in the entire city, normally something I'd highly recommend on this review) was never sent to the kitchen, leaving us waiting for over an hour with two young kids at the table who had finished 40 minutes before. I watched the staff's confusion from my seat, even after we had been told that it was on its way. It was never even started, and it was obvious. That stuff happens, but it's hard to hide what happened in an open kitchen where you can hear what people are saying. But then after they had the "oh crap" moment, it wasn't even expedited. It was gonna take so long that it wasn't worth getting, so two people had to leave our not-busy lunch without getting the main thing we brought them to Ototo for. We were asked to wait for the dish, waited 15 more minutes, and it was not even close to ready. And while I appreciated the apology, the manager initially just tried to "take the dish off the bill," a dish we never received. So he basically tried to do nothing because no restaurant would charge for something that never came out. After I pointed this out, they took off part of the check, but that attempt at nothing under the guise of a comp was crazy. I've easily spent thousands at Ototo over the years. I've sent tons of people to Kizaki, Temaki Den, and the others. This will probably be the last time I go to Ototo. If you read some of the recent bad reviews, something is not working here anymore. I hope the otherwise amazing service at the other Dens can find its way back to Ototo.
