I asked for a recommendation from the owner and she made me the most delicious latte without it being overly sweet. The 910Arts complex has been home to a number of coffee shops. This is the current incarnation. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The owners are Hispanic and the shop has a neat south-of-the-border vibe with aguas frescas, horchata, cafecito and other interesting items, plus the usual coffeehouse suspects.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The staff is very friendly and helpful. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The shop is small, but cute, with an extensive drinks menu, a selection of baked goods, and some gift items.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Drinks are presented in beautiful ceramic mugs, really elevating the experience. This experience of mine was exactly a week ago. After the heavy rush hour traffic had pretty much died down, I stopped here to get me a doppio with cream. We all know that this section of Santa Fe is very artsy. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Being surrounded by art galleries etc. this hidden coffee shop is equally artsy. Colorful walls and interior design, it could as pastel colorful as it could get.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Service was mediocre though. I order a doppio. I did order it to be iced but she gave me hot. So I kindly asked the lady to put some ice when she did, she didn't bother to get a clear iced drink cup. Instead, she poured ice cube scoop full of ice by dumping it into that small hot beverage cup where some amount of the espresso coffee kind of splashed out of the cup and didn't say anything to it (fortunately though it didn't splash on me or my clothes. Still in that kind of situation, if I were the barista, I would give me a different cup (iced drink one) so the cup wouldn't be overfilled.) The place was mid, I honestly had a lot higher expectations as a Latina myself but it was alright. They were pretty busy and only had two girls working there at the time :\ I ordered an avocado toast which was a HUGE disappointment for almost $8, i think the price of it was outrageous for what I got (picture attached). The only thing about it that made it "unique" was that the avocado is soaked in lime juice but that's really about it, i don't recommend purchasing it unless that's your only option! You can definitely make this yourself and have more for cheaper! As per the drink, I got a Gansito Mocha -- it tasted pretty good but towards the end, the bottom had a weird after taste! Overall I rate this a 3 star... could be a lot better but it's not terrible, i'd go back just to try out other drinks! read more

Experience: Went in on a Monday late morning. Was not crowded. They were out of many items on the menu unfortunately, but we still ordered a couple of drinks and food. It's a good local spot to gather and bring awareness of the different people within the community or that collaborate within the community. Food/Drink: I ordered the mocha picante with oat milk, friend the horchata latte, and a chorizo burrito and a puerquito (ginger bread). I was thrown off by the burrito. I was expecting a more typical burrito, a hefty thing I could bite into for breakfast, but instead it has a modern twist, it was more like a panini, and was quite small. Taste was okay, I wouldn't order again. The puerquito was good and fresh, but for the price, not worth it, you can get these at any local panaderia from 75 cents to 2 max, these were 3.75, yikes. The mocha picante was good, I've never had it as a latte. I would get that again. Parking: There is free street parking on both sides of the street. We had no issue finding parking around 11am in the morning. Interior: I liked the decor, typical, festive, and I liked the local Denver touches from artists and historical information. As someone who lives in LA and is surrounded by different restaurants that represent different states in Mexico, it was nice to see this in the Santa Fe Arts district. Verdict: It's worth supporting if you're visiting. Since I don't live in Denver, I'm not familiar with the events or what they do in the community. I feel that it attracts a mix of people, and for many in Denver, may be the first introduction to Mexican culture. The selection of the menu was not extravagant, however the service was great. The ladies in the front were very friendly and were very hospitable. They had an amazing assortment of pastries on a Saturday morning. We got a Cuban guava/cheese pastry and raspberry croissant. Both were delicious!
