When I first walked in I requested a soak off to just get an entirely new set of acrylics but she told me what she could do to make it cheaper for me so I could save money which was so thoughtful! Then she asked what color I wanted and I picked out two, a blue and a red, and explained that I wanted to do a French tip with the colors I selected. She had never done something like this before and she executed it PERFECTLY! Not once did she make me feel like I needed to pick something else because she didn't know exactly what I wanted, she took her time to understand me and to make it look AMAZING!
