I came here as my pre wedding treat to myself and unfortunately it was the worst pedicure I've ever had. The guy doing my nails didn't even offer the types of pedicures. I was going to ask about them but when he started to do the "massage" on my legs he was leaning over and his hair was touching my feet. It was so uncomfortable I just wanted to get out of there. My manicure was awkward too I was getting it done during the pedicure and has to really awkwardly put my hand in the light. I wanted to do a design too but felt like I couldn't. I really like the work they do here. Peter did my pedi and he was great! He was patient, kind, and very detailed. The only reason why I do not give this place the 5th star is because there is a young lady who is always rude, she pulls my toes really hard when she does my pedi, drops the nail polish remover all over my legs, she pokes really hard with the tools (painful hard) and overall she just had a bad attitude. I come here pretty regularly so I definitely did not make up my mind on one visit. I will definitely say no to her next time. Something negative always happens with her that ruins my experience and her station is always really dirty. If you come in, ask for Peter, he is the best! read more

I called 7 days in advance to make an appointment for July 3rd but was extremely disappointed with their service even though this is the only nail salon I like. First of all I would like to say that I wrote a review on google and they deleted it, which makes me wonder how many more bad reviews they've deleted. Instead of reaching out to me and trying to make the situation better they decided to just delete my review. I asked for off white nails. Off white I kept saying off white. I also showed the picture of what I wanted to multiple of the workers. They put a clear coat on my nails instead of off white so I asked for an off white not clear. She told me they only had off white for acrylics which I'm not sure why they didn't tell me this from the beginning. I'm just really upset because this is my favorite nail place but normally Peter does my nails and he is the only one I haven't had issues with. The picture on the left is the color I got. After she did the clear I asked to just do a different color and the color I picked out was white with a tint of yellow. When she put it on my nails it was orange. My nails were supposed to be off white and they were neon orange. She clearly knew I was upset and didn't care. Also I did peel them off that's why the middle finger is kind of peeled. I guess they only care about a dollar amount rather than making sure their customers are satisfied and got what they asked for. I peeled my nails off while I was waiting for my friend and they were just pointing at me about it and didn't care to ask if there was an issue and I was so upset. read more

Eric is my favorite tech, but I've had my nails done by 5 different techs including Peter and Tia.
