Such a fun experience! The Squid Game experience really made us feel like we had stepped right into the show. You actually get to compete in games inspired by the series--except thankfully, when you lose, you don't get murked. The Stranger Things experience was also really cool. I'd describe it as more theatrical and immersive than an escape room, which made it fun just taking everything in and feeling like you were part of the story. The food court looked amazing and there were so many things we wanted to try, but it was incredibly busy, so we didn't get to sample much this time. Overall, such a great experience for either a fun date or a day out with the kids. The kids absolutely loved it, which made it even better for us. I've taken two groups here, and everyone ended up LOVING their experience Netflix House. First, I just wanna say all the staff here are incredible!! Literally every single employee I've interacted with has been nothing but friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I did the Squid Game experience, which was really fun. I purchased my tickets online. Although the games are similar to the show, the rules are slightly different, which levels the playing ground between people who have and haven't seen the show. I also did the RePLAY room games, which have your typical arcade games, but with a Netflix flare. It's not a super big arcade room, but there was good variety! The in-house restaurant, Netflix Bites, was also great! We did go during a slow time on a weekday, but regardless, our servers were so nice. The food was better than what I was expecting! The Plot Twist pretzel was delicious! I ordered the Huntr/x ramen, which was solid, but I wish the broth was a tad less sweet. Overall, I highly recommend visiting and planning your next group activity here. I can't emphasize enough how amazing all the Netflix House staff are. read more

We were in town for a concert at AT&T Stadium and wanted a daytime activity in air conditioning. We did the Stranger Things experience and it was so fun!! Paid at the kiosk in the gift shop, easy peasy. When it's time for your experience you enter a waiting area and are given a flashlight and a headset. My headset wasn't working for part of the experience but the staff was readily available to help and got it fixed. There are a few live actors in the second half of the experience but they don't get too close to you. Overall it was really fun, and smelled like Halloween Horror Nights because of the fog. The a/c in the entire building was seriously good!! We did the Stranger Things experience downstairs, then walked through the game room and gift shop, and had lunch at Netflix Bites. The workers we encountered were all nice (shoutout to Rain in the gift shop). Lots of things to look at, and a few photo ops. We did underground parking (the spiral drive was scary lol) and had quick access to the entrance from the outside of the mall. Go check out the statues outside! We ordered champs (yum!), the blueberry pie (crust was dry) and French onion dip (tastiness!) Apparently, they changed the French onion recipe. I thought it was delish! They're about to complete their 'Stranger Things' and 'Adams Family' runs- to switch to K Pop Demon Hunters. Three floors act as a 'choose your own adventure'. They've an arcade, bar/food area, and the immersions themselves. A gift shop features wardrobe from Dr Jekyll / Mr. Hyde and complements to your Netflix house favorite fan-dom. We took the kid here to have some fun and she did. We did not try the bar or the restaurant so I cannot comment on those. The arcade section is underwhelming so that is the main reason for 4 stars. From a kid's perspective, some of the games "are not interesting" and there is not a huge selection. We did one of the featured experiences, Squid Games. I won't give it all away but you (a group of about 25) play 5 games to see who wins. The games are entertaining and everyone had fun. It is lighthearted competition. The last game was kinda lame but the first four were enjoyable IMO. The Squid Game experience lasts about an hour and it goes fast. The cost for adults and one kid was $146, so it is not cheap. I don't think it would be worth the price to do the activities however, walking through is free and going to the arcade is still cool. The arcade(replay) area is doesn't have a huge amount of games but a select few which are still enjoyable. What makes it cool is that they're Netflix themed games like the floor is lava and k pop demon hunters DDR. There are many photo ops and a lot of the popular successful Netflix movies/show. The gift shop is also cool and they have a lot of their workers members around. I thought it was cool that they had some employees dressed up in character and you can take pictures. Some employees will even offer to take your pictures and everything is totally free. The things that cost money is food, drinks, and to play the games. It was still fun to check out. I think Netflix house would be great to go with a group of friends. The food is what I expected not the best but it's cool that they go with the theme. It did take awhile to get our food as well and it wasn't busy. I'd give the food a 3/5 out of all the ones I've tried the burger was the best. Finally got to check out Netflix House in Dallas, and it honestly felt like stepping into my TV screen. Seeing Thing (the giant hand) in person was so cool and probably my favorite part of the whole experience. It is free to visit, so you can stop by anytime. The first floor is mostly for the interactive games based on shows like Squid Game stranger things. The games were fun, and I didn't think the prices were bad if you wanted to play. Food court, merch store, and arcade games are located on the second floor. The place is smaller than I expected. did the squid game activation! you get put into groups of around 25 people and go through 4-5 rooms with different activities inspired by the show. they definitely try to make it feel like squid game - you have a game host that acts the part. at the very end, the winner of the group gets a price~ lols my boyfriend's dad won. it is very family friendly! i think the element of surprise makes the experience worth it! but not something you can do again once you know what to expect. they'll probably need to change things up or add new activations to keep people coming back!! either way this is a great indoor activity in dallas to get out of the summer heat! :) read more

I was eating dinner nearby and found myself right next to the Netflix House! There is plenty to see and a lot of great photo opportunities. It's 2 stories and the top floor leads you into the mall near the gift shop area. It's free admission!!! You only have to pay if you're buying from their gift shop, themed food court, or taking part in the offered immersive themed experiences. All the staff I met with answered all my questions and were extremely helpful. You can tell a lot of the employees are fans of the Netflix original shows or at least knew a lot about them and excited to talk about them. read more

We are big Netflix fans so when we were in Dallas, we decided to go here as you can play games! We decided to do the Squid Game: Survive the Trials. When you walk in there are cool displays and decor! There is food as well along with a gift shop. The staff was really nice and we were waiting for 1 person to join us as they needed 6 or more. When the 5th person arrived, the games started. The person walking us through the trials was fun and very cool. The games were easy to complete and it was very competitive (depending on who you are with and we are very competitive). The outside had some awesome statues of popular Netflix shows like Squid Games, One Piece, Stranger Things, and Wednesday. Upstairs is the café, merch booths, and the hottest new arcade. This arcade is not what you expect- it is fun and new and imaginative!!! Everyone can play!! Downstairs are the "experiences" which currently are for Squid Games and Stranger Things. The current ticket price is $45 per person. The experience lasts about an hour. This was so much fun! The age range was from child to adults and everyone was able to participate in a way that was not eliminating but allowed everyone to have a great time. 10/10 just truly a great way to let everyone experience a fun activity. Even if you don't wash the shows, there's still a way to participate. And if you're a fan, it really immerses you in the world that you are accustomed to loving. My family and I decided to visit the Netflix House while in the area. I didn't realize that it was part of the Galleria in Dallas. We found parking in the purple garage and then walked up to the Netflix House. From the exterior there are a lot of stairs to go up. It was raining when we went so we had to be careful. At the top of the stairs there are a few sculptures of different characters from a few Netflix shows. Upon entering the building there is a ton to see. There are more stairs to climb. It's very overstimulating with the setups and sounds. We basically just walked through and saw the displays, food court, and merchandise. We didn't make any reservations or buy tickets to any of the games but I am sure that there is a lot more to see and immerse yourself in if you do those things. Overall it was fun just walking through and exploring. It's free if that's all you want to do. I enjoyed getting a few photos and seeing the many merchandise options. read more

Netflix House Dallas! When I heard they were making a Netflix House in Dallas I was so excited and the entire experience did not disappoint. My favorite part of the experience: Escape The Dark- Stranger Things Experience Yes the line was long, kind of like I was waiting in a Disneyland line. I would say this is justified since the Netflix House is still new and we went on the weekend. We probably waited about 30 minutes after the designated time we chose to do this. Once inside of the experience, I would like to say the actors were great, each scene was done well with a lot of thought and overall was a fun thriller. We wanted to eat at Netflix Bites, which is something I have wanted to do since this restaurant was available in Vegas however once we entered the online queue, we waited over an hour still and ended up eating somewhere else. I will have to come back to experience the food. Average pricing is expected for drinks, around $18 a drink. I did not get a photo of this, however LOVED the Texas themed merch. I have a couple reasons to come back, and want to do the Squid Games Experience next time I go! read more

I went to see what all the fuss was about. This is a really cool immersive space, the gift shop alone is full of interesting items: T-shirts, curios and whatnot themed from your favorite TV shows. I have to say my favorites were the Bridgerton collection as well as the K-pop Demon Hunter's merchandise. If you've ever binge watched a series in one evening, you'll probably enjoy a lot of the inside jokes featured on some of the clothing for sale here. Getting to see Queen and Charlotte's dress up close in the exhibit was also really cool part of the experience, it felt like you were in a museum. The Netflix restaurant had a food court type of feel with tons of bespoke neon signs everywhere. If you're a television aficionado, this is definitely worth a look-see before the pop-up experience leaves town. read more

I'm not quite sure what I experienced. We opted in for the Stranger Things activity. There is so much ambiguity around what you're actually going into. I thought it was an escape room but it's more like a guided performance. It was very anticlimactic to me. Especially considering how nice the production is, I just expected to be able to participate more and feel like the "clues" we were looking for actually mattered. In general the Netflix house is so cool. They have these huge tvs set up at the bar, a dining area and arcade as well to check out. This has got to be the future of what to do with large empty and unwanted mall spaces - fun immersive experiences. Netflix house has two immersive experiences to choose from (squid games and stranger things) as well as a store dedicated to merch from its most popular programs. After choosing a time slot (which can be achieved ahead of time online for less wait time) and your desired experience - you are placed in groups of 20'ish to be guided through about an hours worth of entertainment, games and fun. The level of detail in the decor is off the charts and the staff are on point about timely guiding you through while keeping the illusion of it being as real as possible. We choose the squid games experience and I was a little worried that it would be too complicated, adult or scary for my 11 year old but I needn't have. I would say that this option would be great for anyone over the age of 7'ish. Even my hard to please 19 year old deemed it a great family fun activity- high praise indeed!!! Only slight downside is the cost - at almost $40- $50 a person (depending on when you go) - this can be a little pricey for a family of 5! read more

I'm probably not the target audience for this experience. If you're a tourist or a big Netflix superfan, you'll likely enjoy it but it just didn't land for me. When I arrived, it wasn't immediately clear what the space was supposed to be. I wandered around for a few minutes before finding an attendant. The venue was extremely crowded, with people stopping every few feet to take photos with the props. There are two immersive experiences on the first floor one themed around Squid Game and the other Stranger Things. Upstairs is a dining area serving food inspired by Netflix shows, along with a small game room and a merchandise shop. The merch focused mainly on top shows like Bridgerton and Stranger Things. Overall, I was underwhelmed. Even factoring in wait times, you could easily see and do everything in under an hour. That said, plenty of people were clearly excited running around, jumping at the chance to see props from their favorite shows and snapping photos. Would I go back? No. Would I recommend it to someone visiting or a die-hard Netflix fan? Sure. read more

Oh what fun! I had the pleasure of going during opening week and had a blast! So the "house" has different experiences: squid games (downstairs), stranger things, a bar and restaurant, arcade/gaming area, and gift shop. We did the squid games experience which was totally immersive, surprisingly fun, and appropriate for a range of ages. The actors were great! The arcade area works like Main Event or D&B- buy a card and play until the tokens run out. And, of course, the games are based on Netflix shows. The restaurant/bar also has show-inspired cuisine. Nothing creative, but cutesy, overpriced things similar to Disney restaurants. Service was really bad on our visit, but I'll attribute that to opening week kinks. Hopefully things will improve as they find their groove. I had complimentary tickets so I have no clue what tickets cost. Anything over $40 would give me pause. You could honestly just visit the shop and walk around for free and still have a great experience. Definitely recommend for keeping kiddos entertained or a fun night out with friends. read more

Came here for the first time. We parked in the parking garage of the Galleria because the line that leads to the front of this Netflix building was insane. There were cars backed up onto the main roadway. Definitely highly recommended to park on the other side where it's free and mostly empty. On the 2nd floor of the mall is another entrance into the Netflix House. There's a huge gift shop, food court area, mini arcade, and lots of awesome decorations where you can take lots of pics. Keep walking around until you find the huge stairwell that leads to the main entrance of this building where you can find awesome statues outside and a great pic of the front. There, you will also be able to purchase exhibition tickets each to either the Stranger Things or Squid Game attraction where you can interact and there's a mini show. They last approximately 1 hour, but you don't have to do this if you're just cutting through and browsing. If so, it's completely free to enter the building and take pics. Lots of security and staff who are friendly. Lots of tables to dine at when you go to their restaurant. Lots of parking all around the mall. read more

I love this place! It is absolutely cool. The coolest thing is that it's free to explore and take pictures in, they have so many photo opportunities at every turn. The only thing you have to pay for is the experiences they offer. Their staff is super friendly and helpful. The gift shop has a lot of goodies from all your favorite Netflix shows. I have visited about 4x now and I love all the merchandise and layout of their TV series, I've thoroughly enjoyed watching Bridgerton, KPop Demon Hunters, I definitely need to get on the bandwagon for Stranger things esp since the series has come to a close. I think the food area is very unique and the menu items are intriguing. I have yet to do the fun events and try the food, but I do keep going back to get some cute merch. Loved visiting the Netflix house!!! This was truly a one of a kind experience. We did both the stranger things experience and squid games experience. Each experience is about an hour long. You can buy tickets online or at a kiosk at the Netflix house. We arrived 15 minutes before our scheduled time and it took about 30 minutes in line to go into the experience. Squid games is 5 different games you compete in. It looks a lot like the show inside the experience, I definitely recommend. I like the squid game experience more than stranger things. Stranger things experience is similar to looking at clues in escape rooms and can be spooky at some times. It feels like you are back in Hawkins, and the actors are great in the experience. Photobooth and room at the end of the squid game experience is very cool. read more
