Second floor is mostly seating and a couple bars. Third floor mostly bars and some seating. While waiting for my party to arrive I sat at the second floor bar, Heaven Hill, and ordered a couple cocktails. The bar tender, a pleasantly upbeat woman, educated me on the various food options as well as some of their favored cocktails. I had a raspberry beret (shoutout Prince) and a Larceny Paloma. The name was just calling me. While the beret was fruity and refreshing, the Paloma had a bite and kick that snuck up on you. I loved it!! As it's a mall of food there was no trying just one lol. We tried the dry rub brisket bar, chef chin's hibachi ramen, chilango's tacos, cotton and snow, and unlawful assembly brewing co. To finish the evening. Brisket with Mac and cheese; burria tacos; tonkotsu ramen; cookies and cream ice cream; and lastly a Moscow Mule to end the evening. The Mac and cheese from the brisket bar was terrible. Runny, and bland. But the brisket was amazing. Seasoned and tender and so moist!!! Tacos were exceptional. Ramen was awesome. Ice cream was ice cream. It wasn't bad, but not eye popping amazing. The mule was delicious. I ended the night stuffed and sleepy!! Great visit!! If you're in the Plano area this is a must!! And there are tons more eateries.

Courts must be reserved in advance. Staff are super friendly both on court and in food. Large green space with foozball and cornhole as well. Food is not great but there is lots of seating for large groups. Bar available in courts and food area, and a 21+ rooftop bar as well. Just a super fun time!!

We were a party of six - mix of older and young adults and teenagers. Facility provides paddles and balls at extra cost, however you can bring your own if have them. The courts were all full and it didn't feel overcrowded; it's spacious. Music selection and volume was great and the temp in the facility is just right. You can work up a sweat and it's not hot inside. They also have water available in coolers and refill stations at no additional cost. The outdoor area is cool with lounge chairs, turf grass, covered outdoor courts, bean bag games, and oversized games like jenga and connect 4. However, like the prior reviews, the food is mediocre. We ordered the cheeseburger with fries, fried pickles, and two specialty drinks. Staff was friendly and refunded a non alcoholic beverage that someone in my party didn't like without hassle. I will definitely come back. Cool spot to bring family from out of town especially if the group is looking for an activity.

Unfortunately, this location was the exact opposite experience. The place was extremely overcrowded, and the pace of play was terrible. Nearly every hole had a backup, and by the end of the round it felt like we were watching putt-putt rather than playing it. What really stands out is that this doesn't seem like a one-time issue. After reading other reviews, I found plenty of people describing the same problems: overcrowding, constant bottlenecks, and long waits between shots. When the same complaint keeps appearing, it's no longer an issue of bad luck, it's clearly a management problem. What's most frustrating is that I've seen Puttshack get this right. The Downtown Atlanta location was busy too, but groups kept moving and the course flowed smoothly. Here, it felt like management kept packing more people into the venue without any concern for the actual guest experience, I mean the whole course moved like rush-hour traffic. Another important note would be the attentiveness of the staff. Even on a Saturday, at 3pm mind you, the lower bar was empty when we walked in, and the staff of three at the upper bar seemed to have issues managing a line consisting of two. I nearly waited 5 minutes for even an acknowledgement, which is not the kind of experience you'd expect BEFORE the evening rush. The technology and courses themselves are great, but that's hard to appreciate when you're spending most of your time waiting for the group ahead of you. For the price, I expected a lot better. Until they address the overcrowding, I'd recommend looking elsewhere. Life is too short to spend it waiting in line between putts.

We were seated outside near the firepit area and noticed that it doesn't look like anyone comes out to check on you and take orders. I went inside to the bar to order the food, and they said they would bring it out to us. The poutine fries were okay- a bit salty for my liking, but not bad. The dill pickle cupperoni pizza flavor-wise was not bad. It had a hint of sweetness to it, which worked well with the pickle and pepperoni combo. The only downside was that it was not cooked long enough, so it was pretty soggy, and all the toppings would fall off when you tried to grab a slice. We had leftovers, so I went back into the bar area to try and get a pizza box, but it was extremely hard to get the attention of the bartenders, even though there were barely any people there. One bartender walked in front of me a couple of times, purposely avoiding eye contact with me, so another person had to help me once she eventually saw me. Overall, I would return for the games and bowling, but the service and food were subpar. Maybe there is a reason why this place wasn't packed on a Friday evening.

You can choose how many innings to play and select from four difficulty levels: Very Easy, Easy, Pro, and All-Star. Very Easy was almost effortless, Easy felt like a good balance with some solid hits and home runs, and Pro was extremely challenging (basically no-hit territory.) I didn't even attempt All-Star. Pitch speeds ranged from about 40-60 mph, which worked well for me, and you can adjust them to find your comfort zone. When you're not batting, there are a few on-screen options, but they're pretty limited - adding more interaction for the non-batting team would make the experience even better. Overall, it's a cool concept and probably will be back again.
