I have been dealing with persistent issues on our shared drive--every time I try to use it, I get an error message. This problem has been ongoing for quite some time. Meanwhile, the Network Expert team keeps responding with "checking on it," and nothing ever changes. I have an entire email history of those replies. At this point, this situation is unacceptable. I chose this company believing the services would be reliable--and clearly that assumption was wrong. I expect a clear solution and a preventive action plan now, rather than more "we're looking into it" responses. If this cannot be resolved promptly, I will have to consider moving on. read more

We had Isaac install a prestige DVR and cameras. Recently my car was broken into and the video was unusable by police because of the poor night quality. I cannot recommend this system or vendor. The customer support is nonexistent unless you agree to pay for a service call. Also the interface and way the dvr works with a network is difficult to restore following a initial setup. read more
