I can see the issues with hold times and some waiting times in the actual office, but it hasn't been too unreasonable and I am hopeful I don't experience those issues going forward. I did have to wait a while to establish care and I have not needed any urgent visits with this clinic yet.

Dr. Henry is amazing and currently works with both my husband and I. She is stright forward about things and has a kind way about her. She is quick to reply on mychart and place orders and is very knowledgeable. There have been times under her care in wich we needed to outsourse to a separate clinic and the transition has always been smooth. The office itself is close to my house and the front desk and security staff are super nice and helpful!!

I moved to Oregon after I retired and was sorely disappointed to have to wait so incredibly long to see a physician. I do want to say that the physicians I have seen are great, but inaccessible. They also have a lot of gate keeping by staff. I went to urgent care at the Lancaster location and waited five hours to see a doctor. Even though I have cost effective benefits as a KP retiree I'm seriously considering switching to another healthcare agency when open enrollment begins. I do not recommend Kaiser in the Salem area.

Most generally the nurses the CNA's and all the helpers were absolutely amazing. Their attitude was positive uplifting, I did not feel well at all, their Joyful and happy faces coming into my room, they're gentleness at night when they had to take blood. All of it was amazing. There's not any one stand out that I can put in here because they were all stand outs! I was on the fifth floor room 5080 they were all magnificent... Except one, Alyssa was extremely cheerful when she came in full of smiles and caring until I annoyed her... I could not walk by myself. I had to have Help. She put her hands out and I grabbed one of her wrist. She jerked her hand away and said "don't touch my wrist. You'll hurt me!" being as unsteady as I was I reached out and started to grab the front of her shirt. She roughly took my hand and pulled it away! When I was trying to turn and adjust my walker to get to the bathroom, she said, "WHAT are you doing!" I was a little startled at the attitude... I felt she was rude and actually mean. In a situation where I think a nurse should be helpful and kind and understanding, Alyssa was not! Given all of the people who were there for the week I was there, they were fantastic! I would hate to think that Alyssa would treat all patients that way... She is honey, sweet until you annoy her, and then the rudeness comes out and the meanness towards your patients. I would hate to think of the way she treats some of the patients who are even more helpless "annoying" in her eyes. The rest of the staff was magnificent. I have absolutely no complaints at all, except for this one particular nurse, which is probably why she was so noticeable because everyone else was so kind! Even the ambulance drivers couldn't be more helpful and kind so Alyssa stood out in my mind! They're always seems to be "one bad Apple in the Bunch"...

I meet the requirements for the rider to cover the meds. I have spoken to member services and Optima RX, the billing company, that confirmed I am supposed to be covered. Yet the pharmacy won't bill them and still insist I need to pay $730. No one in pharmacy or appeals is retuning my messages. I only get rude emails saying that it's not covered. I will continue to take it- but I want someone to explain to me how some managers say it is covered and some pharmacists say it's not! Why do I pay for insurance if Kaiser won't honor it?

I have been a patient here for many years. Never been happy with them but it has become far worse…read morein recent years. They are all about money and not patient care. They recently moved away from the more universal Mychart and implemented their own version. What a nightmare that has been. They lost records and I can't even work with them. I decided to start using a private lab because they offer substantialy more tests for significantly less money. Why should I be forced to use their lab? I assume they didn't like this because they absolutely refuse to load the results into their version of Mychart, despite me calling many times and providing them the results twice. I mailed them and delivered in person because they refused to accept them electronically or download them from the lab. Last visit they told me at least three times they are a business and eventually refused to see me as a patient. Keep in mind I owe them nothing so it is not a billing or payment issue. Go anywhere else if you can. They are horrible.

After being brow beatten and diagnosed for…read morea disease I don't have by an anesthesiologist at Salem Health's Comprehensive Pain Clinic I went to OHSU's Comprehensive Pain Center. The difference was astounding! A team of neurologists spent an hour and a half evaluating me and after many tests they diagnosed a severe neurological disorder and referred me to another specialty for another diagnosis of a painfully debilitating disease. Several procedures were performed by anesthesiologists under the direction of my neurologist with good results and a pain management plan involving multiple disciplines was developed. Salem Health should be ashamed of their clinic and the two anesthesiologists that run it. They have no business treating patients who are at their most vulnerable. A doctor that walks in a room and makes a diagnosis after looking at one page of the new patient forms is an incompetent at best. In my case the doctor at Salem Health spent 16 minutes with me and verbally battered me for disagreeing with his instantaneous diagnosis while sneering and ridiculing me. A year later I learned that he had falsified my chart notes by including results of a physical exam he didn't perform. He portrayed me poorly and it was a factor in the denial of my disability insurance. Then the clinic hid his chart notes when I repeatedly requested my records. For weeks they insisted that the only document in my file was the signed release but they finally provided them. When I tried to have my medical record amended Salem Health refused and backed their joke of a doctor. I was awarded disability benefits on appeal and because of the diagnoses and care I received at OHSU I'm doing better but the whole experience with Salem Health has left a bad taste in my mouth. No institution should hire and back such incompetence and no doctor or institution should have that much power.

She was great! Friendly, knowledgeable, and funny. She explained the differences between the scooters she had in the store, and let my father take the mobility scooter for a spin around the store. Then she actually let us take the scooter for a longer try out in Fred Meyer itself. While we were gone, she even did some minor repairs on my father's wheelchair. Needless to say, we just had to rent the scooter for my father to see how it worked out. Seeing as how he liked it so much, we decided to go ahead and purchase it for him from Andrea about four days later. We can't recommend this place, and Andrea, highly enough!
