Yet the pharmacy won't bill them and still insist I need to pay $730. No one in pharmacy or appeals is retuning my messages. I only get rude emails saying that it's not covered. I will continue to take it- but I want someone to explain to me how some managers say it is covered and some pharmacists say it's not! Why do I pay for insurance if Kaiser won't honor it?

I have been a patient here for many years. Never been happy with them but it has become far worse…read morein recent years. They are all about money and not patient care. They recently moved away from the more universal Mychart and implemented their own version. What a nightmare that has been. They lost records and I can't even work with them. I decided to start using a private lab because they offer substantialy more tests for significantly less money. Why should I be forced to use their lab? I assume they didn't like this because they absolutely refuse to load the results into their version of Mychart, despite me calling many times and providing them the results twice. I mailed them and delivered in person because they refused to accept them electronically or download them from the lab. Last visit they told me at least three times they are a business and eventually refused to see me as a patient. Keep in mind I owe them nothing so it is not a billing or payment issue. Go anywhere else if you can. They are horrible.

Saying it's the reason I had a QT on my EKG when I specifically told her I hadnt picked up my medications in many many months due to very hard personal struggles. So how can a pill I took 10 months ago give my heart a QT now? She never even mentioned it and I had no idea until I went to pick up my medications and that she even made these alterations. Most generally the nurses the CNA's and all the helpers were absolutely amazing. Their attitude was positive uplifting, I did not feel well at all, their Joyful and happy faces coming into my room, they're gentleness at night when they had to take blood. All of it was amazing. There's not any one stand out that I can put in here because they were all stand outs! I was on the fifth floor room 5080 they were all magnificent... Except one, Alyssa was extremely cheerful when she came in full of smiles and caring until I annoyed her... I could not walk by myself. I had to have Help. She put her hands out and I grabbed one of her wrist. She jerked her hand away and said "don't touch my wrist. You'll hurt me!" being as unsteady as I was I reached out and started to grab the front of her shirt. She roughly took my hand and pulled it away! When I was trying to turn and adjust my walker to get to the bathroom, she said, "WHAT are you doing!" I was a little startled at the attitude... I felt she was rude and actually mean. In a situation where I think a nurse should be helpful and kind and understanding, Alyssa was not! Given all of the people who were there for the week I was there, they were fantastic! I would hate to think that Alyssa would treat all patients that way... She is honey, sweet until you annoy her, and then the rudeness comes out and the meanness towards your patients. I would hate to think of the way she treats some of the patients who are even more helpless "annoying" in her eyes. The rest of the staff was magnificent. I have absolutely no complaints at all, except for this one particular nurse, which is probably why she was so noticeable because everyone else was so kind! Even the ambulance drivers couldn't be more helpful and kind so Alyssa stood out in my mind! They're always seems to be "one bad Apple in the Bunch"...
