Went to my appointment and had the rudest doctor. Normally I would ignore it , but I've already had bad experiences in this clinic . I had some miscarriages and it's hard for me to go back to this clinic, so knowing I haven't been feeling good, I chose to come back to see the doctor. Through my pregnancies, and appointment they were never worried about me or my babies health. This last appointment is the last straw. Seeing how I got told there was nothing wrong when I've had migraines for weeks, runny, congested and bloody noses for weeks, as well as throwing up blood. Do not recommend this place. They don't care about their patients.

They recently moved away from the more universal Mychart and implemented their own version. What a nightmare that has been. They lost records and I can't even work with them. I decided to start using a private lab because they offer substantialy more tests for significantly less money. Why should I be forced to use their lab? I assume they didn't like this because they absolutely refuse to load the results into their version of Mychart, despite me calling many times and providing them the results twice. I mailed them and delivered in person because they refused to accept them electronically or download them from the lab. Last visit they told me at least three times they are a business and eventually refused to see me as a patient. Keep in mind I owe them nothing so it is not a billing or payment issue. Go anywhere else if you can. They are horrible.

Construction continued through the pandemic expanding service for many by way of a new dental facilities and a mental health wing. Their lobby has been modernized with improved safety for employees with a glass wall between patients at reception, a multiple charging outlets for convenience while waiting. Though I must admit missing the painted nature mural. Service has always been considerate and timely once you get an appointment, though the availability is sometimes limited. Video appointments are available if requested. There's a Labcorp facility onsite in the event you need blood drawn or further tests. Ample street parking is available.

It only took one appointment at Salem Health and Dr. Card and I was diagnosed on the spot with a prescription for treatment within an hour! Dr. Henry is amazing and currently works with both my husband and I. She is stright forward about things and has a kind way about her. She is quick to reply on mychart and place orders and is very knowledgeable. There have been times under her care in wich we needed to outsourse to a separate clinic and the transition has always been smooth. The office itself is close to my house and the front desk and security staff are super nice and helpful!!

She altered my medication list during an urgent care visit where she wasn't even my doctor, didn't discuss it with me, made it so I can't get my zofran after 7 years of use. Saying it's the reason I had a QT on my EKG when I specifically told her I hadnt picked up my medications in many many months due to very hard personal struggles. So how can a pill I took 10 months ago give my heart a QT now? She never even mentioned it and I had no idea until I went to pick up my medications and that she even made these alterations. I struggle with nausea severely and she took away my most helpful tool. I'll never forget the way I was treated today.

I'm being discharged without a proper diagnosis or treatment. They sent a prescription to Fred Meyer. I'm too sick to pick it up. I'm still contagious and my roommate has cancer and can't afford to get sick. It's 9:15 and I'm still sitting outside without a coat waiting for my ride from medical transport that the discharge nurse said she arranged. After two hours Medical transport never showed. I had to call an Uber. I thought Salem Hospital was better than this.
