Showed up at the drive thru line tonight to pick up an order I placed before midnight on a 2G for $30 deal. Upon arrival(VERY shortly after midnight-literally a minute or two)l, I was told they would not be honoring the deal I had placed due to it being after midnight. Sounds like your system needs to be reconfigured so that deals are not able to be placed 15 min before they end. Especially since orders need 15 minutes to be processed before they are picked up. Was told I would have to pay full price and that nothing could be done. Absolutely ridiculous to allow orders to be placed that cannot be honored. Was also told it said on the website that deals will not be honored after midnight. Couldn't find that information anywhere(not even in FAQ). Manager said people complain about it all the time, but nothing is done.(They obviously do not care about their customers/patients) UNACCEPTABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS PRACTICES GOING ON HERE. read more

The staff here are super friendly. they tend to have some good deals. you've just gotta look on line. there is more than enough parking. they process online orders quickly. their bud tenders are great when you ask for certain things or for some direction. Worst customer service I have ever encountered at a dispensary. Employees do not abide by the first come first serve system. What I mean by this is person A checks in Person B checks in after them, person B gets called into shop while person A is left waiting despite them entering and checking in first. I was in need of picking up my medicine and was aware there was an atm machine on site. What I was not aware of was the $5 fee to use their machine. The industry standard in Las Vegas is $3.50. Many dispensaries have an atm fee of $2.50. For Nevada Made to charge $5 to use their atm is insane. I'm not in a casino or a strip club. First: the font on TV is too small to read while sitting and waiting Second: No books, no advertising. So I can't see: Sizes, Strains, Flavors or Prices. Was my favorite dispensary due to how close it was to my house and how awesome their deals were, customer service, and the quality of bud, until I went there this year on 04/20/2024 for a deal they had on Redwood 1/8th's. I understand they only have a limited amount but last time this happened at their Warm Springs location, same company Nevada Made Marijuana, they offered me the same deal but on different strains than what was offered online. Was really disappointed because for one I love Redwood and really wanted that deal but was ok if they still honored it but gave me a different brand. Or at least tell me if there are other specials but the girl with the short hair in the drive thru was like yeah no other deals take this redwood 1/8th at full price or nothing at all. I would've understood if she said ok come inside and see what else we have but nope she's like take it or leave it. Now I've been in customer service for 10+ years and the way she made me feel that day showed me what little care she has for the customers she interacts with on a daily basis. Also not to mention I've been going to this location for a few years now ever since I moved to Henderson back in 2020 haven't had an issue since but I also noticed once that Hawaiian lady in the front left the customer service has declined tremendously at this location. Also reading your other reviews I'm not the first one to complain about little miss attitude who runs the PM night window. I used to love and really look forward to my 3-4 weekly visits at NevadaMade Henderson, however I probably won't be going back, not to get treated like shit by Chris and accused of "threatening" a whole ass company I truly vibed with. Everyone else is so friendly, the atmosphere is just always great. I've been such a loyal customer; it was truly devastating and utterly disgusting to be treated the way I was treated by the "Assistant Manager" Chris over the weekend. As a single working mother, I fully took advantage of the app the company offers and it's convenience. That's literally what it's there for. So once I changed my phone number and had issues with it, it was really inconvenient for me. I brought it up to Brian about 2 months ago now, always checking in to see if there's any update. Somewhere along the line, my visit prior to this one, miscommunication occurred between one of the staff members and I and they suggested I use the drive thru window for convenience. One of us should've acknowledged the window being useless to me if my app is down, but it didn't even occur to me until my next visit after I waited 7 minutes in the drive thru line and got told to come in. No big deal. So I went inside knowing I'd have to wait again to be dealt with as a walk in. Again, no big deal. It did frustrate me to watch 6 people walk in behind me to use the window, but again, Brian had assured me they were handling the issue, it would just take some time. I get in and place my order, again, everyone there is so lovely, I usually have zero complaints....I did ask the lady helping me if Brian was around today, she stated it was Chris, the assistant manager on duty. I let her know I was in a hurry, but that I would definitely be calling Chris once I got back on the road to touch base about my situation. (Most of the staff knows my app issue, I am there so much.) I called Chris and immediately get greeted with an attitude. I've never heard his name before today so I start off with asking him for patience and to bare with me as I'm feeling a little anxious and am struggling with my words, I'm just frustrated. I familiarize him with my situation and he lets me know he's aware of the issue. So I go on to say I'm really frustrated because I am just trying to find a solution, as I've always been a mobile order customer I'm used to being in and out so having to take up to 30 minutes to go buy some weed, it's frustrating and really inconvenient for me. "That's not our issue, everyone else's app is working fine." This is what the man says to me as I am asking as a customer for help to the "manager". I pretend I didn't hear that a-hole remark and say "Chris, Nevada Made came up with an app to make shopping hassle-free at your location, as a single mother I can't come pick up my medication at the dispensary with my kids so that means I have to make arrangements and if the app isn't working for me, those arrangements have to be longer than if the app was working." to which he replies "that also isn't our problem, we didn't tell you to have kids." WHAT....THE.....FUUUUUUUUUCK???? WHO SAYS THIS? Did y'all pick this so called man off the streets or what? This isn't a manager, this is a clown. Update. Responded to the managers message and he emailed me an offer to make it right. They replaced the eighth with Premium Kabunky #9. The cure was correct. Perfect mosture levels and the most important goal of curing is getting the starches in the plant to breakdown into sugars bringing out the flavors and minimizing the harshness, achieved. This strain has a floral fruity bouquet and hits smooth. At 24% thc it has a good punch without being too much like some of the 30%+. The effect is definitely indica. If you carry cash all the time it's not a hassle, but wouldn't recommend if you're looking for a quick place to stop. I was a little skeptical going here because of the recent reviews. However, I needed to pick up some CBD products and this was down the street from my house. When I arrived to the location my only complaint is there are no visible signs on which building to go to, the sign it only visible from the road. They are located in the same building as the "ear and throat specialist" as seems from the parking lot, on the 2nd floor. I checked in and probably only had to wait 5-10 min. I am very unsatisfied with the customer service that your bud tender gave me today. He had attitude, was not helpful, and I was offended by the time I left by the way he was talking to me. That is the first time I've ever had a bad experience at one of your locations.
