I want to start off by saying this is my second review of Nevada made marijuana in the two years. My first review was unfortunately a negative review for my experience. I don't post negative reviews without real consideration. On December 31st New Year's Eve I had the opportunity to review Nevada made marijuana a second time. I started off by being checked in or what I thought was being checked in. I came to find out rather quickly after I seen other patrons answer the shopping for. Front desk person incorrectly check me in and after other patrons went on to the sales floor he asked me to see my ID to check me in again. Never asked about my veteran insignia on my driver's license. The salesperson Sterling was amazing talk me through the products as well as took responsibility for the mix-up at the desk when it was not his fault at all. As Sterling is completing my order I can tell there's still some mistakes or updating on my account. That by itself was a very poor taste in my mouth knowing that my information had not been put in the system correctly. Sterling asked the manager on duty to come over to apply discount because of the error. The manager had no time to hear about my experience or why the discount was being applied. He applied the discount and went on his way. I've lived in Vegas for over 20 years this place is not for locals. This place is for people driving from Southern California that cannot wait to go to a quality dispensary so they choose Nevada made marijuana instead. Do better! read more

Showed up at the drive thru line tonight to pick up an order I placed before midnight on a 2G for $30 deal. Upon arrival(VERY shortly after midnight-literally a minute or two)l, I was told they would not be honoring the deal I had placed due to it being after midnight. Sounds like your system needs to be reconfigured so that deals are not able to be placed 15 min before they end. Especially since orders need 15 minutes to be processed before they are picked up. Was told I would have to pay full price and that nothing could be done. Absolutely ridiculous to allow orders to be placed that cannot be honored. Was also told it said on the website that deals will not be honored after midnight. Couldn't find that information anywhere(not even in FAQ). Manager said people complain about it all the time, but nothing is done.(They obviously do not care about their customers/patients) UNACCEPTABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS PRACTICES GOING ON HERE. read more

This dispensary is one of the most unorganized ones in the city. What's the point of ordering ahead when you aren't prioritized in line? The Drive Thru line is always insanely long and it doesn't seem to be because they're busy, it seems to be because they're understaffed. No delivery options. No drive up options. When I have gone inside for some guidance on what strain to buy, I am always disappointed with my products. The last time I went in, I asked for a hybrid that wouldn't make me tired or anxious... The guy steered me wrong and my whole day was off because of it. What are they there for if they don't know the terpenes? The staff here are super friendly. they tend to have some good deals. you've just gotta look on line. there is more than enough parking. they process online orders quickly. their bud tenders are great when you ask for certain things or for some direction. I had a little issue with a purchase that I'd made and there was some confusion about policy and what not but their manager was able to clear that up for me right away. read more

Each and every visit resulted in some version of a satisfied experience. Worded that way bc each associate that works there brings something different to the table as far as education and promotions. They will tell you yes over the phone, but it's a different story when you arrive. Classic bait and switch tactics, LIARS! I called and asked about their product, shatter. On the phone, I was told it is $15.00 a gram at the regular price, great I'm on my way. When I got there, I asked if they gave military discounts and was told yes, except on sale items. Wonderful. The truth is, only on the specific product do they give a military discount. They pick and choose what they discount. Not all products are subject to a military discount, sc*mb*gs. No 20% off on Sundays deals, like in Cali....but that's OK. Small place inside in Industrial building, that would otherwise be hard to find, if you aren't paying attention. Staff was friendly....but they had no edibles on display. I'm use to walking in somewhere and seeing what I can buy. Only things on display, were like vapes, cartridges and I think weed too. The cashier read off the gummies they had available from a computer screen. I ended up getting a pack of Hybrid gummies for $27....more than I anticipated on paying. Worst customer service I have ever encountered at a dispensary. Employees do not abide by the first come first serve system. What I mean by this is person A checks in Person B checks in after them, person B gets called into shop while person A is left waiting despite them entering and checking in first. This has happened multiple times at this location. Also the weed is bone-dry like I can hear it cracking when I press on it and it breaks into pieces like a cracker. I was in need of picking up my medicine and was aware there was an atm machine on site. What I was not aware of was the $5 fee to use their machine. The industry standard in Las Vegas is $3.50. Many dispensaries have an atm fee of $2.50. For Nevada Made to charge $5 to use their atm is insane. I'm not in a casino or a strip club. This review is for the new location on St. Rose. The old location on Sienna Ridge was excellent. St. Rose is not. First: the font on TV is too small to read while sitting and waiting Second: No books, no advertising. So I can't see: Sizes, Strains, Flavors or Prices. I used to love and really look forward to my 3-4 weekly visits at NevadaMade Henderson, however I probably won't be going back, not to get treated like shit by Chris and accused of "threatening" a whole ass company I truly vibed with. Everyone else is so friendly, the atmosphere is just always great. I've been such a loyal customer; it was truly devastating and utterly disgusting to be treated the way I was treated by the "Assistant Manager" Chris over the weekend. As a single working mother, I fully took advantage of the app the company offers and it's convenience. That's literally what it's there for. So once I changed my phone number and had issues with it, it was really inconvenient for me. I brought it up to Brian about 2 months ago now, always checking in to see if there's any update. Somewhere along the line, my visit prior to this one, miscommunication occurred between one of the staff members and I and they suggested I use the drive thru window for convenience. One of us should've acknowledged the window being useless to me if my app is down, but it didn't even occur to me until my next visit after I waited 7 minutes in the drive thru line and got told to come in. No big deal. So I went inside knowing I'd have to wait again to be dealt with as a walk in. Again, no big deal. It did frustrate me to watch 6 people walk in behind me to use the window, but again, Brian had assured me they were handling the issue, it would just take some time. I get in and place my order, again, everyone there is so lovely, I usually have zero complaints....I did ask the lady helping me if Brian was around today, she stated it was Chris, the assistant manager on duty. I let her know I was in a hurry, but that I would definitely be calling Chris once I got back on the road to touch base about my situation. (Most of the staff knows my app issue, I am there so much.) I called Chris and immediately get greeted with an attitude. I've never heard his name before today so I start off with asking him for patience and to bare with me as I'm feeling a little anxious and am struggling with my words, I'm just frustrated. I familiarize him with my situation and he lets me know he's aware of the issue. So I go on to say I'm really frustrated because I am just trying to find a solution, as I've always been a mobile order customer I'm used to being in and out so having to take up to 30 minutes to go buy some weed, it's frustrating and really inconvenient for me. "That's not our issue, everyone else's app is working fine." This is what the man says to me as I am asking as a customer for help to the "manager". I pretend I didn't hear that a-hole remark and say "Chris, Nevada Made came up with an app to make shopping hassle-free at your location, as a single mother I can't come pick up my medication at the dispensary with my kids so that means I have to make arrangements and if the app isn't working for me, those arrangements have to be longer than if the app was working." to which he replies "that also isn't our problem, we didn't tell you to have kids." WHAT....THE.....FUUUUUUUUUCK???? WHO SAYS THIS? Did y'all pick this so called man off the streets or what? This isn't a manager, this is a clown. This time I am not ignoring his uncalled for comment and he doesn't like what I have to say so he ACCUSES ME OF THREATENING THE COMPANY!!! and tells me not to come back. Here's what I said "excuse me? Chris, are you kidding me? Do you truly feel that was an acceptable thing to say not only in general, but to a customer while you're on the clock representing Nevada Made? Are you familiar with word of mouth and how your bad customer service could potentially take down the entire company?" He literally interrupted me to repeat "take down the company, okay, just don't come back here" and idk what else because I hung up. I love this place. This is my favorite dispensary. The staff is awesome. Short waiting time. The only con is, parking. It's very limited. Security is always watching too. I decided to edit my review because, I spent $200 last week for the first time. You get to spin a roulette wheel, if you spend $150 over. I won't $100 in store credit. The associate helping me asked if I wanted to use it and I said I'd save it. Never once did he inform me, that I only had 24 hrs to use it. I received no receipt or anything. I don't understand, if we are loyal clients and they have our information in their system, why can't they just save the credit? For a rainy day. If you can, just go elsewhere. Update. Responded to the managers message and he emailed me an offer to make it right. They replaced the eighth with Premium Kabunky #9. The cure was correct. Perfect mosture levels and the most important goal of curing is getting the starches in the plant to breakdown into sugars bringing out the flavors and minimizing the harshness, achieved. This strain has a floral fruity bouquet and hits smooth. At 24% thc it has a good punch without being too much like some of the 30%+. The effect is definitely indica.
